Good day all. The Kangaroo committee, also known as the January 6th<\/sup> committee, has issued it\u2019s Final report, and surprising no one, is demanding that the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump, be barred from running for president again.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The Kangaroo Committee was set up originally with the goal to look into the failures of security during the January 6th<\/sup> protest. That was the announced intention, but within days, it was found to be just another \u201cGet Trump!” Kangaroo court. It completely ignored things like the causes of the protests, how hundreds of people are being illegally detained years after the protest with no hearings and limited access to lawyers. It also ignored the fine hand of San Fran Nan Pelosi and her complete indifference to the potential security requirements before the event.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Instead, this \u201cCommittee\u201d was all about destroying President Trump and the people who work with him, along with his supporters. They have been lying, manufacturing evidence and denying any semblance of due process. Now they have released their final report. Here is a review of their fictional tome from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th attack on the U.S Capitol released its final report shortly after 10 p.m. on Thursday evening, just days before Christmas. <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The final report, which culminates an 18-month investigation, details the committee\u2019s findings on the Capitol protests,<\/a> alleging former President Donald Trump played a key role in motivating it.<\/b><\/p>\n

“The central cause of January 6th was one man, former President Donald Trump,<\/a> who many others followed,” the report reads. “None of the events of January 6th would have happened without him.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Actually, it\u2019s looking more and more like the events wouldn\u2019t have happened if the FBI\u2019s agents provocateurs hadn\u2019t been there, and if San Fran Nan along with the Mayor of Washington D.C. hadn\u2019t refused the offer of national guard troops made by President Trump days before the protests.<\/p>\n

Through 814 pages, the committee members \u2014 seven Democrats and two Republicans \u2014 annotate interviews from more than 1,000 witnesses, information obtained from millions of pages of documents and the contents of 10 public hearings. <\/b><\/p>\n

First a correction. This was a committee of seven Democrats and two TransRepublicans, in other words, there were nine Democrats and no Republicans on that kangaroo committee.<\/p>\n

The massive report was released after the committee send referrals to the Justice Department<\/a> recommending former President Trump be criminally prosecuted.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

And the charges they wanted President Trump prosecuted on?<\/p>\n

The referrals include obstructing an official proceeding of Congress, conspiracy to defraud the federal government, making a false statement, and inciting, assisting, or aiding and comforting an insurrection. <\/b><\/p>\n

There they go again with that word insurrection.<\/p>\n

I have no idea which anus they pulled this defraud the government or making false statements. Of course, the Kangaroo Committee\u2019s referrals are worthless. It\u2019s up to that corrupt pig, Meritless Garland to decide on prosecutions, not the Kangaroo committee. Many think Garland is stupid enough to try and charge President Trump, but the Democrats in the Senate are not so sure. (Some of them are thinking that an attempt to do so could actually trigger the insurrection they like to claim the January 6th<\/sup> protests weren\u2019t)<\/p>\n

The committee\u2019s unprecedented criminal referral holds no official legal weight, and a final determination in whether to pursue the charges will be up to Attorney General Merrick Garland and the Justice Department. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Now the question is, will Garland be that suicidally stupid? I doubt that the blow back on his authorization of the raid on Mar-a-Lago has gone unnoticed. Actually trying to arrest President Trump on bogus charges, on top of the recent abuses of power by Garland, the DoJ and the FBI, is very likely to cause \u201cBad Things\u2019 to happen.<\/p>\n

The committee also recommended a revision to the Constitution, including a clause be added to the Fourteenth Amendment to prevent individuals identified in the report, namely Trump, from being able to hold office in the future. <\/b><\/p>\n

The report reads: “Congressional committees of jurisdiction should consider creating a formal mechanism for evaluating whether to bar those individuals identified in this Report under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment from holding future federal or state office, The Committee believes that those who took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution and then, on January 6th, engaged in insurrection can appropriately be disqualified and barred from holding government office\u2014whether federal or state, civilian or military\u2014absent at least two-thirds of Congress acting to remove the disability pursuant to Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment.” <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The hatred of President Trump by the Deep State, TransRepublicans, RINO\u2019s and Democrats is something we haven\u2019t seen in a long time. That these bozos are actually recommending amending the Constitution to stop one person from running again shows the level of their insanity. At best, it would take years for an amendment to go through all the checks and balances to be ratified, long after President Trump completes his second term, (And rips the Deep State to shreds).<\/p>\n

Trump released a statement Thursday, following the report, saying it fails to draw attention to why the protesters were gathering in the first place. He also called it a “Witch Hunt,” echoing his previous criticisms. <\/b><\/p>\n

“The highly partisan Unselect Committee Report purposely fails to mention the failure of Pelosi to heed my recommendation for troops to be used in D.C.,<\/a> show the ‘Peacefully and Patriotically’ words I used, or study the reason for the protest, Election Fraud,” he wrote on Truth Social. <\/b><\/p>\n

The committee released the report just two weeks before the start of the next session of Congress, when Republicans will retake the majority in the House of Representatives.<\/a> <\/b><\/p>\n

As I recall, Representative Jim Jordan, who was also a target of the witch hunt, has instructed the Kangaroo Committee to preserve all their notes, records and data for the next congress. There are already reports that they intend to look into the reasons the offers by President Trump for additional security personnel was rejected. I suspect they also intend to review the Kangaroo Committee\u2019s \u201cwork\u201d and may decide to revise it.<\/p>\n

In any case, no one with any real common sense, which lets out every member of the Kangaroo Committee and all the Progressives, Liberals, Democrats, RINO\u2019s and Never Trumpers, have already disregarded the committee\u2019s report and their relevance. We all knew from day one, when Pelosi rejected the choices for the committee made by Kevin McCarthy that this whole exercise was a political joke.<\/p>\n

As it is, the two TransRepublican members are leaving the House of Representatives at the conclusion of the current session. One is \u201cretiring\u201d due to being redistricted and the other is \u201cRetiring\u201d due to ill health. The voters of Liz Cheney\u2019s state are sick of her. As to what happens next? Who knows?<\/p>\n
