What happened next is well known. The news broke and both parents and many states exploded at the DoJ and the NSBA. In short order, the NSBA was basically put out of business as most of the states that had been members pulled out. Added to all of this were reports that the White House was colluding with the NSBA and helped them write the letter. This has now been confirmed. Here are the details from Newsmax<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n The Biden administration colluded with the National School Boards Association to develop the language of the NSBA’s Sept. 29, 2021, letter to President Joe Biden urging the use of federal law enforcement and counterterrorism tools, including the Patriot Act, against parents, according to a House select subcommittee. <\/b><\/p>\n The details were included in a report<\/a> released Tuesday, <\/b>(March 22<\/b>nd<\/b><\/sup>),<\/b> by the House Judiciary Committee’s Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, which concluded the administration’s overall goal was to silence critics of its education policies ahead of Virginia’s 2021 gubernatorial race.<\/b><\/p>\n The original drafts of the letter wanted the DoJ and the Biden Maladministration to send in military police to arrest parents. While I have little doubt that the vermin running the White House would have no personal problem with this, there is this thing called Posse Comitatus which limits the use of the military in the role of civil law enforcement. Also, the \u201cOptics\u201d of sending troops in to arrest parents would not have been good.<\/p>\n Soon after the NSBA’s letter, Attorney General Merrick Garland issued a memo <\/a>on Oct. 4, 2021, directing the FBI and all U.S. attorney’s offices \u2014 among other Justice Department components \u2014 to examine and address threats posed by parents at school board meetings. <\/b><\/p>\n The only threats posed by the parents were to the various teachers union controlled school board member\u2019s eardrums. There was not a single instance of violence towards any of the school boards that I am aware of. Instead you saw the school boards resorting to flat out police state tactics to shut down parents who were, and rightfully so, furious at what was being done to their children under the guise of \u201cEducation.\u201d<\/p>\n Garland’s memo came about a month before the gubernatorial race in Virginia in which education policies were hotly debated. Republican Glenn Youngkin narrowly defeated Democrat Terry McAuliffe in the race. <\/b><\/p>\n “The administration’s goal seems to have been silencing the critics of its radical education policies and neutralizing an issue that was threatening Democrat Party prospects in the close gubernatorial race in Virginia,” the report read. <\/b><\/p>\n The Governor\u2019s race pitted Teachers Union Pet, former governor Terry McAuliffe against Glenn Youngkin. McAuliffe came out in favor of absolute control of children\u2019s education by the Unions and the \u201cProfessional Educators\u201d to the point of saying that parents had no rights regarding what their children were taught. Obviously, he lost.<\/p>\n Committee Republicans repeatedly have called on Garland to rescind his memorandum, but he has refused. Conservatives have criticized Garland, saying he effectively labeled parents as domestic terrorists when they only were exercising their First Amendment rights. <\/b><\/p>\n I\u2019m not at all surprised. Merrick Garland is a classic totalitarian secret police commander. He is unfit for this position, or any other position of authority and responsibility. If the Republicans had control of the senate they could move for a full impeachment. Unfortunately. The Democrats, who are just fine with the totalitarian state they are creating, won\u2019t do bupkis against him. It\u2019s up to the House of Representatives to hold his feet to the fire, and Representative Jim Jordan is doing just that.<\/p>\n “From the initial set of material produced in response to the subpoenas, it is apparent that the Biden administration misused federal law enforcement and counterterrorism resources for political purposes,” the report read. “The Justice Department’s own documents demonstrate that there was no compelling nationwide law enforcement justification for the attorney general’s directive.” <\/b><\/p>\n I beg to differ. There was one compelling justification. To protect the Democrats, the Teachers Unions, and all the pedophiles and groomers they\u2019ve been putting into the schools.<\/p>\n According to the report, internal executive branch documents showed the Biden administration’s use of federal law enforcement and counterterrorism resources was an example of government weaponization against\u00a0parents. <\/b><\/p>\n It called out the Justice Department for not performing due diligence before Garland issue his memo. The report said if the DOJ had, “it would have understood clearly and forcefully that federal intervention was unwarranted.” <\/b><\/p>\n Oh, they did perform their due diligence. They just didn\u2019t care that they were tearing up the Constitution. After all, it\u2019s just an archaic document that has no bearing on modern Progressive America, long may the United Nations and the Deep State reign!<\/p>\n “The use of these resources chills protected First Amendment activity, as parents rightfully fear that their passionate advocacy for their children could result in a visit from federal law enforcement,” the report read. <\/b><\/p>\n Yes, and considering the very low regard that Federal Law Enforcement is currently being held, don\u2019t doubt that if they had gone full stormtrooper, there would have been shooting.
