Good day all. The Democratic Communazis and their fellow travelers, the GOP(e) RINO\u2019s and TransRepublicans are looking to suppress the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment again. Never mind that the majority of Americans have stated that they want their 2nd<\/sup> Amendment rights, and that we don\u2019t need more laws, but few laws.<\/p>\n

One of the RINO\u2019s working with the Communazis to strip both the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment and the rights of Due Process away from Americans is John Cornyn, (RINO-Texas). He doesn\u2019t seem interested in listening to his constituents, and recently received an earful at the GOP State Convention in Texas. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Texas Sen. John Cornyn got booed by attendees at the state’s GOP convention on Friday over his involvement in negotiating a bipartisan bill focused on gun reform and mental healthcare after recent mass shootings in America.<\/strong><\/p>\n

That \u201cBipartisan\u201d bill has some major constitutional issues in it. The \u201cRed Flag\u201d provision is, as we have seen in the states that have implemented it, failed in it\u2019s designed purpose, but has been abused by people to \u201cGet\u201d someone who owns guns. It flat out forces someone to prove they are innocent after they have had their 2nd<\/sup> Amendment rights taken from them without due process.<\/p>\n

The Democrats are basically salivating at a national red flag law. Before the ink is even dry on the bill, they will start declaring anyone who has a gun as a threat and sending in federal and state law enforcement agents to kick down the doors and confiscate them. Of course, they fail to consider that people might take exception to this and use those very same guns to defend themselves against the government agents.<\/p>\n

Cornyn’s speech at the Texas GOP convention<\/a> on Friday was nearly 20-minutes long and attendees shouted at the Senator for almost the entire speech, according to The Houston Chronicle. <\/b><\/p>\n

“No gun control!,” the crowd shouted, according to the report. <\/b><\/p>\n

Cornyn had this to say in response.<\/p>\n

“I\u2019m as passionate as you are about something called the United States Constitution,” Cornyn said during the speech, according to the report. <\/b><\/p>\n

Cornyn, by his very actions in this matter, shows that he doesn\u2019t give a damn about the Constitution. If he did, he would be working to shut down most of the Federal Government since their actions are in direct violation of what the founders of this country intended and wrote into the Constitution.<\/p>\n

Cornyn began negotiating the bipartisan gun control and gun violence prevention bill with Democrats after the mass shooting in Uvalde, Texas at Robb Elementary School on May 24, which left 19 children and two adults dead. <\/b><\/p>\n

More and more information is coming out that most of those children, if not all of them, would have survived if not for the incompetence and cowardice of the Uvlade Police Department. As for Cornyn, when he was booed by his constituents his response was pure arrogance.<\/p>\n

After being booed at the event, Cornyn’s Twitter account re-tweeted a journalist who reported that the Senator told several people “I’ve never given in to mobs and I’m not starting today.” <\/b><\/p>\n

That \u201cMob\u201d happens to be an overwhelming majority of Texans and most of the American people who slimy swamp dwelling turncoat. Sadly, this two-faced lying scumbag was re-elected in 2020 so the people of Texas are stuck with him, just as the people of South Carolina are stuck with their spineless RINO fabric expert, Lindsey Graham.<\/p>\n

The GOP(e) is as politically tone deaf as the Democratic Communazis on how the American People think. They have made it known that they consider the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment to be important to the safety and security of their individual rights. They have been voting with their wallets, with sales of firearms exceeding 1 million per month, and ammunition sales so high that suppliers are only now beginning to catch up with the demand.<\/p>\n

I think we need to consider a constitutional convention, bypassing Congress, and that it should consider a minor change to the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment. Something like \u201cThe right of the individual to keep and bear arms in shall not be infringed.\u201d Period, stop. We should also look at repealing the 17th<\/sup> Amendment which took away the right of the State Legislatures to appoint Senators. I would also add Term limits and a recall provision to remove idiots like Cornyn. One thing he and the other vermin should remember is this:<\/p>\n
