One of the first things the Progressives did once they essentially secure single party rule was all but outlaw the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment. They put in place onerous laws that were designed to make it impossible for the people to exercise their right to keep and bear arms. Of course, the Progressive Liberal Democrats claimed they were doing this to \u201cProtect the people.\u201d In reality, it was to protect the Ruling elite FROM the people.<\/p>\n Then came the Heller decision which stated that the individual has the right to keep and bear arms. Recently, this was followed up by the Bruen decision that said you have the right to bear arms pretty much anywhere. As expected, several of the bluest states, such as New York, are ignoring the ruling. (Expect more legal actions that could end the National Firearms Act to be filed)<\/p>\n One of the side effects of all this is that gun sales have skyrocketed. It isn\u2019t just the \u201cUltra MAGA Deplorable Bitter Clingers adding to their collections. Now, thanks to the soft on crime policies of the Progressive Liberal Democratic Communazis, and in far to many cases, the outright cowardice of the police, people have decided that the first line of defense is themselves. Now the sales numbers are reaching into the states that have the most restrictive laws on gun ownership. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n Gun sales in Massachusetts<\/a> – a state with historically low firearm ownership – have skyrocketed since 2020, due in-part to people wanting to arm themselves out of fear, according to a new report.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n Many customers “haven\u2019t fully grasped the idea of wanting to own a firearm for defensive purposes, but something brought them here,” Cape Gun Works co-owner Toby Leary told local outlet WBUR. “They feel like they\u2019ve been spurred to do it based on what they see, or their own personal feelings about the world.” <\/b><\/p>\n Watching Antifa trying to kill anyone who disagrees with them, and the Black Communist Lives Only mob\u2019s torching cities while police stand aside does tend to cause people to worry. These new gun owners are also doing it the right way. Since almost none of them have any experience with firearms, they are seeking training, which is the right way to do it. They\u2019re also finding out just how much the People\u2019s Democratic Republic of Taxachusetts has suppressed their 2nd<\/sup> Amendment right to keep and bear arms.<\/p>\n Leary said many of his customers during the pandemic and following months told him that they did not like guns, but that fear pushed them to make the purchase, WBUR reported.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n There is an old saying that a conservative is just a liberal who has been mugged.<\/p>\n The WBUR analysis published Wednesday found gun dealers in the state sold nearly 276,000 firearms from 2020 through 2021, with the majority of sales being handguns, at 64%, while 23% of the sales were for rifles.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n Sadly, the firearms sold in Taxachusetts have been neutered by the \u201cGreat and General Court,\u201d in other words, the legislature and the governors.<\/p>\n Massachusetts is tied with New Jersey for having the lowest gun ownership in the country, at 14.7% of households with at least one gun, according to Rand Corporation average estimates released in 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n Part of the reason people don\u2019t buy guns in Taxachusetts is that you literally have to have the permission of the state. They require people to get a Firearms ID card before they can even touch a gun. If it expires, you lose the privilege of owning a gun and they can confiscate it. (And will while throw you in jail)<\/p>\n “We tripled sales in 2020 from 2019,” Leary told WBUR, adding that 2020 and 2021 were “banner, landmark years.” <\/b><\/p>\n Well, that\u2019s what I call a good start.<\/p>\n Fellow Cape Gun Works co-owner Brendon Bricklin added in comment to Fox News Digital that the increase in sales has also been driven by: “Emboldened criminals who face little deterrent in certain states\/cities;” “police departments that are stretched thin \/ short-staffed;” “political uncertainty.” <\/b><\/p>\n Thanks to the policies of the progressive Liberal Democratic Communazis, crime if out of control in the Blue cities and states. We see it every day where some goons attack people just minding their own business, and if\/when they are caught, they are released within hours. There are no repercussions. Of course, in the so called \u201cRed\u201d states, crime isn\u2019t as bad since armed citizens have a tendency to shoot criminals.<\/p>\n There have been two incidents recently where mass shootings were stopped by armed citizens. One was a woman in West Virginia, and more recently, a young man, in an excellent display of marksmanship, engaged and stopped another mass shooter in a mall. In both cases, the police were at best, 10 minutes or more away.<\/p>\n Compare this to what happened in Uvalde, Texas where 400 cops stood around with their thumbs up their collective asses and refused to go in and put down the rabid dog that was shooting up the school. In fact, at least one officer, who had family in the school, started moving in on the criminal and was stopped by the other police and disarmed. (This is the officer who was seen looking at his phone in a security feed. He was talking to his wife and getting information)<\/p>\n Gun sales across the nation skyrocketed in 2020, with an estimated 23 million firearms sold and more than 21 million gun background checks conducted. The numbers smashed records, and notably spiked at the onset of the pandemic in March, before jumping yet again in June of that year as protests and riots spread across the nation in response to the death of George Floyd.<\/b><\/p>\n This was the point that people understood that the Progressive governments were not going to do their job, and were going to let the cities burn. We finally saw people taking up arms to protect their businesses, with the upshot being Kyle Rittenhouse.<\/p>\n The story is well known now. He was helping people protect their businesses, became separated and was attacked by three thugs who chased him down and tried to kill him. He was forced to fire in self defense, killing two and wounding the third. (Who was also armed) The whole incident is one of the best documented cases of self defense ever recorded. This didn\u2019t stop a Soros DA from prosecuting Mr. Rittenhouse for murder. The jury looked at the evidence and ruled that the District Attorney was a moron and acquitted Mr. Rittenhouse.<\/p>\n Violent crimes spiked across the country in 2020, with the FBI reporting a nearly 30% increase in murders that year compared to 2019, marking the largest single-year increase in killings since the agency began tracking the crimes. <\/b><\/p>\n “A lot of people were looking around, especially early on [in the pandemic], and getting that first sense \u2026 of \u2018I actually don’t know that if something happens the government will be there to protect me,\u2019” Heritage Foundation legal fellow Amy Swearer previously told Fox News Digital. She noted that the pandemic prompted police departments to change policies in how to respond to emergency calls and response times lagged as a result. <\/b><\/p>\n The answer to the question, \u201cWill the government protect me?\u201d is simple. No, they won\u2019t. In fact, police are under no requirement to protect you. They don\u2019t even have to show up when you call 911 for help, as many victims have discovered. So who is going to protect you? As the old saw goes, \u201cThe lord helps those who help themselves.\u201d<\/p>\n In Massachusetts, gun owners echoed the experts\u2019 remarks on wanting to self-protect against any potential danger.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n “If I go to Walmart, if I go to a movie theater, if I go to a church, a gathering with a group of a lot of people, I always carry,” Frank Garrido, a 63-year-old financial advisor, told WBUR. <\/b><\/p>\n As I\u2019ve mentioned in the past, the Anger Central offices are located in new Hampshire, which is a constitutional carry state. You do not need to have a permission slip from the state to exercise your rights under both the State Constitution, (Article 2), and the United States Constitution. (2nd<\/sup> Amendment)<\/p>\n New Hampshire generally has a fairly low crime rate in regards to crimes against people, as opposed to property. (Muggings verses car theft or burglary) I once asked a police officer about the vast differences in crime statistics when compared to the People\u2019s Democratic Republic of Taxachusetts.
