Good day all. Apple is probably one of the biggest \u201cWoke\u201d corporations out there. They were woke before it was even term used to describe the what passes for the current philosophy of progressive liberal moonbats everywhere.<\/p>\n

First, I will state for the record I am NOT an Apple Fanboi. I hate and despise Apple products. Now that we have that out of the way, allow me to continue. Like many companies everywhere, now that the Covid-19 Panicdemic is no longer working for the Progressive Liberal Democratic Communazis, management is starting to tell their employees that it\u2019s time to come back to the office.<\/p>\n

My Real World Job has been trying to nudge people back for a while, (I\u2019ve been going in as soon as I could. I loathe working from home and the office is 15 minutes from the Anger Central Primary Dwelling), and recently announced that they want people to come in at least twice a week starting in the Fall. Apple apparently has also said they expect people to come back into the offices a few days a week. This prompted the Precious Snowflakes to complain and state that forcing people to come into the office was racist. Here are the details from the Post Millennial<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Over 200 employees at Apple Inc. have signed and published an open letter to the technology giant\u2019s executive team<\/a> on Friday, arguing that a return to in-person work isn\u2019t in the best interest of the company because it\u2019s <\/b>racist<\/b><\/em>. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cOur vision of the future of work is growing further and further apart from that of the executive team,\u201d the letter reads. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Oh this should be good. I can\u2019t wait to see what these precious little snowflakes have to say.<\/p>\n

A move away from the current work-from-home setup would make Apple\u2019s workforce<\/a> younger, whiter, male-dominated, and less diverse because in-person work exacerbates a set of privileges, employees argue.<\/b><\/p>\n

The letter comes amid Apple’s soft launch return to the office<\/a> that would require employees to come in Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Employees can work from home for the remainder of the week and workers can take four weeks out of the year to work from any location they desire. <\/b><\/p>\n

Now I\u2019m a traditionalist. I prefer to go into the office. In fact, except for one other occasion, I\u2019ve always worked in the office. The one occasion where I had to work at home was due to the sale of the company I was with at the time and the office being closed. Eventually I was laid off. (I did get a nice severance package for the first time ever)<\/p>\n

My home office is not really set up to be a primary work location. In my Real World Job, I have a cube with duel monitors and space to put other things I need. I can also talk to other teams if I have an issue that I can\u2019t resolve. (Normally you open an internal ticket and wait. If I can walk over and ask a simple question, I can get an answer in a minute, then open the internal ticket for tracking purposes) I hated working at home. As for the spoiled brats who \u201cWork\u201d at Apple?<\/p>\n

\u201cPrivileges like \u2018being born in the right place so you don\u2019t have to relocate,\u2019 or \u2018being young enough to start a new life in a new city\/country\u2019 or \u2018having a stay-at-home spouse who will move with you,\u2019’ the letter reads. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cAnd privileges like being born into a gender that society doesn\u2019t expect the majority of care-work from, so it\u2019s easy to disappear into an office all day, without doing your fair share of unpaid work in society. Or being rich enough to pay others to do your care-work for you.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Now, how did all these useless twerps handle these issues prior to the Great Panicdemic of 2020? I\u2019m sure they handled them like everyone else did.<\/p>\n

The signatories hope Apple will scrap the hybrid program entirely and allow employees to work from their residences in perpetuity\u2014or, as they put it, allow employees to make that decision for themselves.<\/b><\/p>\n

How about this? You don\u2019t like the work rules you agreed to when you were hired, quit and go somewhere else. Lots of people are doing it. Or is it that you think that Apple\u2019s management should bend over backwards for you and give you all sorts of little bennies other people don\u2019t get?<\/p>\n

In addition to objections based on diversity and privilege, the letter also outlines five other reasons: serendipity, collaboration, flexibility, commute, and a chance to prove the effectiveness of remote-work technologies.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Perhaps these morons should have led with these ideas instead of starting with the standard Progressive opening of \u201cYOU\u2019RE ALL RACISTS!!\u201d Some of these make sense, especially the commute times. As to the \u201cChance to prove remote-work technologies? What do you think you\u2019ve been doing for the last two years you idiots?<\/p>\n

At the end of the letter, employees call on Apple Executives to show an increased level of flexibility.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cNow we ask you, the executive team, to show some flexibility as well and let go of the rigid hybrid policies of the Hybrid Working Pilot. Stop trying to control how often you can see us in the office. Trust us, we know how each of our small contributions helps Apple succeed and what\u2019s required to do so.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Apple\u2019s leadership has yet to respond publicly to the letter. <\/b><\/p>\n

I have a suitable response for these spoiled brats.<\/p>\n
