Good day all. It\u2019s no secret that Hunter Biden has been under investigation for a multitude of potential crimes, including tax evasion. What many people have been wondering, why is it taking so long to indict Dementia Joe\u2019s fair haired boy, (and family bag man), Hoovernose?<\/p>\n

When the computer repair store took possession of Hoovernose\u2019s laptop when he forgot about it, the store owner took one look at the contents and called the FBI. Wisely, he cloned the drive first, since the FBI took the laptop and buried the whole thing. Once Biden was safely installed into the White House, the DoJ made noises about investigating everything about Hunter Biden\u2019s activities, yet nothing seemed to be happening. Now a person is coming forward and asking Congress to grant him whistleblower status. It seems he has some information he thinks the Congress should know about. Here are the details from CBS News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The attorney for an unnamed IRS criminal supervisory special agent says his client has asked Congress for protections to speak out about allegations that a years-long, high-profile and politically sensitive investigation has been hindered by “preferential treatment and politics,” according to a letter obtained by CBS News. That investigation is the one probing potential tax crimes by Hunter Biden, CBS News has learned. <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

“My client wants to come forward to Congress,” said attorney Mark Lytle, who is representing the agent. He discussed his client’s allegations with CBS News chief investigative correspondent Jim Axelrod in an exclusive interview that aired on Wednesday night’s “CBS Evening News” and streamed across all CBS platforms. “He’s ready to be questioned about what he knows and what he experienced under the proper legal protections.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Well, this puts a wrinkle into a few narratives. We\u2019ve been hearing almost since day one that there wold be no political interference into the investigation. Of course, no one with any common sense, which excludes liberals, believed that for an instant.<\/p>\n

That someone from inside the long-running federal investigation is coming forward to voice concerns about the way it’s being conducted adds to the already strange journey of the matter related to the son of President Biden. <\/b><\/p>\n

Mr. Biden left David C. Weiss, the Trump-appointed Delaware U.S. attorney overseeing the probe, in his post to avoid any appearance of interference. And Justice Department officials have vowed publicly to protect the probe from political influence. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

One of the things I\u2019ve read is that David Weiss needed some assistant from the U.S. Attorneys in other states and they were not to helpful at all. (I gather it was more along the lines of \u201cGo pound sand.\u201d) Now this, if accurate, is where Merrick Garland, if he had any ethics at all, would normally have stepped in. He would have told the other U.S. Attorneys to provide Weiss with what he needed.<\/p>\n

In the letter, Lytle claims his client’s information would “contradict sworn testimony to Congress by a senior political appointee.” <\/b><\/p>\n

That \u201cSenior Political Appointee\u201d is, allegedly, Merrick Garland. Basically, the whistleblower is saying that Garland lied under oath to Congress.<\/p>\n

In a March Senate hearing, Attorney General Merrick Garland pledged that he would not interfere with Weiss, who is leading the investigation, “I promise to ensure that he’s able to carry out his investigation and that he be able to run it.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Now the reason that the IRS agent, through his lawyer has said that he\u2019s already made “legally protected disclosures” to the IRS, Treasury as well as the inspectors general for Tax Administration and the justice department. The agent is saying he has documentation to back up his claims.<\/p>\n

The agent, Lytle says, has worked for the IRS for more than a decade and has extensive documentation which he says backs up his claims.<\/b><\/p>\n

“It really doesn’t come down to his credibility, whether you believe him or not,” Lytle said. “Because the things he’s been through are very well documented in emails, and other communications with the Department of Justice.”<\/b><\/p>\n

One of the issues for the agent is the rules and laws limiting what he is allowed to say publicly. If he says anything without the proper clearances, he could be prosecuted, and considering how corrupt the DoJ has become, that would be a certainty, especially when it comes to Garland and the Bidens.<\/p>\n

The agent is limited from speaking publicly because of strict rules governing the discussion of any specific taxpayer. Lytle said he also is seeking protection against retaliation. “He wants to make sure that he does this right. And he’s gonna need protections from Congress before he could speak out about this,” Lytle said. <\/b><\/p>\n

Without a doubt, if this agent says one thing without the protection from Congress, Garland will ship him to a black site in Turkey. The Biden Crime Family might say they are cooperating, but we all know they aren\u2019t. The last thing the Deep State wants is Joe Bumbles Dementia Biden to be forced out of office for corruption. Until recently, they were fine with him stepping down \u201cFor health reasons,\u201d but that was before they really understood what an epic disaster Kamala Harris is.<\/p>\n

I do hope that Representative Jim Jordan and the others in the House provide the legal cover this agent needs. The damage being done to the United States is only getting worse, and may soon reach the tipping point into unrecoverable. You really don\u2019t want to see what things will be like if that happens. Removing Biden and Harris is moving from the political to the necessary, and this agent\u2019s testimony could be the peble that starts the landslide.<\/p>\n
