Good day all. President* Joe Bumbles Dementia Biden has long had a problem with the Constitution of the United States of America. He doesn\u2019t consider the Constitution to be \u201cAbsolute\u201d and that your rights are also not \u201cAbsolute.\u201d<\/p>\n

Recently, we\u2019ve had a couple of lunatics open fire on people in gun free zones. In one case, only a single individual had the means of resisting, (He did, although not successfully, sadly), and in the other, the local police once again showed why you should never surrender the means to protect yourself and your loved ones.<\/p>\n

Before the bodies had even been removed, the usual suspects, starting with the Senile Pedophile in the Oval office, began demanding that guns be confiscated. Of course, President* Dementia has been told that the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment protects the right to keep and bear arms, but his contempt for the 2nd<\/sup>, and the entire Constitution is well known. He is now saying that your rights are NOT absolute.<\/p>\n

In an article on Fox News<\/b><\/a>, the mush brained moron actually said this.<\/p>\n

“For so many of you at home, I want to be very clear \u2013 this is not about taking away anyone’s guns,” the president said.<\/b><\/p>\n

Yes, you lying tyrant, you are.<\/p>\n

“It is not about vilifying gun owners.<\/a> In fact, we believe we should be treating responsible gun owners as an example of how every gun owner should behave.”\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“I respect the culture, the tradition, the concerns of lawful gun owners,” Biden continued. “At the same time, the Second Amendment, like all other rights, is not absolute.”<\/b><\/p>\n

And there it is. The words that EVERY tyrant has uttered, right before they started the general round ups and summery executions. So, I thought I would go through the Constitution of the United States of America and see what other rights Dementia Joe and the Communazis think aren\u2019t absolute. I will be cherry picking and not going in order. So, how about we start with the 13th<\/sup> Amendment<\/a> to the Constitution of the United States. I think a lot of people would consider it one of the most important ones out there. Here is what the amendment says:<\/p>\n

Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.<\/i> <\/b><\/p>\n

Section 2. <\/b>Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation<\/b><\/i><\/p>\n

This is the Amendment that ended slavery in the United States once and for all. I guess Joe Biden doesn\u2019t think that this right is absolute. I\u2019m not surprised at this. Joe Biden is a racist. He is also a Democrat. The Democrats were the ones who led the secession of the southern states and founded the Confederacy, and one of the reasons was to keep their slaves.<\/p>\n

We had a civil war over this and many other issues, and the South lost. The Republicans pushed through the 13th<\/sup> Amendment and ended the institution of slavery in the United States. The Democrats have been pissed about this ever since and have been working to re-enslave Blacks. Of course, these days, the Democrats are all about \u201cInclusion.\u201d They would also like to enslave Hispanics, Asians and anyone that doesn\u2019t toe their progressive liberal line.<\/p>\n

Another right that the maladministration doesn\u2019t think is absolute is the 6th<\/sup> Amendment<\/a>. Here is the text:<\/p>\n

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.<\/b><\/i><\/p>\n

The Biden Maladministration is currently holding hundreds of people without trial or access to counsel who took part in the January 6th<\/sup> 2021 protests. Now that some of the cases are actually going to trial, people are seeing just how badly the protesters have been abused by the maladministration. The DoJ has already been called on the carpet by one judge and I know of at least one case where the defendant was acquitted when video showed up of him being let into the capitol by the police.<\/p>\n

Another amendment that Dementia Joe and the Progressive Liberal Democratic Communazis, (And frankly, a few RINO\u2019s and TransRepublicans as well), think aren\u2019t absolute is the 1st<\/sup> Amendment<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Now the Progressive like to say that the right to speak your mind is not absolute. They will say that shouting \u201cFIRE!\u201d in a crowded theater when their isn\u2019t one, and causing a panic should be banned. The courts have not taken kindly to that. You can shout fire, however, if people panic and there are injuries, you can be held liable for those.<\/p>\n

This is not what the Maladministration is considering. They want to flat out suppress anything that goes against what they deem \u201cWorthy.\u201d Recently, it came out that the Department of Homeland (In)Security had put together a Disinformation Governance Board<\/a>. The person who was to head this Board turned out to be a raving moonbat who was all set to move against anyone who dared put out \u201cWrongspeak.\u201d Not unsurprisingly, the whole thing blew up in their faces and the person who was to impose censorship was forced to step down.<\/p>\n

Now, in the interests of being fair, there is one amendment that the maladministration and the Progressive Liberal Democratic Communazis do consider absolute is the 16th<\/sup> Amendment. In fact, the Left loves this amendment and are constantly looking for way to expand it.<\/p>\n

The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes<\/a>, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.<\/em> <\/b><\/p>\n

