Good day all. Going back to the Obama regime, we\u2019ve seen how Big Tech has suppressed any views that violates their idea of \u201cCommunity Standards.\u201d Their standards are generally to the left of Karl Marx. With the tainted election of 2020, people started really ripping into \u201cThe system\u201d and how they believed the election was rigged. Now it\u2019s come out that Facebook was spying on private messages and sending the information to the American Gestapo<\/i><\/span> FBI.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Facebook\u2019s Mark Zuckerberg has been hauled up before Congress several times and questioned about the platform\u2019s blatant censorship of conservatives. However, now it seems that it\u2019s gone far beyond censorship and into the realm of Big Brother\u2019s police state. Here are the details from the New York Post<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Facebook has been spying on the private messages and data of American users and reporting them to the FBI<\/a> if they express anti-government or anti-authority sentiments \u2014 or question the 2020 election<\/a> \u2014 according to sources within the Department of Justice. <\/b><\/p>\n

Under the FBI collaboration operation, somebody at Facebook red-flagged these supposedly subversive private messages over the past 19 months and transmitted them in redacted form to the domestic terrorism operational unit at FBI headquarters in Washington, DC, without a subpoena.<\/b><\/p>\n

That whirring and ripping sound you hear is the Constitution being fed into a shredder.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was done outside the legal process and without probable cause,\u201d alleged one of the sources, who spoke on condition of \u00adanonymity. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u201cFacebook provides the FBI with private conversations which are protected by the First Amendment without any subpoena.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Not just the 1st<\/sup> Amendment, but the 4th<\/sup> Amendment as well in my personal opinion.<\/p>\n

These private messages then have been farmed out as \u201cleads\u201d to FBI field offices around the country, which subsequently requested subpoenas from the partner US Attorney\u2019s Office in their district to officially obtain the private conversations that Facebook already had shown them. <\/b><\/p>\n

Why do I feel we have yet another FISA situation where Federal Agents basically lied on the legal documents for the warrant and subpoena requests?<\/p>\n

But when the targeted Facebook users were investigated by agents in a local FBI field office, sometimes using covert surveillance techniques, nothing criminal or violent turned up. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cIt was a waste of our time,\u201d said one source familiar with subpoena requests lodged during a 19-month frenzy by FBI headquarters in Washington, DC, to produce the caseload to match the Biden administration\u2019s rhetoric on domestic terrorism after the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot. <\/b><\/p>\n

One of the things we\u2019ve been seeing from President* Joe Biden is that he is an autocratic asshole who cares nothing for the Constitution of the United States or his oath of office. He has been getting slapped down on a regular basis by the courts, and not all of the decisions were from Trump Judges. A lot are coming from the Obama, Bush and Clinton judges as well.<\/p>\n

Biden\u2019s rhetoric, rather than decreasing regarding those who oppose him politically, has, if anything skyrocketed. His recent \u201cSoul of America\u201d speech has been panned across the political spectrum as being something right out of Hitler\u2019s Nuremberg rallies or speeches by Benito Mussolini.<\/p>\n

The Facebook users whose private communications Facebook had red-flagged as domestic terrorism for the FBI were all \u201cconservative right-wing individuals.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThey were gun-toting, red-blooded Americans [who were] angry after the election and shooting off their mouths and talking about staging protests. There was nothing criminal, nothing about violence or massacring or assassinating anyone.<\/b><\/p>\n

It\u2019s called blowing off steam, and as you can see from this blog, I indulge in it on a regular basis. I also have no desire to open the 4th<\/sup> Box of Liberty and start the 2nd<\/sup> American Civil War, and neither do most of the people on the so called political right, aka Ultra MAGA Deplorable Bitter Clingers. That isn\u2019t to say people won\u2019t make preparations in case Dementia Joe decides to go full on tyrant. However, no one was actually doing anything other than mouthing off.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs soon as a subpoena was requested, within an hour, Facebook sent back gigabytes of data and photos. It was ready to go. They were just waiting for that legal process so they could send it.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

There are two reasons why a company would have data ready for law enforcement to pick up once the proper legal paperwork was provided. The FBI showed up without it and asked for it, and while the company was in agreement with the request, was legally unable to provide it and asked for a warrant\/subpoena, and then gathered everything together for the government once the proper documents were provided.<\/p>\n

The other reason, and this appears to be what Faceplant did, was flat out spy on their users who\u2019s politics they don\u2019t agree with and shipping everything off to the FBI unasked. This isn\u2019t a situation where there was a potential real life threat, it was an attempt by Facebook to get Trump supporters jailed or killed.<\/p>\n

