Good day all. Over the last 12 years, we have seen just how destructive to the constitution and the United States the judicial appointees of Barack Obama have been. During the administration of the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump, they would issue rulings that, frankly, they had no authority to under the Constitution.<\/p>\n

The Obama judges were appointed for one purpose and it wasn\u2019t to uphold the Constitution and the civil rights of individual Americans. They were appointed to protect the Deep State globalist agenda. One of those agendas is the flat out racist program known as \u201cDiversity, Equity and Inclusion.\u201d As we have seen, this is nothing more then a program designed to pit one group against another, and blame everything on Northern European descended people.<\/p>\n

There have been a number of court cases filed by people protesting forced \u201cDiversity\u201d training. Now another Obama judge has decided that the best way to punish people for daring to stand in the way of the Deep State is to ruin them. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

An Obama-appointed federal judge ordered two Missouri teachers<\/a> opposing a school district’s mandatory diversity training to shell out over $300,000 in legal fees. <\/b>Teachers opposed the training that allegedly contained content forcing them to place themselves on an “oppression matrix.” The material also allegedly called for socio-economic changes and asked teachers to share information they wished to keep private. <\/b><\/p>\n

Brooke Henderson was one of the two fighting back against the training she said encouraged her to believe that America is systemically racist. <\/b><\/p>\n

“If we believed in a colorblind America, [it told us] that we are White supremacists, and it really just felt like there was no hope and that the wheels had come off the bus of what our job as educators was,” she said. <\/b><\/p>\n

Well There\u2019s your problem! Obama and the judges he pushed on to the bench are racists themselves. They flat out ignore everything that the Reverend Doctor Martin Luther King jr. talked about. This Obama judge appears to be no different.<\/p>\n

Federal district judge Douglas Harpool, who presided over the case, awarded $313,000 in attorney fees to the school district, arguing the district deserved to be compensated for being forced to defend against the case.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“It’s absolutely excessive,” said <\/b>Southeastern Legal Foundation<\/b><\/u><\/a> general counsel Kimberly Hermann, who represented the plaintiffs. <\/b><\/p>\n

“The point of it is to chill speech. This is a First Amendment case in the first place where our clients were required to attest and affirm to ideas they just simply don’t believe in. They believe that America should be colorblind. They believe that they should not have to look at the color of the student’s skin, and that’s all that they were fighting for.” <\/b><\/p>\n

This is not what an Obama judge, or any Progressive Liberal believes in. They are all about judging people on the color of their skin and giving certain people special privileges. As for the two plaintiffs, they weren\u2019t looking for a cash payout. They wanted this training declared unconstitutional.<\/p>\n

Hermann lambasted the judge’s decision as “absolutely unprecedented” and argued the ruling served to discourage parents or teachers from bringing a lawsuit in the future. <\/b><\/p>\n

Henderson told Fox News’ Ashley Strohmier<\/a> that the ordeal violated her constitutional rights by forcing her to abide by training content and silencing her own opinion in the process. She added that the training required her to locate herself on the “oppression matrix,” and she automatically fell into the “racist” category as a White woman.<\/b><\/p>\n

The two teachers are appealing this joke of a decision to the 8th<\/sup> Circuit Court of Appeals. I expect it will be overturned. The problem is the Obama and now Biden judges. There are a few good ones that managed to slip through the cracks, but most are either doctrinaire hard left anti-American progressives or just plain incompetent. While we do have some of the same types on the \u201cRight\u2019 side of the fence, most of the really bad decisions for the last 70 years have come from the Liberal side of the aisle.<\/p>\n

Eventually, one of these morons is going to issue a ruling that is so egregiously bad, it drives someone over the edge. If and when that happens, and it worries me that it will, we\u2019re going to see bloodshed. This is the last thing we need. What we do need is a way to sanction judges for so flagrantly violating the Constitution.<\/p>\n

Right now, all we can do is impeach and convict them through congress and that won\u2019t happen unless massive pressure is brought to bear on congress. The other way is a constitutional amendment that both limits judges time on the bench, and provides a way to force Congress to remove them if the people demand it.<\/p>\n

On the latter, I haven\u2019t a clue on how to proceed that won\u2019t totally wreck the judicial branch. Perhaps someone might post an idea in the comments. I do know that we have to do something, (within the Constitution that so many judges ignore), to deal with egregiously bad decisions such as this one.<\/p>\n
