Good day all. For almost two years the Democrat Committee to arrest Donald Trump, aka the January 6th<\/sup> committee, has been wasting millions of dollars and working to railroad the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump and anyone who supports him into prison.<\/p>\n

The committee, which has been ignoring pretty much all tenets of the Constitution and due process, finally released their recommendation that President Trump be arrested, jailed, executed and then tried for being, President Donald Trump. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The House January 6 Committee<\/a> voted on Monday to send referrals to the Justice Department recommending former President Donald Trump be criminally prosecuted.<\/b><\/p>\n

The referrals include obstructing an official proceeding of Congress, conspiracy to defraud the federal government, making a false statement, and inciting, assisting, or aiding and comforting an insurrection. <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I see they forgot spitting on the sidewalk, eating steak well done with ketchup, not getting us into foreign wars and Making America Great Again. Of course, they have announced that a few hundred unarmed protesters constituted an insurrection.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In what is expected to be its final meeting on Monday, the House Select Committee <\/a>to Investigate January 6 said it will formally ask the DOJ to pursue charges after a nearly 18-month probe into the former president\u2019s involvement in the activities that lead to the Capitol breach on January 6, 2021. <\/b><\/p>\n

Yeah, good luck with that. The actual evidence shows the opposite. Trump told people to keep it peaceful and offered to bring in the National Guard ahead of time. Of course, this kangaroo committee was never about getting to the actual facts. If they had, Nancy Pelosi would have been asked some very tough and embarrassing questions.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The committee said on Monday that it believes it has significant evidence that former President Trump intended to disrupt the peaceful transition of power, and believes that the DOJ can likely elicit testimony relevant to an investigation under a federal statute that bans rebellion against the U.S. government. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

How about talking about all the evidence that shows that Donald Trump probably did win reelection and that the Democrats, RINO\u2019s, Big Tech and Deep State actively conspired to steal the election and put that senile pedophile into office instead? Oh wait, that would mean actually doing your jobs. How silly of me.<\/p>\n

That statute says anyone who “incites” or “gives aid or comfort” in any “rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States,” cannot hold public office. <\/b><\/p>\n

Here is the actual statute:<\/p>\n

Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States. <\/b><\/p>\n

I\u2019m not surprised they tried pulling that one out of the closet. Of course, what happened January 6th<\/sup> doesn\u2019t even come close to an actual insurrection. At worst, it was a riot. What no one was permitted to explain to the committee was that if there had been an actual insurrection on January 6th<\/sup>, it would have succeeded and every single one of the members of that committee, along with most of Congress, would have been decorating lamp posts by January 7th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

The committee\u2019s unprecedented criminal referral holds no official legal weight, and a final determination in whether to pursue the charges will be up to Attorney General Merrick Garland and the Justice Department. <\/b><\/p>\n

I seriously doubt that Garland is that stupid. He saw the reaction to his raid on Melania Trumps underwear drawer and clothes closet. If he were to actually order the arrest of President Trump, it would signal that the United States as a constitutional republic is dead. At that point, the \u201cFourth Box of Liberty\u201d would be opened and \u201cBad Things\u201d would start happening.<\/p>\n

The committee also referred several GOP House lawmakers Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., and Scott Perry, R-Pa., to the House Ethics Committee for not complying with subpoenas. <\/b><\/p>\n

A spokesperson for Jordan responded to the committee’s referral in statement to Fox News: “This is just another partisan and political stunt made by a Select Committee that knowingly altered evidence, blocked minority representation on a Committee for the first time in the history of the U.S. House of Representatives, and failed to respond to Mr. Jordan\u2019s numerous letters and concerns surrounding the politicization and legitimacy of the Committee\u2019s work.” <\/b><\/p>\n

This, in a nutshell, shows what a fraud the Kangaroo Committee was. When it was first being formed, Kevin McCarthy put forward Jim Jordan and 4 others<\/a> to be part of the committee. Pelosi refused all of them and then invited Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger as the \u201cToken\u201d Republicans. (Both are now packing up their offices and going into \u201cRetirement\u201d) Pelosi knew that if people like Jordan were on the committee, some very tough questions would be put forward, and that a lot of the antics the committee pulled would not have happened.<\/p>\n

Instead she refused to seat them and selected two of the loudest \u201cNever Trump!\u201d RINO\u2019s in the House to sit on the committee. Pelosi also put Adam Schiffhead on the committee, which showed that it was never going to be about an honest investigation into what happened. Schiffhead is a pathological liar and his history of manufacturing evidence taints anything the committee sent over to the InJustice department.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Which leads us to just what will Meritless Garland do with this referral? Garland has shown himself to be nothing more than the Democrat Minister of State Security and chief of the Democrat Secret Police. If he has any survival instincts at all, he will put this report into the circular file. However, his actions since being sworn in don\u2019t fill me with confidence that he will actually uphold the law and the Constitution.<\/p>\n

If Garland and the maladministration actually do the stupid thing and try and arrest the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, I have little doubt that there will be shots fired. People will see that the Constitution, the Rule of law, and the Republic are dead and that they have no recourse but the final one. In very short order, we would see rapidly escalating levels of violence towards federal agents and political leaders.<\/p>\n

It wouldn\u2019t be the usual nuts either, but individuals and groups who actually know what they\u2019re doing and how to do it. If President Trump were arrested, it wouldn\u2019t surprise me at all that whatever jail he was held in would be very quickly surrounded and a flat out threat issued that they release President Trump \u201cOr else.\u201d This almost happened 10 years ago at the Bundy Ranch, and only the fact that the Federal Agents, after being caught breaking the law, quickly ran, prevented a blood bath.<\/p>\n

This is the last thing I want to see happen. On forums I follow, people talk about how a \u201cSecond Civil War\u201d might start and what the outcome would be. These are people who flat out do not want this to happen. They know how bad it would be, but they are also the ones, if this starts, who would be the leaders and trainers for the \u201crebels.\u201d<\/p>\n

I hope that Garland and the saner members of the DoJ take this referral and throw it away. It\u2019s constitutionally meaningless in any case. Congress has no authority to order arrests or trials. They can only \u201cSuggest\u201d to the Justice Department that actions be taken. It will be interesting how the new Congress handles the committee\u2019s \u201creport.\u201d If Jim Jordan and the others do a full review, it\u2019s possible that sanctions may be brought alright, against the Democrats.
