The worst president in history, Joe Bumbles Dementia Biden, continues his dictatorial remarks and actions. The recent United States Supreme Court decision, in overturning New York\u2019s anti-2<sup>nd<\/sup> Amendment gun laws added an instruction that courts must read the text of the Amendment. Dementia Joe, or his handlers, is flat out ignoring the plain wording of both the decision and the 2nd Amendment.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i.pinimg.com\/originals\/33\/83\/a5\/3383a5e9506e8e185907f64f008ece83.jpg?resize=500%2C276&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"500\" height=\"276\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>I won\u2019t go into the details of the decision, I\u2019ve already written about it. I\u2019m also not a lawyer and don\u2019t fully understand all the details. What appears to be the case is the decision also removed a number of laws banning types of guns, magazine capacities and other details. However, the one thing that Dementia Joe is consistent on, is his desire to confiscate guns from the <span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\"><i>slaves<\/i><\/span> citizens. He is flat out ignoring the court on this and several other decisions. (Abortion, stripping power from regulatory agencies, etc) He has stated he intends to move forward with gun bans. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/biden-says-hes-determined-to-renew-assault-weapons-ban_4590408.html?utm_source=partner&amp;utm_campaign=BonginoReport\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Here are some of the details from the Epoch Times<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n<p><b>President Joe Biden on Monday said he wants to implement a new ban on \u201cassault weapons\u201d as he touted the Safer Communities Act at the White House. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u201c<b>We\u2019re living in a country awash in weapons of war,\u201d Biden said, apparently referring to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/t-ar-15\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AR-15<\/a>-style rifles. \u201cWhat is the rationale for these weapons outside war zones?\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u201c<b>Assault weapons need to be banned,\u201d Biden added as he signed the measure into law. \u201cThey were banned. I led the fight in 1994. And then under pressure from the [National Rifle Association] and the gun manufacturers and others, that ban was lifted in 2004.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"amazing every word of what you just said was wrong\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/2sRS1dwCotw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>First, the unconstitutional ban on semiautomatic rifles that looked evil wasn\u2019t lifted, it expired. It was only good for 10 years. Second they are NOT military rifles and are not used by the military. (They use M-16\u2019s and M-4 rifles which use the same design, but are fully automatic. We can discuss the legality of owning those another day) Third, the American People have spoken on this and done so with their wallets. Over a million NICS checks have been done each month for 3 years.<\/p>\n<p><b>On Monday,\u00a0Biden also said he wants to ban \u201chigh-capacity magazines,\u201d which generally refers to magazines that carry more than 10 rounds. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u201c<b>I\u2019m determined to ban these weapons again and high capacity magazines \u2026 I\u2019m not going to stop until we do it,\u201d added Biden, who backed the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Insert gunny<\/p>\n<p>Bumbles Dementia is not going to pay any attention to the pesky little fact that the Supreme Court has said \u201cOh no you won\u2019t Bub!\u201d But then, Dementia Joe Biden is a petty little tyrant and won\u2019t let little things like the Constitution, which he\u2019s never read, interfere with his desires.<\/p>\n<p><b>Last month, 15 Republican senators joined all Democrats to pass the\u00a0Safer Communities Act, which includes federal funding to enforce red flag laws, implements more stringent background checks for gun buyers between the age of 18 and 21, and\u00a0makes obtaining guns through straw purchases a federal offense. The law also bars individuals from obtaining a firearm for at least five years if they\u2019ve been convicted of a misdemeanor crime involving a domestic partner. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Insert rino<\/p>\n<p>That latest bit of drivel is also unconstitutional. As for the RINO\u2019s who voted for it? A few of them are retiring and this is their last \u201cScrew You!\u201d to their constituents. Others are going to be voted out in their primaries, and some, like Mittens Romney, Cocaine Mitch McConnell and future fabric shop manager Lindsey Graham are all part of the Deep State Beltway Uniparty. (They\u2019re also probably on their last terms as well)<\/p>\n<p><b>The NRA wrote that \u201cmake no mistake, behind the fa\u00e7ade and the contrived talking points of safety, school security, and mental health, THIS IS A GUN CONTROL BILL,\u201d adding that it \u201cdoes little to truly address violent crime while opening the door to unnecessary burdens on the exercise of Second Amendment freedom by law-abiding gun owners.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s the whole point. The Ruling Elite is more afraid of the law abiding armed citizen then the common criminals. They have security details with guns they don\u2019t allow their serfs, peons and slaves to have and they can bring them everywhere.<\/p>\n<p><b>Meanwhile, in order to reinstate the 1994 ban, Democrats will likely need 10 Republicans to vote with them to overcome the 60-vote threshold to advance most bills. No Republican senator has sought to reinstate that ban, which ended in 2004. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Even if the TransRepublicans and RINO\u2019s did vote to ban guns, it would be challenged before the ink was dry from President* Bumbles Dementia\u2019s scrawl like signature. If they went \u201cWhole Hog\u201d and ordered the confiscation of the tens of millions of guns already in the hands of the American People?<\/p>\n<p>Insert boogaloo<\/p>\n<p>Biden is a classic tyrant. He is even worse, if that\u2019s possible, then Der Fubar, Barack Obama. Of course, he really isn\u2019t running things, since his brain is mostly spoiled Tapioca pudding these days, but he is doing a lot of damage and is setting things up for the potential \u201cWorst Case Scenario.\u201d I understand that the Secret Service, when Dementia Joe was Vice President, considered him to be the second worst assignment. (Felonia von Pantsuit is considered the worst) It makes me wonder what would happen if the worst case scenario did happen? How many of them would simple say \u201cBye!\u201d and walk away?
