Good day all. A couple of months ago. The most incompetent administration in American History decided that banning gas stoves<\/a> was a great idea. The push back from everyone who uses them has been massive. Of course, progressives never listen to anyone who disagrees with them and several states are looking to ban them on their own.<\/p>\n

Now the next shoe has dropped. Their next target appears to be air conditioning. Yes, on those steaming, hot, humid days, the Progressive Plutocrats in their air conditioned comfort have decided that you need to suffer. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The Biden administration announced its latest home appliance regulations<\/a> this week, targeting air conditioners in an action it said would reduce the nation’s carbon emissions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The regulations, unveiled Thursday by the Department of Energy (DOE), finalize energy efficiency standards for home air conditioning units, or window air conditioners, and portable air cleaners. The DOE said the move would cut air pollution and push consumer costs down by billions of dollars via energy savings.<\/b><\/p>\n

“Today\u2019s announcement builds on the historic actions President Biden took last year to strengthen outdated energy efficiency standards, which will help save on people\u2019s energy bills and reduce our nation\u2019s carbon footprint,” Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm<\/a> said in a statement. <\/b><\/p>\n

“DOE will continue to engage with our public and private sector partners to finalize additional proposals like today\u2019s that lower household energy costs and deliver the safer, healthier communities that every American deserves,” she continued. <\/b><\/p>\n

Granholm is the former govno of Michigan. She was the prototype for the current Govno, Wretched Gretchen Whitmer. She\u2019s also Canadian. (They exiled her to the United States and she became a citizen) She is basically a communist.<\/p>\n

According to the DOE, the new energy efficiency standards will save Americans about $1.5 billion annually and curb carbon dioxide emissions by 106 million metric tons over three decades. The agency added that the regulations were part of President Biden’s efforts to promote innovation and lower costs for families “while tackling the climate crisis.” <\/b><\/p>\n
