Good day all. When the Great Panicdemic of 2020 kicked off, one of the Big Lies told by Fauci and the others in the \u201cGovernmental Medical Community\u201d was that wearing a mask would keep you safe. This flew in the face of research going back decades that thin paper or cloth face diapers were worse then useless.<\/p>\n

However, the Deep State and Progressives saw this as another tool to suppress any dissent, since they knew that all the paranoid hypochondriacs and AWFUL\u2019s (Angry White Female Urban Liberal), would mask up and scream at anyone not wearing a mask. (Or getting the Jab, or the 97 boosters)<\/p>\n

When the Senile Idiot was installed into the White House, one of the things he did, (Or was told to do), was mandate the wearing of masks on airplanes. This made people, already a bit stressed when traveling by air, even more irritable, and this led to a large increase in in-flight disruptions, some of them so bad they required the pilots to divert and land to have the individual removed from the plane.<\/p>\n

Finally a lawsuit was brought and the mask mandate was tossed out the window. (I\u2019ve heard there were cheers when the pilots announced it over the intercom to the passengers) Now we have statistics to back up how bad the mask mandate failed. Here are the details from Fox Business News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

In-flight disturbances have plummeted this year since a court overturned President Joe Biden’s mask mandate on the airline industry, according to a new investigation. <\/b><\/p>\n

The current rate of unruly passengers on U.S. flights is 1.7 per 10,000 people, down from 6.4 per 10,000 in February, according to RealClearPolitics. There have been numerous instances of fights caused by disagreements around masking<\/a> throughout the pandemic. <\/b><\/p>\n

That is a significant drop, and clearly shows the detrimental effect of forced mask wearing in a crowded environment. From the few incidents I recall, these disruptions were usually due to someone either not \u201cProperly\u201d wearing a mask or not wearing it at all. Someone would say something and things would escalate very quickly.<\/p>\n

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) originally instituted the mask mandate on Biden’s first day in office. Within six months, 85% of airline rule-breaking was related to masking, according to RCP. <\/b><\/p>\n

Day one of the worst president* in American History will be seen as one of the worst days in American history. The mask mandates, the initial assaults on the American energy sector, starting with the destruction of the KeystoneXL pipeline among other things.<\/p>\n

The mask mandate eventually fell to a federal court ruling<\/a> in April, roughly a year after the FAA announced a strict no-tolerance policy in an attempt to crack down on disturbances. <\/b><\/p>\n

The FAA\u2019s \u201cCrack down\u201d was also in the process of going sideways. In many cases, it was minor issues and the FAA basically looking to put people in jail for life. Then we have the Bumbles Dementia maladministration not taking the hint.<\/p>\n

But while the question of masking is settled for now, Biden’s Justice Department<\/a> is still seeking to enforce the mandate, challenging the April ruling from U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizell in court. <\/b><\/p>\n

This has nothing to do with \u201cHealth\u201d or \u201cProtecting the public.\u201d It\u2019s all about absolute power and the abuse of it.<\/p>\n

The organization behind the lawsuit that originally overturned the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s measure, the Health Freedom Defense Fund (HFDF), is once again standing against the reimposition of the mandate. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Most administrations of the last 10 to 20 years have sought this kind of power,” HFDF President Leslie Manookian told RCP. “It\u2019s not just the Biden administration. It\u2019s about increasing the power of the federal government as well as people who are not elected, and it\u2019s not a partisan issue. They all want more power and are getting it through these emergencies.” <\/b><\/p>\n

It\u2019s time to start pushing back on these regulatory agencies, and with the Trump Court, there is a good chance that a lot of these out of control bureaucracies are going to get the enema they so richly deserve.<\/p>\n

The return to more normal traveling has mirrored the return of travelers themselves. TSA checkpoint data indicates that the U.S. is just 4% under pre-pandemic passenger levels as of Dec. 10.<\/b><\/p>\n

I don\u2019t need to get started on my contempt for the TSA. That\u2019s something for another post. I will say that one of the reasons people are flying again is the ending of these fraudulent mask mandates. I suspect that these statistics will be put forward in the court. I also have little doubt that if the maladministration gets their way and reimposes mask mandates, air travel will collapse, or there will be massive disobedience. We shall see what happens next.<\/p>\n
