Good day all. Elon Musk and Matt Taibbi have released Part 1. of the Twitter files<\/a>, and the fallout has already started. One of the victims of Twitter\u2019s war on the truth and Conservatives, James Woods, is about file suit against the Democrat National Committee.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The Twitter Files are Elon Musk\u2019s way to clean out the manure he found when he took over Twitter. As you recall, his first action was to fire the original Twitter C-level management team. That they were going to be shown the door was a foregone conclusion. That he had them escorted out indicates that he was \u201cConcerned\u201d about other things. Now we know what those other things were.<\/p>\n

One of the bits of information released in Part 1 of the Twitter Files was how the decision was reached to suppress any mention of Hunter Biden\u2019s laptop and ban anyone who mentioned or linked to the original story on the New York Post. One of these people was actor James Woods. Woods is now taking legal action against the DNC. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

James Woods’ Twitter account was targeted by Twitter at the request of the Democratic National Committee, according to findings <\/a>by the company’s new CEO Elon Musk. <\/b><\/p>\n

When the New York Post\u2019s Twitter account was locked out after they released their story on the Hunter Biden Laptop, other people picked up on it and then posted the link to the story. Twitter then removed the tweet and in many cases suspended or deleted the \u201cOffender\u2019s\u201d twitter account. James Woods was one of these individuals.<\/p>\n

On Friday, Musk shared bombshell revelations about what took place at Twitter behind-the-scenes in a thread shared on the social media platform by independent journalist Matt Taibbi. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Celebrities and unknowns alike could be removed or reviewed at the behest of a political party,” Taibbi wrote alongside a screenshot of an email exchange between Twitter employees. <\/b><\/p>\n

“An additional report from the DNC,” one employee wrote on Oct. 24, 2020. <\/b><\/p>\n

The employee listed a link to a Tweet shared by user @stephen_liuhuan and a link to a Tweet posted by Woods’ official account. <\/b><\/p>\n

In the screenshot, another Twitter employee replied on Oct. 25, 2020, “I grabbed the first one under SI\u2026defer to Safety on the high profile second one.”<\/b><\/p>\n

Both Tweets appear to have been deleted and user @stephen_liuhuan’s account is suspended.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is so wrong on many levels. First, that a political party could simply ask that something that was not to their liking be removed and the user\u2019s account locked smacks of collusion. Add to this that what wasn\u2019t liked was nothing more then a link to a story that made a candidate look bad? We are crossing into civil rights issues. Add to this the flat out attacks against people like Mr. Woods, and the effect it had on his career, you now have an actionable offense.<\/p>\n

Washington Free Beacon investigative reporter Andrew Kerr replied to the Taibbi’s Tweet, writing, “The<\/b> <\/b>Stephen_liuhuan<\/b> <\/b>tweet was a link to Hunter Biden weighing and using drugs, and another link to a Hunter Biden sex tape. The James Wood tweet is Hunter Biden smoking crack and getting a foot job.” <\/b><\/p>\n

These were items pulled from the laptop hard drive and made public. While this is embarrassing to Hovernose Biden, it was all the other little details that scared the crap out of the Democrats, such as Dementia Joe Biden appearing to sell his office as Vice President.<\/p>\n

On Friday, as Musk continued to release his findings, Woods phoned in to Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight” and said he now plans to sue the Democratic National Committee over the damage done to his career after he was censored for speaking out on Hunter Biden’s laptop.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“I can guarantee you one thing more than anything else you’ll ever hear in your life: I will be getting a lawyer. I will be suing the Democratic National Committee no matter what,” he said. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Whether I win or lose, I am going to stand up for the rights that every American \u2013 not a so-called celebrity. I’m not a celebrity — I’m hardly recognizable anymore because my career has been destroyed by these very people.” <\/b><\/p>\n

“And I will sue. And I’m hoping other people will sue,” Woods continued. “And if it turns out there are a lot of us on this list where the DNC targeted us, then I will quote the immortal words of Joseph Welch when he attacked [Wisconsin Senator] Joseph McCarthy for the enemies list he had \u2013 ‘At long last or have you no shame?”” <\/b><\/p>\n

I can answer that last part. Of course the Democrat Party has no shame. For them, it\u2019s all about getting, increasing and maintaining their power. One of the things I noticed in the story is that Mr. Woods made no mention of going after Twitter. I think the reason is self explanatory, but, as we all know, you have to sometimes grab Liberals by their nose rings, give it a solid yank and drag them to the reason.<\/p>\n

The people who went after, or aided in the assault on Mr. Woods and the others have been terminated from Twitter. Others who may have been missed, are probably going to be shown the door soon enough. Basically the original team responsible for what happened to Mr. Woods and the others are gone.<\/p>\n

I have a suspicion that when Mr. Woods speaks with his lawyers Monday, they will probably decide to go after people like Vijaya Gadde as individuals. I hope she got a nice severance package because she\u2019s going to need it to get herself a good lawyer. (And possibly pay a major judgment as well)<\/p>\n

Woods claimed Hollywood casting directors actively seek out people who follow his social media in order to blacklist them from film. <\/b><\/p>\n

And the Progressives in Hollyweird wonder why their films and shows are bombing at the box office. It\u2019s politically correct Woke garbage like this. People are now voting with their wallets and aren\u2019t paying to see stuff by leftist directors, producers and writers. When consumers find out that an actor or actress wasn\u2019t hired simply because they followed someone on Twitter? The Hollyweird elites can say goodbye to their bottom line.<\/p>\n

Woods is known for being one of Hollywood’s most outspoken conservatives. The 75-year-old actor frequently shared his political opinions and has been a longtime critics of Democrats. <\/b><\/p>\n

In May 2019, Woods declared that he would no longer be using Twitter after claiming that the social media platform had removed a Tweet that he refused to delete. <\/b><\/p>\n

I just looked and it appears that Mr. Woods has returned to Twitter. I suspect it was after Elon Musk took over and started cleaning out the deadwood.<\/p>\n

The two-time Academy Award nominee’s account had been locked the previous month after he reportedly tweeted, “‘If you try to kill the King, you better not miss.’ #HangThemAll.” <\/b><\/p>\n

“Twitter demanded that I rescind my tweet paraphrasing Emerson,” Woods said at the time in a statement to <\/b>The Daily Wire<\/b><\/u><\/a>. “It now seems they have chosen to delete that tweet from my account without my permission. Until free speech is allowed on Twitter, I will not be permitted to participate in our democracy with my voice. As long as Jack Dorsey remains the coward he seems to be, my Twitter days are in the past.” <\/b><\/p>\n

It\u2019s nice to see him back. I looked on Truth Social and Mr. Woods doesn\u2019t have an account there. I would have thought he would have moved over to that platform. They seem to be a much nicer bunch of people. On the other hand, you do have all the Progressives, Liberals and Democrats, (Is there a difference?) announcing that they are leaving Twitter FOREVER! In fact they announce it constantly to the point that people are now saying:<\/p>\n

I hope Mr. Woods sues the pants off the DNC and all those who basically defamed him. I also hope he wins a nice, big judgment, not that he needs the money. Perhaps he can set up a fund that will provide legal services to those who have been attacked by the Big Tech Smear Machine.<\/p>\n
