Good day all. This story came out just before the election, however it demonstrates just how precarious our freedom and liberty is when the Democrats have power. In this case, the Attorney General for the state of Kalifornistan demanded that Big Tech censor anyone who posted anything questioning the results of the election.<\/p>\n

Regardless of the outcome of the election, that an elected official who\u2019s job it is to uphold the Constitution of the United States as well as that joke of a constitution in the People\u2019s Republic of Kalifornistan, should be both frightened and angered. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

California Attorney General Rob Bonta<\/a> is urging Big Tech platforms to censor election-related content ahead of the Tuesday midterms, saying uncontrolled speech on social media was fueling violent incidents like the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol and the attack on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband. <\/b><\/p>\n

Right off the bat we can see that Bonta is a flat out liar. When he made this statement, we already knew that Pelosi\u2019s homosexual lover<\/i><\/span> attacker was neither a conservative or a citizen of the United States. In fact, he is an illegal alien from Canada. As anyone who actually follows things, while many jokes and questions regarding the attacker\u2019s entry into the Pelosi Palace have been made, no one is supporting the attacker and want him dealt with to the maximum extent of the law. (Which the San Francisco DA isn\u2019t going to do apparently<\/a>)<\/p>\n

“In advance of the upcoming November 2022 midterm election, social media platforms must take critical steps to stop the spread of disinformation and misinformation<\/a> that attack the integrity of our electoral process,” Bonta wrote Thursday in a 16-page letter to the heads of the of Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and Twitter.<\/b><\/p>\n

So this Nazi is calling for flat out censorship and the suppression of a the 1st<\/sup> Amendment right of free speech. How totalitarian of him.<\/p>\n

Bonta said more efforts were needed to stem the flow of “fake news” that he said has played a role in some political violence seen over the last few years. He partly blamed social media for the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol, and said the event was “derived from and deeply connected to hoaxes and conspiracy theories amplified on social media.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Wrong again Comrade. You do NOT get to decide what people can and can not say, write, read or listen to. Considering all the things over the last few years that your side of the political fence has decreed as \u201cMisinformation\u201d and \u201cFake News\u201d that has actually turned out to be accurate, whatever your \u201cMinistry of Truth\u201d says is disinformation is probably going to turn out to be true in a few months anyway.<\/p>\n

He added that the attack on Pelosi’s husband is another example of an incident that was “fueled by social media” that “amplifies extremist messaging and perpetuates falsehoods.” <\/b><\/p>\n

And that is aanother flat out lie. No one gives a damn about Paul Pelosi, and to my knowledge, other then the \u201cstrangely profitable business deals\u201d he kept making, and his predilection for drunk driving, no one was talking about him other then to make jokes.<\/p>\n

Bonta said that while he “appreciates” free speech, these events show more needs to be done to mitigate the “spread of election-related disinformation.” <\/b><\/p>\n

“I urge you to strengthen and accelerate your companies\u2019 ongoing efforts to consistently, transparently, and aggressively address violations of your policies with respect to disinformation and violations of state and federal law,” he wrote. “I also implore you to employ your immense resources, tools, and familiarity with the operation of your social media platforms to stop the spread of disinformation, misinformation, conspiracy theories, and threats that fuel political violence,” he continued. <\/b><\/p>\n

So censor anything that goes against what the left considers to be \u201cThe Truth,\u201d is that it?<\/p>\n

“While I appreciate that you must work to balance the free exchange of ideas and opinions, implementing your policies will mitigate the real-world threat that the spread of election-related disinformation poses to our democracy and its citizens,” Bonta added. <\/b><\/p>\n

Yep, censor anything that we don\u2019t approve. Now this crap was spewed from this moron before the election and we thought that the Republicans were going to slaughter the Democrats. There are ongoing issues which are being looked into and people are taking to socialist media to say their piece. Others are refuting them. This is how things work in a free society, but then, Bonta is a Progressive Liberal Democratic Communazi and freedom is something he opposes.<\/p>\n

Bonta’s letter said that while social media companies have tried to fight false information, “its continued spread and increasingly violent consequences demand greater corrective action.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Looks like the meathead is projecting again. It isn\u2019t the conservatives who have been committing all the violent acts for the last 6 or so years, it\u2019s been the Democrats and their progressive stormtroopers. They\u2019ve been the ones calling for acts of violence towards anyone who doesn\u2019t toe their progressive line and they have been carrying it out. It finally slowed down significantly after Kyle Rittenhouse had to take action to save his own life.<\/p>\n

“Reasonable users expect that social media platforms will vigorously enforce their terms of service and that they will provide a safe medium for engagement,” he wrote. “It is therefore incumbent on your companies to institute and enforce durable, dynamic policies that will actually prevent disinformation and misinformation from spreading, as well as aid law enforcement in protecting the integrity of the democratic process.”<\/b><\/p>\n

Allow me to make some corrections. For \u201cReasonable Users\u201d replace that with Liberal, Progressive and precious snowflakes. For terms of service, well we know those change to punish anyone who engages in badthink. For \u201cInstitute and enforce policies, just say \u201cCensor any opinion that the government doesn\u2019t approve of.\u201d There comrade, I fixed it for you.<\/p>\n

Bonta cited a report produced in August by the majority-Democratic staff of the U.S. House of Representatives\u2019 Committee on Oversight and Reform, which he said found that “the greatest current threat to democracy legitimacy now comes from lies by domestic actors who seek to convince Americans that their election systems are fraudulent, corrupt, or insecure.” <\/b><\/p>\n

This from the party that has a long history of stealing elections and stuffing ballot boxes. Of course they would put that load of drivel out. They have been going after anyone who tries to make elections as secure, honest and accurate as possible.<\/p>\n

“Hoaxes and fabricated claims of election fraud are prompting angry and misinformed actors to disrupt orderly election processes and inundate local government offices with baseless accusations and demands for investigations,” Bonta wrote. <\/b><\/p>\n

So does voter and election fraud which, appears to be mostly from the Democrat side of the fence.<\/p>\n

“False narratives about ballot harvesting have prompted armed vigilantes to patrol ballot drop-boxes and film or photograph voters as they deposit their ballots,” he continued.<\/strong><\/p>\n
