Good day all. I\u2019ve written a lot on how corrupt the DoJ and Federal Law Enforcement has become under first Obama and Eric Holder, and now Biden and Merrick Garland. What really opened may people\u2019s eyes was the attempt by the Garland DoJ and the Biden Maladministration to declare parents as domestic terrorists.<\/p>\n

When the Republicans took control of the House, they started looking into a number of things, one of them, the weaponization of the Department of Justice do go after the \u201cEnemies\u201d of the Biden Maladministration and the Democrat Party. Now the select committee investigating this has release a preliminary report. Here are the details from Town Hall<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A new report<\/a> published by the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government and House Judiciary Committee shows extensive collusion between the Biden administration and the National School Board Association. <\/b><\/p>\n

For those who may not remember, or are Progressive Liberal Democrats and deny things like this, there was a report that the White house was working with the NSBA on the letter that they were going to send to the DoJ. An early draft demanded that the military come in and arrest parents<\/a> who stood up to the school boards. (That was edited out in later drafts)<\/p>\n

The partnership came as the group drafted a letter calling on the Department of Justice to classify parents as domestic terrorists. The letter also asked Attorney General Merrick Garland to use the Patriot Act, implemented after 9\/11, to go after parents expressing criticism over school lockdowns, critical race theory and inappropriate sexual content in the classroom.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Garland apparently was all in on that approach, but, as I recall, there appeared to be push back from local offices.<\/p>\n

“Internal Executive Branch documents indicate that the Biden Administration\u2019s use of federal law-enforcement and counterterrorism resources is an example of government weaponization against American parents. If the Justice Department performed any due diligence prior to the issuance of the Attorney General\u2019s memorandum, it would have understood clearly and forcefully that federal intervention was unwarranted. Because that due diligence did not occur\u2014and the Administration acted out of political motivations rather than for law-enforcement reasons\u2014parents around the country had FBI \u201cassessments” opened into them,” the report states.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

The story goes into details of the time line of the letter and how the Biden White House helped develop the language that the NSBA would send to Garland and the DO(i)J to go after parents daring to stand up to the Teachers Unions, the school administrations and the school boards. The short version is what we already know.<\/p>\n

“The NSBA collaborated with the Biden White House to develop the language of the NSBA\u2019s September 29, 2021 letter to President Biden urging the use of federal law enforcement and counterterrorism tools, including the Patriot Act, against parents. The NSBA shared the draft language of its letter with the White House, which apparently raised no concerns with the reference to counterterrorism tools or the inclusion of the Patriot Act in the letter.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Once the letter became public, which it wasn\u2019t supposed to, all Hell broke loose. The National School Board Association quickly walked back what they were trying to do. It didn\u2019t help as easily half the states and a large number of local school board walked away from the NSBA. It\u2019s now just a shell of what it once was. As for Garland? He continues to deny any wrong doing<\/a>. (Like most criminals caught in the act. Deny, Deny and Deny)<\/p>\n

This is just the preliminary report. The House Select Committee is still digging into what they already have discovered and trying to determine how bad things really are with the Department of (In)Justice. As for Garland. Never mind being impeached, convicted and removed by the house and senate, he needs to be indicted, tried and convicted in a court of law.<\/p>\n

As I and others have said in the past, the United States dodged a bullet when Cocaine Mitch McConnell, in one of the few things he did right, was keep Garland off the Supreme Court. This select committee, unlike that political farce that was the January 6th<\/sup> Kangaroo Committee is trying to discover the truth. With any luck, it will be enough to hang Garland, Biden and the whole maladministration.<\/p>\n
