Good day all. The J6 video files released and now being show to the world by Fox\u2019s Tucker Carlson have been pretty much nuking the entire Deep State Uniparty narrative regarding the January 6th<\/sup> 2021 protest.<\/p>\n

What is now being seen for the first time in these videos is that, while there were a small group of people who were committing real crimes of violence and damaging property, an overwhelming number who entered the capitol acted more like tourists then insurrectionists. One of these was Jacob Chansley, the so called \u201cQAnon Shaman\u201d due to his costume.<\/p>\n

Mr. Chansley was hit with a number of charges, and could have locked up for 20 years or more. He took a plea deal and the presiding judge berated him then sentenced him to 41 months in prison. Now, with the release of the videos, there are a number of questions with regards to the original charges, the plea agreement and the sentencing.<\/p>\n

To begin with, Chansley was escorted through the building by police. There are videos of the police trying to open locked doors for him. Most recently, another video has been released showing Chansley urging people to leave the capitol building. Here are the details from the Post Millennial<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Jacob Chansley, the man who went viral for being pictured in the Capitol building on Jan. 6 in his horned costume that got him dubbed the “QAnon Shaman<\/a>,” can be seen telling protestors to turn away and go home during the riot, re-emerged footage shows. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Donald Trump has asked everybody to go home!” Chansley could be seen announcing into a megaphone to the crowd at the doors to the building. “We made our point, Donald Trump asked us to go home.” <\/b><\/p>\n

“So what are we going to do? We’re going to obey our president, we’re going to do as he asks, and we’re going to go home,” he directed the protestors, who were on site after Trump’s rally at the DC Ellipse, during which Trump spoke about\u00a0 in response to Joe Biden purportedly garnering over 81 million votes in the 2020 election.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“Let’s get out of here guys,” he continued, urging fellow Trump supporters to leave the Capitol.<\/strong><\/p>\n

While I am not a lawyer, that video looks like it blows a massive hole in the charges originally leveled against Chansley. It certainly shows that the presiding judge, (Who should have retired a decade or more ago), who, when sentencing Chansley stated that:<\/p>\n

Chansley\u2019s actions on Jan. 6 were \u201chorrific,\u201d and that his conduct was \u201cso serious that I cannot justify a downward departure.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

I wonder if judge Royce Lamberth might want to reconsider that statement with the new video evidence now being seen for the first time? Considering this judges actions in other cases, I doubt it. Now for Jacob Chansley, the question now is, can he appeal his conviction and void his plea agreement? I\u2019ve read that part of the agreement is that he would be forbidden from doing so. However, with the release of the security videos showing that he wasn\u2019t violent, and called for people to leave the building? Frankly, I just don\u2019t know. Hopefully a new lawyer will take up his case.<\/p>\n

We are now seeing just how corrupt the entire process regarding the January 6th<\/sup> protest has been. We have people who are in jail who have yet to have their day in court two years later. The January 6th<\/sup> Committee is now being seen for what it was, a complete and total fraud designed from the beginning by Nancy Pelosi, the Democrats and the Never Trump RINO\u2019s such as Liz Cheney, to be nothing more than a means to \u201cGet Trump!\u201d and anyone who worked with him or who supports him.<\/p>\n

At this point, I have no idea what is going to happen next. If there is any justice at all, then many of the cases already settled will need to be reviewed, the people locked up without trial should be released, and the former House leadership, along with those on the January 6th<\/sup> Committee, investigated for fraud and civil rights violations. I\u2019m not holding my breath of course.<\/p>\n
