Good day all. This is a breaking story and more details will come out. The magistrate who signed the search warrant for the smash and grab raid on Mar-a-Lago has ordered that part of the affidavit should be made public.<\/p>\n

The raid on President Trump\u2019s home has exploded in the faces of the FBI and DOJ. The lies coming from Merrick Garland, not to mention the leaks, (If these leaks were water leaking into an aircraft carrier, it would be on the bottom in minutes), claiming that President Trump had everything short of a W88 nuclear warhead Melania\u2019s closet.<\/p>\n

Considering the past history of the Frakking Bunch of Incompetents, many people believe that the actual affidavit is probably filled with flat out lies. Now the Magistrate who signed the warrant, (And there are a lot of question about him), has ordered a partial release. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

U.S. Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart on Thursday ordered the Justice Department to redact the affidavit that was used to obtain the FBI’s search warrant for its raid on former President Trump\u2019s Mar-a-Lago home<\/a> and said he would release at least a portion of it. <\/b><\/p>\n

Reinhart, during the highly-anticipated hearing in the West Palm Beach Division of Florida, said that the entire affidavit should not be kept under seal, despite the Justice Department\u2019s argument that the release would jeopardize future steps in the investigation and provide a “roadmap” for the probe.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

There is no road map. This is yet another lie by the DoJ and FBI. This is nothing more then the latest plan to \u201cGet Trump!\u201d<\/p>\n

The Justice Department asked Reinhart to keep the document under seal to “protect the integrity of an ongoing law enforcement investigation that implicates <\/b>national security.”<\/b><\/u><\/a> <\/b><\/p>\n

Reinhart also ordered that some documents connected to the search warrant be unsealed Thursday\u2014including the application for the warrant, the motion to seal the affidavit, and the cover sheet. <\/b><\/p>\n

That should make for some interesting reading, and I\u2019ll let those who understand the nuances comment about the contents.<\/p>\n

Government prosecutor Jay Bratt argued that unsealing the affidavit would “provide a roadmap” of an ongoing investigation still in its early stages. Bratt also said the country is in a “volatile” state, and warned that releasing the names of witnesses or FBI agents would “chill” other witnesses who may still come forward. <\/b><\/p>\n

What witness? The rumors I\u2019ve been hearing is that the FBI, when they visited Trump previously, asked the Secret Service agents on site, who WERE GUARDING THE DOCUMENTS, as well as the Trumps, to change the lock on the storage container. From what I\u2019ve been given to understand, the agents did this and notified that FBI who then used that as their \u201cConfidential Source inside Mar-a-Lago.<\/p>\n

That Merrick Garland, the FBI and the Biden Maladministration are actually looking to arrest President Trump should send up warning flares. If they were to actually try this, things would rapidly descend to \u201cOpen Season, no limit\u201d on federal agents all over the country. These damned fools might want to trigger something like this, thinking they will win, and end not just President Trump, but the Republican Party.<\/p>\n

What they will do is trigger an all out civil war, and I, for one, would not like this to happen. Civil wars are bad. The Moonbats, Progressives, Democrats and the Biden Maladministration would also lose and lose badly, and the casualties, if the last civil war is any guide, would be in the millions. The Democrats should just shut all this down and accept that they are going to lose the elections in 2022 and 2024, and start looking at why people hate them now. Sadly, I don\u2019t think they are capable of this sort of reflection. We shall see what happens next.<\/p>\n
