Good day all. For the last couple of weeks, we have been watching Manhattan Soros District Attorney Alvin Bragg(art) tap dancing around his attempt to arrest the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump, on fake charges.<\/p>\n

I, and pretty much everyone else, has written about President Trump announcing a couple of weeks ago that he expected Bragg(art)\u2019s office to indict him along with several ham and bologna sandwiches as co-conspirators. The charges were garbage and in fact Bragg(art) had closed down the investigation after he took office since even he knew there was no \u201cThere\u201d there.<\/p>\n

This led to the lead investigators, both of whom outright hate President Trump to quit in a huff, with one of them writing a book and screaming to high heaven. Bragg(art) caved in and reopened the investigation. This was when the fun began. Last week, Bragg(art) sent the Grand Jury home. Now the word has come down that the Grand Jury will be out for a month. Here are the details from Politico<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The Manhattan grand jury examining Donald Trump\u2019s alleged role in a hush money payment to a porn star isn\u2019t expected to hear evidence in the case for the next month largely due to a previously scheduled hiatus, according to a person familiar with the proceedings. <\/b><\/p>\n

The grand jury, which heard testimony<\/a> in the Trump case on Monday, isn\u2019t meeting Wednesday and is expected to examine evidence in a separate matter Thursday, the person said. <\/b><\/p>\n

From what I\u2019ve been reading and the rumors I\u2019ve heard, the Grand Jury may not be all that happy with the trash that the Manhattan DA\u2019s office has been throwing at them. The rumors I\u2019ve been hearing indicate that the Grand Jury won\u2019t indict President Trump. There are a number of reasons, such as Michael Cohen, the \u201cStar Witness\u201d and convicted felon, being torn to shreds by his former attorney, and that the former attorney provided documents backing him up.<\/p>\n

Then there is the nature of the \u201ccharges.\u201d To begin with, the statute of limitations ran out long ago. Then the DA\u2019s office is trying to use something that is in the purview of the Federal Government, not the State\u2019s. Then we have the problem that the people handling this inquisition have some serious ethical issues of their own. Finally, the news that Congress is now looking into the fairly blatant abuse of office by Alvin Bragg(art) and his team, (The kind that leads to disbarment), might just put things over the top for the Grand Jury. Basically, it looks like Bragg(art)\u2019s \u201ccase\u201d has just gone down the drain.<\/p>\n