Facebook denied the allegations yesterday. <\/b><\/p>\n

Gee, why am I not surprised? Of course they\u2019re going to deny everything. Facebook, Zuckerberg and Facebook\u2019s management is already in hot water for their censorship policies. If this proves out, it goes far beyond censorship to potential conspiracy and civil rights abuses. The civil cases alone, if proven, will probably end Facebook. I won\u2019t go into the potential for criminal cases since I am in no way qualified on what charges could be brought. (I have ideas, but I\u2019ll leave it to those who understand how criminal law works)<\/p>\n

In two contrasting statements sent one hour apart, Erica Sackin, a spokesperson at Facebook\u2019s parent company, Meta, claimed Facebook\u2019s interactions with the FBI were designed to \u201cprotect people from harm.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

In her first statement, she said: \u201cThese claims are false because they reflect a misunderstanding of how our systems protect people from harm and how we engage with law enforcement. We carefully scrutinize all government requests for user information to make sure they\u2019re legally valid and narrowly tailored and we often push back. We respond to legal requests for information in accordance with applicable law and our terms and we provide notice to users whenever permitted.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

In a second, unprompted \u201cupdated statement,\u201d sent 64 minutes later, Sackin altered her language to say the claims are \u201cwrong,\u201d not \u201cfalse.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThese claims are just wrong. The suggestion we seek out peoples\u2019 private messages for anti-government language or questions about the validity of past elections and then proactively supply those to the FBI is plainly inaccurate and there is zero evidence to support it,\u201d said Sackin, a DC-based crisis response expert who previously worked for Planned Parenthood and \u201cObama for America\u201d and now leads Facebook\u2019s communications on \u201ccounterterrorism and dangerous organizations and individuals.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The FBI, in their usual doublespeak refused to confirm or deny that they were actively abusing the civil and constitutional rights of Americans…again.<\/p>\n

In a statement Wednesday, the FBI neither confirmed nor denied allegations put to it about its joint operation with Facebook, which is designated as \u201cunclassified\/law enforcement sensitive.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

And they wonder why the majority of Americans now see the FBI as an outright threat and that it should be abolished.<\/p>\n

Facebook\u2019s denial that it proactively provides the FBI with private user data without a subpoena or search warrant, if true, would indicate that the initial transfer has been done by a person (or persons) at the company designated as a \u201cconfidential human source\u201d by the FBI, someone with the authority to access and search users\u2019 private messages. <\/b><\/p>\n

In this way, Facebook would have \u201cplausible deniability\u201d if questions arose about misuse of users\u2019 data and its employee\u2019s confidentiality would be protected by the FBI. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

There is just one problem with that idea. It\u2019s crap. This kind of data mining would require developers to write the search algorithms and someone to come up with the parameters. It would also have to be tested, and additional filters developed and put into place. Finally it would require a certain level of access to the systems very few inside Facebook would have. In my opinion, there is only one way this could have happened, it would have to have been ordered by upper, (Mark Zuckerberg), management.<\/p>\n

The DOJ sources have decided to speak to The Post, and risk their careers, because they are concerned that federal law enforcement has been politicized and is abusing the constitutional rights of innocent Americans. <\/b>They say more whistleblowers are ready to join them.<\/b><\/p>\n

These are people who might actually be the old school FBI agents portrayed by the late Efrem Zimbalist Jr<\/a>. These are the people that do actual police work, obey the laws, uphold the Constitution and want to protect the innocent. We\u2019ve started seeing some of these agents talking to members of Congress, and Merrick Himmler Garland has threatened them<\/a> since it makes him and the DoJ look bad.<\/p>\n

Unrest has been building among the rank and file across the FBI and in some parts of the DOJ for months. It came to a head after the raid last month on former President Donald Trump\u2019s Mar-a-Lago<\/a> home in Florida.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

That Smash and Grab raid has basically ended any and all trust in the DoJ and the FBI. People are now talking about what might happen if the Biden Maladministration were to actually try and arrest the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump. The agents coming forward know that would set off the \u201cBoogaloo\u201d and see groups of armed Americans going after Federal Agents. If this happens, even the good agents, all 10-15 of them, would find themselves in the crosshairs of people who know how to shoot and have bigger guns then they have.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe most frightening thing is the combined power of Big Tech colluding with the enforcement arm of the FBI,\u201d says one whistleblower. \u201cGoogle<\/a>, Facebook and Twitter<\/a>, these companies are globalist. They don\u2019t have our national interest at heart.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

No, they have the Communist Chinese government\u2019s interests at heart. Big Tech is run by people who actually think Mao, Lenin and Marx were right. They are active threats to the United States, and with the current occupant of the oval office in the pocket of President Xi, we have much to worry about. Hopefully, the Midterm elections will blow out the Progressive Liberal Democratic Communazis, and their fellow TransRepublican travelers, and the new congress can get, if not to the bottom of this, at least a good start for the Trump\/DeSantis administration.<\/p>\n
