Good day all. One of the things the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump did for America, was put true Constitutionalists on the bench, including the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n

This was a far cry from the flat out seditious judges that Der Fuber, Barack Obama put on the benches. They have a will deserved reputation for flat out ignoring the Constitution, and assuming powers they do not have. Whenever I see a ruling that flies in the face of the Constitution or the Separation of Powers, I look up the judge in question, and sure enough, 9 times out of 10, its an Obama judge.<\/p>\n

These judges are routinely overturned by the Supreme Court, in several cases 9-0. Even the progressives on the court couldn\u2019t stomach what the Obama judges had done. Now we have, thanks to the Tainted Election of 2020, the stupidest, most incompetent president* in history, Joe Biden. He has nominated someone for the 9th<\/sup> Circuit Court of Appeals, also known as the 9th<\/sup> Circus, that is so bad, she should be laughed out of the confirmation hearings. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

One of <\/b>President Biden\u2019s latest judicial nominees<\/b><\/u><\/a> serves on the board of a group that backed calls to defund the police and has called to abolish prisons.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Biden nominated Roopali Desai, a litigation partner at the law firm Coppersmith Brockelman, to the 9th Circuit Appeals Court bench last month. <\/b><\/p>\n

And who is this person and what makes her qualified to be on the 9th<\/sup> Circuit?<\/p>\n

Desai serves on the board of <\/b>Just Communities Arizona<\/b><\/u><\/a> (JCA), a self-described “abolitionist organization” that envisions “a world in which prisons and jails are unnecessary.”\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

That could work if you take the criminals out and execute them. Somehow, I don\u2019t think this is what the Moonbat has in mind.<\/p>\n

The organization has taken several radical stances on the criminal justice system, including claiming that “the criminal punishment system isn’t really about justice” and mourning Arizona\u2019s execution of Frank Atwood last month.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I have never heard of the executed criminal until I started working on this post. From my 5 minutes of research, this Pile of Manure should have been buried in an ant hill and covered in honey long ago. According to the New York Post<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Frank Atwood, 66, was executed for the 1984 of death Vicki Lynne Hoskinson, whom he kidnapped and killed while on parole on previous kidnapping charges, state Attorney General Mark Brnovich said. <\/b><\/p>\n

Atwood had been convicted of kidnapping two children in California and moved to Tucson days before the murder, in violation of his parole, the attorney general said. <\/b><\/p>\n

This now dead POS should NEVER have been out of prison. Frankly, after the first two children he took, he should have been hanged.<\/p>\n

That Dementia Joe\u2019s nominee would have released him again, and is mourning his execution, should have disqualified her from even being considered. If you think this is bad, just wait, it gets worse.<\/p>\n

AFSC’s national arm supports <\/b>defunding the police<\/b><\/u><\/a> and called the American criminal justice system “a racist system that disproportionately targets people of color” during the George Floyd riots. AFSC-Arizona co-signed a statement from the national arm that called to divert resources “away from the police forces that occupy our communities.”\u00a0 <\/b>AFSC <\/b>also supported abolishing prisons<\/b><\/u><\/a> as well as the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement targeting Israel backed by several terrorist organizations. <\/b><\/p>\n

Basically this woman is a Communist, an anti-Semite, and a typical Progressive. Fortunately, her record is coming out.<\/p>\n

“Roopali Desai\u2019s disturbing record makes her unfit to serve in the federal judiciary,” Article III Project founder and president Mike Davis told Fox News Digital. “Desai has spent her professional career championing a radical left-wing agenda.” <\/b><\/p>\n

“Given the revelations brought to light by the Article III Project, Senators Kyrsten Sinema and Mark Kelly should be ashamed of their support for Roopali Desai,” he continued. “As Arizona\u2019s home state senators, they have a responsibility to lead the fight against the nomination of such a radical, unqualified person, not blindly cheerlead for an extremist who doesn’t represent the values of their state.”<\/b><\/p>\n

I expect nothing less from the those two. Sinema is now in a reelection race that she is probably going to lose. She has been trying to pull back from her leftist positions, but she is being called out for them. Mark Kelly is another Communazi that benefited from the 2020 election fraud that\u2019s slowly being uncovered in Arizona. If Sinema loses, there is a good chance that Kelly will be booted out in 2026.<\/p>\n

The sad fact is, this bitch will probably be confirmed, thanks to that scumbag UpChuck Schumer. The 9th<\/sup> Circuit Court was starting to not be the most overturned court in the country. Putting this unqualified bitch on the bench will help to restore it to that status. Perhaps, once she starts issuing rulings that get people killed, she will be impeached, convicted and removed. It might also lead to a constitutional amendment term limiting judges.<\/p>\n
