Good day all. I\u2019m a little late with this. Last week a left wing lunatic showed up near Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh\u2019s home with the intent of murdering him and then shooting himself. He apparently came to his senses and called 911 and turned himself in.<\/p>\n

The lunatic went after Kavanaugh over the leaked decision regarding Roe v Wade. He was stopped, no thanks to the Democrats, by his own realization that he was insane and by a some marshals guarding Justice Kavanaugh\u2019s home. Here are some of the details from NBC News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

An armed man was arrested overnight near the home of Supreme Court<\/a> Justice Brett Kavanaugh after he called 911 on himself, law enforcement officials said Wednesday. <\/b><\/p>\n

Officials say the man, identified as Nicholas John Roske, 26,<\/b> <\/b>was armed with a handgun, a knife, pepper spray and burglary tools. He was stopped a block from the justice\u2019s house. And when police detained him, he said he was there to kill Kavanaugh, the officials said. <\/b><\/p>\n

From what I have been reading, this nutter bought a gun, some ammo and also other items of mayhem.<\/p>\n

A search of his backpack and suitcase showed he was carrying a “black tactical chest rig and tactical knife, a Glock 17 pistol with two magazine and ammunition, pepper spray, zip ties, a hammer, screwdriver, nail punch, crow bar, pistol light, duct tape” and other items. <\/b><\/p>\n

Why do I have the feeling he was watching the movie \u201cPeppermint<\/a>?\u201d That sounds a lot like what Jennifer Garner\u2019s character used when she dealt with a crooked judge. Of course, that was just fiction, and what this loser was planning was real and dangerous.<\/p>\n

Roske was charged in federal court in Maryland with attempting to murder a Supreme Court justice, which carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.<\/b><\/p>\n

I read a column regarding the attempted murder charge by Eric Mack on Newsmax<\/a>. He spoke with Alan Dershowitz. Dershowitz believes that the prosecutors are overcharging here and that there is a good chance that this charge would be thrown out or lead to an acquittal.<\/p>\n

Charging the alleged potential assassin of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh with attempted murder was a bridge too far, according to the law, legal expert Alan Dershowitz told Newsmax.<\/a> <\/b><\/p>\n

“I hate to give you the bad news, but he cannot be convicted of attempted murder,” Dershowitz told Saturday’s “America Right Now.” “He didn’t go far enough. This is what’s called preparation. For it to be attempted murder he has to come a lot closer to actually having killed, than just surveilling a house. <\/b><\/p>\n

“He could be charged with other crimes, but he can’t be successfully prosecuted for attempted murder.” <\/b><\/p>\n

There is also the fact that he called 911 and admitted what he had planned. That looks more like a cry for help by a crazy person, who realizes he\u2019s crazy then an actual attempt to murder a supreme court justice. Well it will be sorted out in court. What is not being sorted out is the blatant ignoring of current law regarding protests in front of Supreme Court Justices.<\/p>\n

There are Progressive totalitarian groups that have been doxxing the conservative justices, publicizing their home addresses and in the case of Justice Amy Coney Barrett and the daily routines of her children. They did this even after the lunatic was arrested. They\u2019ve also been picketing outside the homes of the justices and making threats. The Democrats have been, for the most part, silent. However, when a bill was put forward to provide better security, the Democrats blocked it.<\/p>\n

As is usually the case, the Democrats are engaged in their favorite tactic of Short Term Thinking. They are so wrapped up in their little bubble world that they haven\u2019t actually considered what would happen if a justice, or several, were assassinated. Their thinking is that they can appoint more leftists to the bench and have them rule on things like the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment, basically ripping it up, along with all the other things that the Progressives despise about the Constitution.<\/p>\n

The short version is simple. Flat out civil war. That is something that we must prevent. If that worst case scenario happened because of the Progressive Liberal Democrats, it would kill millions and wreck this country worse then the 4 years between 1861-1865. It would also end the Democrat Party.<\/p>\n

So how about doing your jobs, shutting down these threats and instead of reverting to your traditional plantation slave master mentality, you actually try convincing people that your way is better? It isn\u2019t of course, which you well know. This is why the Democrats are just fine if a couple of Trump\u2019s justices are assassinated. It will allow them to impose their will on an unwilling America. November can\u2019t come soon enough for me.<\/p>\n
