Good day all. One of the most corrupt District Attorneys currently in office is Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. Bragg is one of the many DA\u2019s that George Soros has backed in his bid to destroy the United States. Bragg is currently abusing his office by prosecuting the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump on, literally, made up crimes. One thing that Bragg is not doing, is prosecuting actual criminals.<\/p>\n

The Soros DA\u2019s around the country have been letting criminals go, and because of this, the crime rates have skyrocketed. Bragg is no different. He was put into office to go after innocent people, (President Trump and a store owner who defended himself), and to release real criminals. Now he\u2019s just made it official. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg<\/a> said during his campaign that racial equity needed to be a priority and that he didn’t believe thievery should be prosecuted since it was a “crime of poverty.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Tell that to people who have had all their possessions stolen and stores that have been driven out of business by robbers.<\/p>\n

During the May 2021 meeting, Bragg articulated his intention to focus on racial equity<\/a> instead of prosecuting theft.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“I grew up with friends disappearing over charges like that (theft) and even if there is an alternative [to incarceration, such as diversion programs, there is a] consequence of disruption for the family. We need to asking, ‘Does something make us safer?’ And prosecuting a young person, even if it doesn’t end in incarceration [such as in diversion programs], in my view does not make us safer,” he said. “I think we need to move away from what I would call a crime of poverty.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Well, I see that Alvin Bragg is a racist. Would you care to guess what happens to criminals who happen to be white? They get to go to prison! Most people don\u2019t give a damn about the skin color of the criminal who shoves a gun in your face and takes the last $20 you have. What they want is their $20 back and the criminal locked up in jail, where they can\u2019t hurt anyone else.<\/p>\n

Bragg said his overall intention was to “Shrin[k] the footprint” of the criminal justice system.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

First, I have no problem with Bragg sticking a crowbar into his own wallet and spending his money to keep the so called \u201cAt Risk\u201d people from becoming criminals. (Bragg is loaded), Sometimes, you might have a punk kid who did something stupid, but hasn\u2019t actually hurt anyone. Sometimes these people can be turned around to lead good, productive lives. That isn\u2019t what this fat racist Liberal slob has in mind.<\/p>\n

A campaign webpage, which has since been scrubbed, said Bragg believed crimes that disproportionately incarcerate Black people are “morally indefensible” to enforce. <\/b><\/p>\n

“These cases do not belong in criminal court. The punishments are disproportionately harsh, and fall disproportionately on the backs of people of color. This makes them morally indefensible,” Bragg stated on his website. “This is why I will not prosecute most petty offenses through the traditional criminal court system\u2026 I will either dismiss these charges outright or offer the accused person the opportunity to complete a program without ever setting foot in a courtroom.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Why do so many \u201cPeople of color,\u201d (I really hate that phrase. It sounds to much like \u201cColored People\u201d to me), end up in court? Could it be that they are COMMITTING CRIMES you meathead? We\u2019re seeing this more and more. Punks who happen to be black walking up behind someone and slamming a brick into their head, or throwing them to the ground and rifling their pockets. There is no \u201cSaving\u201d these vermin. They\u2019re doing these crimes because they know that nothing is going to be done about them.<\/p>\n

The New York City Police Department<\/a> released data showing New York City’s Five Boroughs being overrun with a handful of thieves who were arrested over 6,000 times, and released back into the streets.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Bragg also said that he would create a fracture between the police department and the DA\u2019s office.<\/p>\n

“For too long the DA’s office has been an adjunct of the NYPD, reflexively processing what they do,” he said. Bragg added that prosecution should have its own approach and shouldn’t “reflexively” process arrests made by the NYPD.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

That\u2019s your damn job you worthless piece of human debris!<\/p>\n

The statements reflect those from his chief prosecutor, Meg Reiss, who was brought in to Bragg’s office. Reiss has advocated to include a critical race theory framework<\/a> into prosecution years before joining the Manhattan DA. \u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

For those of you who may not know, Meg Reiss is an A.W.F.U.L. Angry White Female Urban Liberal. She was one of those pushing to indict President Trump on made up charges. She is also a pure progressive liberal that believes people should be judged by their skin color, not their actions.<\/p>\n

Bragg’s chief prosecutor has argued for critical race theory ideology to be integrated<\/a> into the criminal justice system as part of a “new paradigm of prosecution,” while claiming violent criminals are not necessarily “bad dudes.”\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

I wrote about Reiss a few weeks ago<\/a> regarding that comment. She is a literal threat to the safety of the innocent people in Manhattan. Frankly, I think she should be disbarred, and prosecuted for aiding and abetting these criminals that she\u2019s releasing to prey on the innocent.<\/p>\n

As for Bragg, he might think he\u2019s going to \u201cGet Trump,\u201d but the courts are already closing him down. (One of the prosecutors pushing for President Trump\u2019s arrest is being forced to testify to Congress. Bragg tried to stop it and a Judge let him have it with both legal barrels) Bragg needs to be removed from office and the Manhattan District Attorneys office needs a thorough house cleaning.<\/p>\n
