Good day all. I recently posted about<\/a> the American Medical Association and other medical associations that decided to repeat the idiocy of the National School Boards Association and demand that Garland send in his stormtroopers to arrest anyone who spoke out against mutilating children.<\/p>\n

As you may recall, when the letter to Garland from the NSBA came out, they were demanding that parents who opposed the Progressive education policies be treated as terrorists. The draft versions of the letter wanted to have military police rounding people up. It came out that the DoJ was involved in the creation of that letter.<\/p>\n

Now the various medical associations have decided to double down on stupid and demand the same thing regarding those who think it\u2019s not a good idea to sexually mutilate children. This has led to a number of State Attorneys General to tell Merrick Garland to back off. Here are the details from Breitbart<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Thirteen state attorneys general have warned U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland against prosecuting critics of child gender transition surgeries.<\/b><\/p>\n

The letter<\/a> comes as the left-wing medical establishment, including the\u00a0American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), American Medical Association (AMA), and the Children\u2019s Hospital Association (CHA), sent a letter to Garland asking him to investigate and prosecute those who disagree with their practices on treating gender dysphoria in children. <\/b><\/p>\n

What these quacks and groomers want to do is give children, who are confused and really need a little psychological help, drugs and later surgery. Now there is an extremely rare condition where the body might have both characteristics of male and female and that does need to be treated. This isn\u2019t what these butchers are talking about. They want to mutilate perfectly health boys and girls for their own warped purposes. This is what is driving the protests around the country.<\/p>\n

The attorneys general contend that the medical establishment is concerned about how their medical treatment regime is being characterized by their critics and seek to shut down their critics\u2019 speech. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThe president of the Children\u2019s Hospital Association targets \u2018misleading and inflammatory comments that result in threats,’\u201d the letter states. \u201cNo doubt the medical associations object to the characterization of double mastectomies for minors as \u2018mutilation\u2019 or \u2018cutting healthy breasts off teen girls,\u2019 or of hormonal treatments as \u2018chemical castration.’\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Yeah, I would also call disfiguring perfectly healthy children in this manner as mutilation.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese descriptors may inflame and provoke,\u201d they wrote. \u201cThey are also entirely protected by the First Amendment.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

There is a growing contingent among conservatives who are willing<\/a> to talk about the issue in blunt terms, and who are calling doctors out for the child genital mutilation and chemical castration the doctors practice. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cNow is a time for more speech, not less,\u201d Skrmetti said in a press release. \u201cEach side must have the opportunity to marshal evidence, make its case, and attempt to persuade the American people of the rightness of its position. \u2026 Silencing critics of current gender dysphoria treatment practices for minors will not make children any safer or healthier.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

It will also have another effect. Flat out violence. The one thing any healthy adult will do is protect children, especially their own. If someone sees an adult grab a child, they are going to do something about it. They might just be stopping a kidnapping by a molester. The best case is that it\u2019s a parent and a child being bad, and that can be straightened out in minutes.<\/p>\n

There are those who see a threat towards children and decide that they have to do something, which might involve punching, kicking and possibly shooting. We\u2019ve already seen cases where parents have caught a molester and killed them, in a few cases, with their bare hands. These rarely end up in front of a jury since the juries won\u2019t convict.<\/p>\n

Doctors in favor of the mutilation and castration contend, as the AAP, AMA, and CHA did in their letter, that they are merely engaged in \u201cproviding evidence-based gender-affirming care.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Indeed, the attorneys general point out the discrepancy: While the Florida Medicaid Unit has found \u201cinsufficient evidence\u201d that hormone treatments, puberty blockers, and mutilation surgeries are \u201csafe and effective treatment for gender dysphoria,\u201d the medical establishment \u201cendorse a monolithic consensus they tout as impermeable to doubt.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Oh yes, it\u2019s all about \u201cThe Science!\u201d don\u2019t you know? That\u2019s the rub. People have been seeing just how wrong all these \u201cEducated elites\u201d have been over the last 10-20 years, what with Global Warming, which has evolved into climate change, and more recently, the Fauci bioweapon, aka Covid-19. All these \u201cExperts\u201d have thoroughly discredited themselves, and when they start pushing things that most people see as just plain wrong, they are not going to hesitate to speak out, and loudly.<\/p>\n

The attorneys general also pointed to restrictions in Sweden, the United Kingdom, and France following investigations on the use of such drugs and procedures. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cOne might expect a bit more intellectual humility from U.S. medical organizations when they address the life-altering, irreversible procedures they are championing as the cure du jour for pediatric gender dysphoria,\u201d they wrote before comparing the modern medical fanaticism about gender treatments to the eugenics movement and the use of lobotomies. <\/b><\/p>\n

I had forgotten about eugenics<\/a>. That was a big thing back in the early 20th<\/sup> century. As I recall, there was a belief that there were separate, distinctive races of people, and that the best way to \u201cStrengthen\u201d certain \u201craces\u201d was to cull the lesser races. This is what Hitler and his goons latched on to with their ideas of Aryan blonde haired, blue eyed northern Europeans, (Germans), as being the \u201cMaster Race.\u201d We saw where that went, with the Nazi\u2019s slaughtering 12 million men, women and children, about half of which were Jews.<\/p>\n

In the United States, it was people like Margaret Sanger who was a big booster of this. Today she\u2019s seen as the \u201cHeroine of the women\u2019s movement and someone who made birth control a good idea. (It is, but not for what Sanger had in mind) Sanger was fine with what she considered \u201cLesser races\u201d both preventing pregnancy and having abortions. (She was talking about Blacks, Asians and anyone not white) As for lobotomies, I was under the impression that this procedure was still being used. How else do you explain today\u2019s progressives, liberals and Democrats?<\/p>\n

\u201cMedical associations should follow the science, not try to stifle public debate \u2013 especially when they\u2019re pushing a divisive ideology that could literally ruin children\u2019s lives,\u201d Dr. Stanley Goldfarb, chair of medical watchdog Do No Harm, said in a press release. \u201cThe AMA demands that we follow their lead without question, yet these are the same forces who falsely equate psychological counseling for children to \u2018conversion therapy\u2019 in order to railroad minors into a predetermined path of drugs and surgery.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThe better path is to listen to these state attorneys general and let this conversation continue nationwide,\u201d he concluded. <\/b><\/p>\n

There is another reason that the state AG\u2019s are telling Garland and his drones at the DoJ to back off. The Department of Justice and the alphabet soup of federal law enforcement agencies, starting with the FBI, are now seen as a real threat to the rights of the American people.<\/p>\n

They haven\u2019t helped themselves over the last 6 years with their plots to overthrow the duly elected president of the United States, and have been caught lying on affidavits for search warrants and wiretaps. More then half the American People now see these agencies as nothing more then the American Gestapo and the Biden maladministration’s secret police.<\/p>\n

There is a real fear out there that, thanks to Meritless Garland, and his predecessors under the Obama Regime politicizing the DoJ and the FBI, that there could be a full blown battle between Federal Agents and a large militia, and that the federal agents could be defeated and destroyed. (This almost happened with the Bundy Ranch)<\/p>\n

I have little doubt that there has been some very low level, back channel messages to Garland that if he tries to play Heinrich Himmler…again, it\u2019s going to cause a full on break between the states and the DoJ. This could mean that FBI agents going after people who are engaging in their 1st<\/sup> Amendment rights coming into conflict with local, county and state police. Hopefully that thick headed moron will get the message and back off.<\/p>\n
