Last year we found out about the Biden Maladministration\u2019s attempt to create a Bureau of Censorship under the Department of Homeland Security. Needless to say, when that story came out, all Hell let loose, and the idea was shutdown.<\/p>\n

However, no bad idea ever goes away, especially when it\u2019s a Progressive idea to punish conservatives and logical thinkers. Now the Attorney General of Washington State is looking to implement the same thing there. Here are the details from the Blaze<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A state attorney general is advocating for a bill some critics argue could punish outspoken conservatives as domestic extremists, KTTH<\/a>‘s Jason Rantz reported Wednesday. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Some conservative views, or anything [Washington state Attorney General Bob Ferguson] deems as ‘misinformation,’ are examples of ‘domestic extremism,'” Rantz said. <\/b><\/p>\n

It’s the “most dangerous bill in legislative history,” the Seattle radio host added. <\/b><\/p>\n

Now this could all be simple hyperbole designed to generate ratings. I haven\u2019t seen the bill myself, and I am, happily, 3000 miles from the Leftist coast.<\/p>\n

The controversial bill proposes the establishment of a commission on domestic violence extremism. Rep. Bill Ramos, a Democrat, sponsored the bill which would create the 13-member commission. <\/b><\/p>\n

I just looked at the proposed bill. I definitely can see how progressive Soro Attorney\u2019s General will use this to go after anyone who indulges in \u201cAnti-Progressive Wrongthink.\u201d The wording, to my unschooled eye could, theoretically be used to go after violent groups such as Antifa and the BCLOM, but we all know that they are acting as the Progressive Liberal Democrat\u2019s stormtroopers abd would be protected.<\/p>\n

HB 1333<\/a> describes the duties of the proposed commission as involving efforts to “combat disinformation and misinformation” and collecting data on incidents of “domestic violent extremism,” the Center Square<\/a> explains. <\/b><\/p>\n

Though DVE is not explicitly defined in the bill, Ferguson has described the term as including noncriminal activities or speech, the outlet also says. <\/b><\/p>\n

So, in other words, say goodbye to Freedom of Speech in Washington State.<\/p>\n

The legislation was spawned by the Attorney General’s 2022 “Domestic Terrorism” study, according to Center Square. That study warned that “effective State intervention to address these threats has the potential to implicate speech or association that may be protected by the First Amendment, or the individual right to bear arms protected by the Second Amendment.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Well, in that case, go for it! After all, Progressive Liberal Democrats agree that the Constitution has many parts in it that are no longer relevant and can be ignored. Things like Free Speech, Freedom of religion, the right to keep and bear arms, those are all obsolete and must be abolished. All glory to the Progressive State!<\/p>\n

Further, the commission, though charged with examining ways to treat DVE as a public health issue through the state’s Department of Health, would have only one member required to be an expert in public health. The basic idea is to “take preemptive measures to stop actual domestic terrorist acts through community intervention.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Such “community intervention” could include, for example, compelling people identified as “extremists” to undergo counseling, according to Rantz’s interpretation of comments Ferguson made in an interview with PBS<\/a> in January. <\/b><\/p>\n

Mandatory counseling? I see someone has been looking at how the Soviet Union dealt with people who were a bit to important to just shoot. They declared them insane and locked them up in asylums and pumped them full of drugs.<\/p>\n

When PBS host Laura Barr\u00f3n-L\u00f3pez asked Ferguson what the public health approach would look like in practice, Ferguson responded, in part: <\/b><\/p>\n

Let’s engage in prevention, of getting folks \u2014 avoiding them being radicalized in the first place. If somebody is radicalized, and wants removal, move away from that, how can we help them with counseling, for example, to get them away from that ideology?<\/b><\/p>\n

So, looking at from a more holistic standpoint, we think, addresses prevention, addresses helping folks who’ve been radicalized and take a more holistic view of this to address what is a huge challenge, not just in Washington state, but all across the country.<\/b><\/p>\n

“They say this is about violence, but it’s not about violence. It’s actually about speech,” Rantz told host Todd Pirro on Fox News Channel’s “Fox and Friends First” Friday. <\/b><\/p>\n

“We already have laws on the books that very clearly address violence. What they’re trying to do with this commission is create what they’re calling a ‘public health approach’ to some of these ideologies.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Basically, if you are a Deplorable Ultra MAGA supporter of the Greatest president of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump, you are mentally ill and need to be locked up in a nuthouse for your own good.<\/p>\n

Rantz went on to explain that opposing critical race theory, mask mandates, and radical gender ideology could all be seen by the commission as tied to “white supremacy.” <\/b><\/p>\n

“They are singularly focused on the Right,” Rantz said flatly. “What this commission will end up doing is … recommending legislation that could not only lead to imprisoning people for having certain kinds of political positions, but also forcing them into counseling.” <\/b><\/p>\n

It\u2019s also a great way to get a very violent reaction. The people they want to imprison for \u201cWrongthink\u201d will also, after the first few incidents, start defending their rights with lethal force. Of course, that moron of an A.G. along with the Progressive Totalitarian Democrats probably think that since they are in charge, they own the National Guard and police and can count on them to move against their friends and neighbors. Yeah, no, I don\u2019t think so Tim.<\/p>\n

While I do see the state legislature passing such a bill, and the idiot govno signing it into law, it would be challenged in court about 2 minutes after it was signed and an injunction issued a few minutes after that. What I want to know is, why do the Democrats keep pushing this garbage? They are becoming more and more like the Nazis they claim to not like.<\/p>\n

I guess this is what happens when you stop teaching history and start doing political indoctrination instead. I suspect that this \u201cplan\u201d will be dropped. If it isn\u2019t? I don\u2019t think even the 9th<\/sup> Circus court could allow it to stand, as much as they might like to. This Moonbat needs to be forced from office. If there is a recall mechanism, then this guy Rantz should start organizing it. In any case, the voters need to know about this and begin looking for his replacement.<\/p>\n
