Good day all. Larry Hogan is the former govno of Maryland. He recently completed his second term and has left office. He is also looking at running for President in 2024. However, he has a bit of an issue with the Republican base. He is a RINO bordering on TransRepublican and a die hard Never Trumper.<\/p>\n

Hogan is a professional politician and has never held a real job as near as I can determine. When he became governor of Maryland, the Republicans rejoiced. When he governed as a Democrat the real Democrats sneered at him. Hogan despises the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump and all those who support him. He also isn\u2019t to thrilled with parents fighting back against the Professional Educators and thinks that cracking down on the groomers, racists and America haters running the schools is a bad thing. Here are the details from the Daily Wire<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Former Maryland Governor Larry Hogan<\/a>, who is considering a run for president, said Sunday that elected officials dictating school curricula reeks of big government. <\/b><\/p>\n

During an appearance on NBC News\u2019s \u201cMeet The Press,\u201d Hogan illustrated a stark contrast between himself and another Republican who may enter the 2024 ring, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis<\/a>, on governing what is taught in schools. DeSantis, notably, took stances on keeping woke topics out of schools and not teaching young children about sexual orientation. <\/b><\/p>\n

Oh this should be amusing, much like a root canal is amusing.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think that some of this rhetoric is \u2026 demanding that things be done a certain way \u2014 that you can\u2019t say this, you can\u2019t say that. We\u2019ve got to be really careful,\u201d Hogan said. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m a small-government, common-sense conservative and, to me, it sounds like big government and authoritarian,\u201d he added later. <\/b><\/p>\n

Larry Hogan is anything but a Small Government Republican. He is a classic Country Club Big Government RINO from the GOP(e) side of the fence. Considering the complete disaster that is the Baltimore school system<\/a>, which occurred under his administration, you would think Hogan might want to stop kowtowing to the Education Lobby and start listening to enraged parents.<\/p>\n

His conversation with anchor Chuck Todd hinged on how Republicans, particularly those in Florida led by DeSantis, are cracking down on lessons that politicize race or talk about sexual orientation in public schools. <\/b><\/p>\n

And DeSantis and other governors moving to protect children from the depraved indoctrination that the progressives claim is education is a bad thing? To big government RINO\u2019s like Hogan, the answer is always \u201cHell Yes!\u201d<\/p>\n

This month, DeSantis scored a victory when the College Board released a revised curriculum for its new Advanced Placement course in African American Studies after Republicans raised concerns about the previous version serving as a front for \u201cradical\u201d extreme left-wing ideology.<\/a> <\/b><\/p>\n

During his interview Sunday, Hogan\u00a0conceded that \u201cmost people just don\u2019t think we should be talking about things like sex to young kids, and the parents want to be more involved in the decisions about what their kids are being taught.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

But Hogan insisted voters have higher priorities than education. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s an issue. It\u2019s not the most important issue,\u201d Hogan said. The former governor said he believes people are more concerned about the economy, inflation, and crime. Still, he said education is \u201cone of the things we\u2019ve got to talk about.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Hogan may have been a popular governor in Maryland, but that is entirely due to his operating as a Democrat. He is completely missing the point regarding education in America. The Panicdemic lock-downs, which he was more than happy to impose, had the side effect of allowing parents to actually see what their children are being exposed to under the guise of \u201cEducation.\u201d They were not happy.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This started the tidal wave of parents confronting teachers, school administrators and school boards. The response, as we have seen and I have written about, by the \u201cRuling elites\u201d was right out of How to be a tyrant for Dummies<\/a> book. The backlash was swift, uncompromising and still underway.<\/p>\n

The biggest loss was the Governor\u2019s race in Virginia in 2021. Terry McAuliffe, the former bagman for the Clinton Crime Cartel and also a former Virginia Governor. (Virginia term limits people to non-sequential terms as governor) He ran as the front man for the Teachers Unions, saying that parents had no right to question what was being taught to their children. That went over like a lead balloon, (One that Biden hasn\u2019t ordered shot down yet) and Glenn Younkin won narrowly.<\/p>\n

Backing the teachers and the \u201cProfessional Educators\u201d who are pushing all critical racy theory garbage and the LBTQGRXYZ agenda is becoming a losing proposition. Nikki Haley, who announced her bid to lose the Republican Nomination in 2024 knows this and has said that Governor Rick DeSantis hasn\u2019t gone far enough. (He\u2019s taking his time and slowly grinding the Progressives into the dust)<\/p>\n

Both Governor DeSantis and Nikki Haley know which side is the winning one. In the case of Governor DeSantis, he believes in this. Haley sees it as a means to an end, nothing more. Both Haley and Hogan have no chance in winning the Nomination. Basically, Nikki Haley is polling at 2% and those people are all drunk. Hogan isn\u2019t even showing up. If he announces, the GOP base will take one look at his record. Their response to his plans to be president will be simple.<\/p>\n

Hogan is no hero and he has no chance of winning the GOP nomination. He despises President Trump, he loathes President Trump\u2019s philosophy of Making America Great Again and he hates all those that support President Trump, Rick DeSantis and those who agree with their basic ideas. He might as well start looking for his first real job in the Dreaded Private Sector. I\u2019m sure he can master \u201cWould you like fries with your order?\u201d very quickly.<\/p>\n
