Good day all. This is a breaking story, so there is a lot of information that may be incorrect or incomplete. Friday, March 17th<\/sup>, rumors started appearing that the Manhattan District Attorney, Alvin Bragg, was going to arrest the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump on charges of…no one actually knows.<\/p>\n

The Manhattan D.A.\u2019s office has been trying to find something, anything they could use to \u201cGet Trump!\u201d The previous D.A. Cyrus Vance Jr. spent years and who knows how much money trying to manufacture a case. He had a team of Assistant District Attorneys who flat out hated President Trump and were looking to cook up anything to get him with.<\/p>\n

When the new District Attorney, Alvin Bragg took office, he looked at what the \u201cInvestigators\u201d had come up with and realized it was a load of crap and shut down the investigation. The uproar in his office cowed him into letting the investigation proceed. Now they think they can \u201cGet Trump!\u201d at least. Here are some of the details from the Post Millennial<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

In a post on Truth Social, Donald Trump<\/a> revealed that he expects to be arrested on Tuesday. The arrest would come as part of a trial in New York that alleges he paid hush money to a porn star ahead of the 2016 presidential election.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

That has been known for years. Stormy Daniels was paid money to go away and she signed a Nondisclosure Agreement. After President Trump won the election, she broke the agreement and with the help of convicted felon Michael Avenatti, sued President Trump and not only lost, but Daniels was forced to pay all of President Trump\u2019s legal expenses. Now the question is, What law was broken?<\/p>\n

The charges from New York City DA Alvin Bragg amount to falsifying business records, in that Trump’s company allegely “falsely accounted” for some $130,000 paid to Trump’s 2016 attorney. Michael Cohen, not specifying on their balance sheet that this was a pay off, as opposed to legal fees. <\/b><\/p>\n

Great, they D.A.\u2019s office is relying on another convicted felon, one who was locked up for lying under oath among other things. He also hates Trump. I don\u2019t see anything there other then an attempt by a pack of leftist lawyers who want to Get Trump!<\/p>\n

Trump has denied knowing that the money was used to pay Stormy Daniels, though his current attorney notes that Trump may have been legally prevented from publicly stating that money had gone to Daniels under the terms of the agreement.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If Trump was also prevented by the NDA from speaking, that\u2019s strike two against Bragg. The problem here is, Bragg and his office are typical out of control Soros D.A\u2019s.<\/p>\n

Bragg, however, has taken the charge of falsifying records and raised it to the level of a felony, which is relatively unusual. For this misdemeanor to become a felony, Bragg must prove that Trump had an “intent to defraud,” and the intent to commit a second crime. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The second crime that Bragg may attempt to prove Trump had the intent to commit, under Bragg’s plan to raise the misdemeanor charge to a felony, could be a violation of New York State election law. Under this scenario, Bragg could say that the $130,000 paid to Daniels was an illegal donation to Trump’s campaign. The theory here would be that Daniels’ silence about whatever involvement the two may have had was a boon to the Trump campaign and therefore that buying her silence was an unnaccounted for donation, as opposed to a legal expense. <\/b><\/p>\n

Oh good luck with that. You try that idea and you\u2019re going to have to arrest most of the elected politicians in the country, including, Alvin Bragg.<\/p>\n

Even the New York Times<\/a> notes that the whole thing is substantially spurious. “Combining the criminal charge with a violation of state election law would be a novel legal theory for any criminal case, let alone one against the former president, raising the possibility that a judge or appellate court could throw it out or reduce the felony charge to a misdemeanor,” they wrote on March 9, when it became clear that an indictment was likely in the works. <\/b><\/p>\n

When even the New York Slimes, which hates Trump and had no problem generating fake news says that this is a nothing burger, the Manhattan District Attorney’s office has a problem.<\/p>\n

Trump was invited<\/a> to testify before a grand jury, which is an indication that an indictment is pending, and now, according to Fox News’ unnamed sources,\u00a0“The Manhattan DA’s office has asked for a meeting<\/a> with law enforcement ahead of a potential Trump indictment.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Try the Secret Service. They are duty bound to protect President Trump, and there is no way they are going to allow a former and potential future president of the United States to spend one second in Rikers.<\/p>\n

Joseph Tacopina, Trump’s attorney, confirmed that the invitation to testify before a grand jury was sent to Trump a week prior from Manhattan District Attorney Alvain Bragg’s office. He stated that he believed prosecutors had not yet made a decision on whether Trump will be charged. Daniels previously was\u00a0ordered to pay Trump $300,000<\/a>\u00a0in legal fees after a federal court rejected of a defamation case brought by her against Trump. <\/b><\/p>\n

If Bragg has any functioning brain cells, he will quietly bury this deep in the East River. He may also want to consider what the potential fallout might be for him, his office and the NYPD. It\u2019s known that when the FBI conducted their panty raid on Mar-a-Lago and rummaged through Melania Trumps underwear drawer, as people found out about it, they started heading down to the estate, and they were armed. By the time people got there, the FBI had finished trying on Melania\u2019s dresses and had left the scene.<\/p>\n

This time, you might see people organizing by the thousands and deciding that it was time to finally \u201cDeal with\u201d a corrupt DA and his staff. The last time something like this happened was the Bundy Ranch Incident where several hundred federal agents, (Bureau of Land Management primarily), and hundreds of citizen militias faced off against each other for the better part of a month.<\/p>\n

It came to an end when the Federal Agents suddenly pulled up stakes and left the ranch. This happened when the militia found out that the BLM was destroying the Bundy\u2019s cattle without legal authority and decided to put a stop to it. If shooting had started, the militia would have taken casualties, but the entire Federal team would probably have been massacred. (A reverse Waco)<\/p>\n

People are already seeing how the Democrats are weaponizing the Judicial System against anyone who opposes the Democrat Party. The worst possible scenario, if Bragg and his boneheads go through with this, would be thousands of heavily armed people coming into New York City to \u201cDeal\u201d with him and his office.<\/p>\n

There is no way the NYPD could stand against that level of force, and probably wouldn\u2019t. The best case would be Bragg and all his people, and probably the State Attorney General and her pack of leftist idiots fleeing to Canada. (I suspect that a fair number of NYPD officers would refuse any orders to stand in the way of a militia group coming in, and a few might actually join them)<\/p>\n

Considering the provable corruption of Joe Biden and his family, going after President Trump could finally trigger the Insurrection the Democrats have been braying about for the last 2 years. This country is already divided in ways far worse then it was in the 1850\u2019s. Many people saw and see President Trump as the last hope to fix everything the Political Elites, especially the Democrats have screwed up in the last 20 years.<\/p>\n

The last thing the \u201cPolitical Elites\u201d should be doing is showing people that if you go against them, you will be punished. That way leads to a nightmare no one wants who has any sanity. Hopefully, Bragg will be paying attention and decide that he was right the first time in shutting this fiasco down.<\/p>\n
