Good day all. Don Lemon has somehow managed to hold on to his job at CNN. He has been demoted to the morning slots and his original time slot is showing My Pillow<\/a> infomercials. He still may be tossed over the side. He was one of the Zucker Minions who basically trashed the last shreds of credibility that CNN once had.<\/p>\n

Now Lemon, who is not noted for his solid grasp on reality, has announced that CNN was never \u201cLiberal.\u201d Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Don Lemon attempted to dispel the notion that CNN was ever “liberal,” as his new boss Chris Licht<\/a> attempts to rescue the struggling network.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

On Monday, “The Late Show” host Stephen Colbert<\/a> asked Lemon about Licht, who previously served as the executive producer of the CBS late-night program before being tapped as CNN’s CEO following the ousting of Jeff Zucker earlier this year.<\/p>\n

“Word on the street is that you guys aren’t allowed to be liberal anymore. Is that the case?” Colbert asked. <\/b><\/p>\n

“I don’t think we ever were liberal,” Lemon responded.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

He\u2019s probably right. CNN also stands for the Communist News Network, and no one thinks that communists are actually liberals.<\/p>\n

“What?” Colbert shockingly reacted. “That’s not me saying that, that’s the people out there saying he’s not letting you be liberal anymore.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Well listen, I think what Chris is saying is that he wants Republicans \u2013 sensible Republicans, he wants us to hold people to account, but he wants people to come on and feel comfortable with coming on and talking on CNN and appearing on CNN,” Lemon said. “So if you invite someone to your house, you want to make them comfortable but also by the nature of what we do, we have to hold people to account.”\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Sensible Republicans? Oh, he\u2019s talking about the TransRepublicans like Mittens Romney, Cocaine Mitch McConnell and Lizard Cheney.<\/p>\n

“And so that doesn’t necessarily mean we’re going liberal or conservative or whatever, it just means that we are doing what we do and that’s good journalism,” Lemon added.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cSo accountable but not confrontational,” Colbert said.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Well that\u2019s a crock. When this idiot says \u201cGood Journalism, he means left wing Democrat propaganda. If you want actual reporting of actual news, look for an actual reporter, something that Lemon has never been.<\/p>\n

“I think sometimes one must be confrontational,” the CNN host pushed back. “Look, I don’t think that a conversation on television should be any different than a conversation in person. Listen, I have confrontational conversations with people I love and I have unconformable conversations with people I love and I think it’s necessary. And I think it’s also necessary to do that on television, on CNN, but you can do that without being vitriolic. I think not being vitriolic is maybe a better way of putting it, but you can do that and not have vitriol. As people say, you can disagree without being disagreeable. And so I think that’s what our mission is.” <\/b><\/p>\n

There is confrontational, then there is insulting and flat out lying. You\u2019ve also misunderstood what the \u201cMission\u201d of CNN is now. It\u2019s to gather the facts and report information to the public as accurately as possible, not make crap up as well as suppress anything that makes the Democrats look bad. (At least that is the theory. Whether or not Licht actually does this remains to be seen)<\/p>\n

Licht has long been vocal about his efforts to rebrand CNN following years of hyper-partisan and extremely liberal coverage during the Trump era<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n

Extremely liberal? That\u2019s a nice way of saying \u201cWe support the totalitarian actions of the Progressive Liberal Democrats, The Deep State and the lord of us all, His imperial Majesty, George Soros!\u201d This is one of the reasons that CNN\u2019s ratings are lower then a pregnant snake\u2019s belly.<\/p>\n

Licht attempted to place Jake Tapper in the 9 p.m. ET time slot, which had been vacant for nearly a year since the firing of Chris Cuomo. While Tapper was placed in primetime on a temporary basis, Licht reportedly envisioned Tapper as becoming the “new face” of CNN. However, Tapper was met with dismal viewership despite his flashy debut that featured interviews with President Biden<\/a> and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. <\/b><\/p>\n

First, who cares about Dwayne Johnson. He\u2019s just another Hollyweird Actor. His opinions mean nothing to me.<\/p>\n

As for the interview with Dementia Joe? I didn\u2019t see it. In fact no one saw it apparently, which is just fine with The Senile Pedophile\u2019s handlers. Outside of a very controlled environment, (Which this show probably was, Bumbles Biden will go off script and say something that defies logic, good taste, common sense and the law. Or it\u2019s just plain gibberish.<\/p>\n

Licht also pulled Lemon from primetime and made him the co-host of “CNN This Morning,” a newly-launched program that replaced the low-rated “New Day” only to debut with even a smaller audience.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Lemon has repeatedly insisted his departure from having a solo primetime time slot to having a shared morning show with CNN colleagues Poppy Harlow and Kaitlan Collins was not a demotion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And I\u2019m sure that when Licht Squeezes Lemon out the door, it won\u2019t be a layoff or firing either. Just a very long term unpaid sabbatical.<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t expect Lemon to be on CNN for to much longer. He is part of the old Zucker regime and isn\u2019t seen as a net positive for the network. Putting him in the morning slot basically showed that he is not worth what they\u2019re paying him. Garbage such as his recent comments on how liberal, (Or not liberal), CNN is isn\u2019t helping him. I have no idea when his contract is up, but look for Don Lemon and CNN to part ways at that time, if not sooner.<\/p>\n