The Liberals love this amendment. They have been looking at expanding it in ways to allow them to confiscate pretty much everyone\u2019s personal wealth and property. This is the pet project of Elizabeth Fauxahontas Warren, (Communist-Taxachusetts). She wants to confiscate the property<\/a> of anyone with more than $50 million dollars in assets. We aren\u2019t talking about cash, but paper wealth such as stocks, bonds and real estate. Interestingly, the \u201cfloor\u201d before her wealth tax kicks in is more than she\u2019s currently worth. Funny that.<\/p>\n

Now we come to the Amendment that Dementia Joe and the Communazis have hated for over a century, the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment. The text reads:<\/p>\n

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. <\/b><\/i><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The gun grabbers have been arguing that this amendment applies only to the National Guard, or that the \u201cWell regulated\u201d part means that the government can regulate ownership. When the Amendment was written, regulated had a different meaning then it does today. Basically it meant \u201cIn good order,\u201d or \u201cGood repair.\u201d They also refuse to consider the time period when the amendment was written.<\/p>\n

The colonies, now the United States, had just rebelled against the British Crown. The authors of the amendment understood that the people, meaning the individual citizen, had to have the means to rebel and overthrow a tyrannical, corrupt government. (The \u201cFourth Box of Liberty\u201d<\/a>)<\/p>\n

This has led to some truly idiotic statements from those who want total centralized power in the hands of the elite. (Generally, the Democrat party) We have people like Chinese Spies Eric Swalwell, (D-Kalifornistan), who threatened to nuke American gun owners,<\/p>\n

and Dianne Feinstein, (D-Beijing), who has tried to pass laws that would have allowed for the outright confiscation of firearms, except those of her personal security detail)<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

We also have Dementia Joe Biden who\u2019s knowledge of firearms can be summed up as \u201cI don\u2019t want anyone to have them buy me and my friends.\u201d He consistently makes statements demonstrating his complete lack of knowledge, both of firearms and the laws currently on the books. He once said that no one needs anything more than a double barreled shotgun, and that all you needed to do was fire off a coule of shots in the air to scare away the criminals.<\/p>\n

He\u2019s also said that if someone tries to come in, just shoot them through the door. I can think of several local laws that you would violate if you took this moron\u2019s advice. If you shoot both barrels of a shotgun into the air, you have no idea where that shot is going to come down. It\u2019s against the law pretty much everywhere to do something that stupid. As for shooting through the door, unless someone is shooting at YOU through that door, you have broken another law. In both cases, you aren\u2019t in immediate danger to your life so you have no justification to fire.<\/p>\n

Bumbles Dementia also has a habit of ignoring history. He loves to say that people couldn\u2019t own cannons back when the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment was written. This is not true. People did and they were used in the Revolutionary War. In fact, you can still own cannons today. (I would be interested to see what an 18 pounder would do if it hit the side of an armored car. A tank would shrug it off, but 18 pounds of solid iron is going to make a dent in something)<\/p>\n

Dementia Joe has been told repeatedly that his statements on cannon and other firearm related issues is incorrect, but he keeps repeating them. He was doing this even before his obvious mental decline. The reason is simple. Joseph Robinette Biden is a pathological liar. He is not capable of telling the truth about anything.<\/p>\n

He is also stupid. He likes to think he is the smartest man in the room, however if he\u2019s pressed, he will start making things up. With the onset of his mental decline, it\u2019s gotten even worse. His stupidity along with his Alzheimer’s is the reason that he doesn\u2019t grasp that the constitution of the United States IS absolute.<\/p>\n

If it needs to be changed, then we have two methods to amend it. The first, and the one that has been used since the Bill of Rights was ratified, has the amendment passed by the house and senate by a two thirds majority and is then sent to the States for ratification. The other method, never used, bypasses the Congress. The states call an Article 5 convention<\/a> and amend the constitution that way.<\/p>\n

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states, or by conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress; provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in the ninth section of the first article; and that no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate.<\/b><\/i><\/p>\n

The way things are in Washington, many of the state legislatures are looking to do just that, and bypass Congress. However, that is a post for another day. In the meantime, the Communazis are trying to ram through their unconstitutional bills. There is a problem in that the Supreme Court will slap them down.<\/p>\n

They are already working on a case involving the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment and New York that could throw out a large number of guns laws now on the books. Of course, the Communazis answer to that would be to pack the court with enough political justices to strip away people\u2019s 2nd<\/sup> Amendment rights. That would be a bad idea and it wouldn\u2019t end well.<\/p>\n

However, the odds of that happening are low. One gun grabber RINO has already thrown in the towel<\/a> and announced he won\u2019t be seeking reelection. Democrats are telling their leadership that their constituents are flat out telling them to forget about passing more unconstitutional laws, and are now demanding the repeal of a number already on the books. Of course, President Bumbles Dementia and the Communazis party leadership are ignoring what the people want. After all, the 13th<\/sup> Amendment isn\u2019t absolute and the Progressive Elite needs people to do their laundry and polish their silver.<\/p>\n
