Good day all. Wednesday, the corrupt Manhattan Soros District Attorney, Alvin Bragg(art) suddenly announced that the Grand Jury he had impaneled to \u201cGet Trump!\u201d would not be working. Thursday, Bragg(art) told the Grand Jury they were done for the week. Now he is saying that the reports of an impending arrest of President Trump was a \u201cFalse Expectation.\u201d<\/p>\n

As you may recall, President Trump, who has been under political attack masquerading as criminal investigations, announced that he expected to be arrested by the Soros DA, Bragg(art). With that, a firestorm erupted. People who are knowledgeable in the law, started looking deeply into what Bragg(art) and his minions in the DA\u2019s office were doing.<\/p>\n

They pretty much all said that this was a classic case of prosecutorial misconduct. The House of Representatives demanded that Bragg(art) explain himself. Even the New York Slimes, certainly no fan of the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump, thought that the whole case was a load of garbage. Now Bragg(art) is saying that any reports of President Trump being arrested were \u201cFalse Expectations.\u201d Here are the details from the Post Millennial<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg<\/a> released a letter on Thursday pushing back against Rep. Jim Jordan and the Judiciary Committee for what he sees as unreasonable interference into his investigation into former president Donald Trump. <\/b><\/p>\n

Bragg further said that his office would investigated Trump for having “engaged in violations of New York State penal law.” This would stem from Trump’s Saturday announcement that he expected to be arrested on Tuesday, March 21, after rumors leaked that Bragg was intending to indict him on criminal charges. <\/b><\/p>\n

The \u201cInvestigation\u201d started under Bragg(art\u2019s) predecessor and was pushed along by a pair of militant Progressive Trump Haters. When Bragg(art) took office, he killed the investigation as a waste of time and money. Then the left hammered him and he started it back up again. It was never about any crimes, it was always about \u201cGetting Trump!\u201d Then the House Republicans started asking some very pointed questions of Bragg(art). He didn\u2019t like that.<\/p>\n

Bragg responded to House Republicans, saying: “Your letter dated March 20, 2023 (the \u2018Letter\u2019), in contrast, is an [unprecedented] inquiry into a pending local prosecution.” <\/b><\/p>\n

So is the blatant abuse of your authority you fat liberal slob.<\/p>\n

Bragg\u2019s office said that the GOP\u2019s letter “only came after Donald Trump created a false expectation that he would be arrested<\/a> the next day, and his lawyers reportedly urged you to intervene. Neither fact is a legitimate basis for congressional inquiry.” It is unclear if Jordan, or the House GOP, were contacted by Trump’s attorneys. <\/b><\/p>\n

Oh this is priceless. First, I do believe that Bragg(art) fully intended to indict and arrest President Trump on bogus charges. I suspect that President Trump heard something, perhaps a supporter close to the case and this is when he let fly. When President Trump made the announcement, all Hell broke loose, and this is when Jim Jordan and others started asking questions.<\/p>\n

If Bragg\u2019s office were to comply with the request, they state, it would “interfere with law enforcement.” Their office writes that the GOP’s letter represents “unlawful incursion into New York\u2019s sovereignty.” <\/b><\/p>\n

The letter did not provide any insight into the investigation or whether the grand jury will return an indictment against Trump. The grand jury was expected to meet this week to consider charges against Trump, but they were released Wednesday, and while they are expected to sit on Thursday, reports indicate that the grand jury will not discuss charges until next week. <\/b><\/p>\n

The Grand Jury was told to stay home and not come in until Monday. The rumors are that Bragg(art) may not be able to get an indictment now, especially after Robert Costello testified and destroyed Bragg(art\u2019s) \u201cStar Witness,\u201d convicted liar Michael Cohen. Then there is all that wonderful documentation that Bragg(art) hasn\u2019t been showing the Grand Jury apparently.<\/p>\n

A letter released from Cohen to Trump, written after the 2016 election, indicates that Trump, who is being investigated for improperly recording payments made to porn star Stormy Daniels through Cohen’s office in the lead up to the election, indicates that Trump did not reimburse Cohen for those payouts. <\/b><\/p>\n

That, along with the testimony of Cohen\u2019s former attorney, has blown massive holes in Bragg(art\u2019s) \u201ccase.\u201d There is also little details such as the statute of limitations, that this is, at worst, a misdemeanor, and as has been said, a literal truckload of exculpatory documentation that Bragg(art) and the Assistant District Attorneys pushing this are flat out ignoring.<\/p>\n

Add to that all the negative press, (From the New York Slimes no less), along with congressional interest, and is it any wonder that Bragg(art) might be trying to find a way out of the hole he\u2019s dug for himself? If Bragg(art) and his office continue trying to charge the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump, it will not end well\u2026 For Alvin Bragg and his office. He\u2019s already shown that he won\u2019t do his job against real criminals. Now he\u2019s shown to be abusing his office for political reasons. I suspect he\u2019s going to be lucky to finish his first term. He might be the next Soros DA removed from office.<\/p>\n
