Nina Jankowicz turned out to be a master of disinformation all by herself. She all but admitted that the goal was to cancel the 1st<\/sup> Amendment and suppress speech and ideas she didn\u2019t like.<\/p>\n The explosion about the DHS\u2019s plans to pretty much censor speech was loud and crossed party lines. (Not all Democrats are insane communists. Most are, but not all) The Republican party led the charge to put a stop to the Disinformation Governance Board. Finally, Mayorkas announced that they were \u201cPausing\u201d the board and that Nina Jankowicz had tendered her resignation. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n The Department of Homeland Security’s Disinformation Governance Board<\/a> is being put on hold weeks after its establishment was announced to the public, and board director Nina Jankowicz will resign, sources told The Associated Press. According to the Washington Post<\/a>, DHS made the decision on Monday, and that the following morning the board\u2019s leader, Nina Jankowicz, had a resignation letter drafted. <\/b><\/p>\n I\u2019m not sure which lasted longer. Nina Jankowicz\u2019s directorship or CNN+. Of course, the usual suspects promptly launched an assault on people who pointed out what a dangerous lunatic Jankowicz is.<\/p>\n “Nina Jankowicz has been subjected to unjustified and vile personal attacks and physical threats,” a DHS spokesperson said in a statement to the Post. “In congressional hearings and in media interviews, the Secretary has repeatedly defended her as eminently qualified and underscored the importance of the Department\u2019s disinformation work, and he will continue to do so.”<\/b><\/p>\n Mayorkas, the Secretary of the Department of Homeland (In)Security, is considered to be not just incompetent, but an actual threat to the Republic and the Constitution. His comment that Jankowicz was \u201cEminently qualified\u201d for the job is making many people wonder if the goal is creating a police state. There is a fair chance that if the midterm election turns out the way many people think, he might be forced to resign, or be impeached and removed by Congress. (Cabinet members can also be impeached, nut just the President or judges)<\/p>\n The White House sharply criticized the board’s opponents while insisting that there was nothing wrong with the board’s goals. <\/b><\/p>\n “These smears levelled by bad-faith, rightwing actors against a deeply qualified expert and against efforts to better combat human smuggling and domestic terrorism are disgusting, and the administration has forcefully spoken out against them repeatedly,” White House Deputy Press Secretary Andrew Bates told Fox News. “Neither\u00a0Nina Jankowicz nor the board\u00a0have anything to do with censorship or with removing content from anywhere. Their role is to ensure that national security officials are updated on how misinformation is affecting the threat environment. She has strong credentials and a history of calling out misinformation from both the left and the right.” <\/b><\/p>\n The Ministry of Truth, aka Disinformation Governance Board is just the latest from the maladministration of Joe Bumbles Dementia and his string pullers to wreck the United States as a free and prosperous nation. The assaults on the Constitution, the wrecking of the economy, the refusal to enforce laws to protect our borders, and now supreme court justices and the suppression of people\u2019s individual rights by this group is making me really worry about what is going to happen in the next few months. Hopefully, I\u2019m just being paranoid.
