Good day all. Right on schedule, the worst president in American History, Joe Biden, is blaming the potential (if highly unlikely), default of the United States on the Republicans. Of course, the little fact that the Republicans have a plan, and that Dementia Joe won\u2019t even talk to them, isn\u2019t entering what passes for his thinking.<\/p>\n

The national debt is out of control as we all know. Congress has been spending money the way Hunter Biden does on crack and hookers. However, we have just about hit the credit limit. The Democrats and China Joe Biden want the debt limit increased with no strings attached, so they can continue spending money on the Progressive equivalent of crack and hookers.<\/p>\n

The House Republicans, finally figuring out that we\u2019re basically broke, put together a plan that will increase the debt limit, but cut off any spending on the Democrats crack and hooker projects. Biden\u2019s handlers have said this is a no go, and although the Republicans have been trying to talk with the senile idiot, he\u2019s dug in his heels and won\u2019t discuss any plan that isn\u2019t his own. This has led to the current standoff.<\/p>\n

Now, right on schedule, the senile psychopath has started blaming everyone else for what is his problem. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

President Biden would be blameless in the event that the U.S. defaults on its debt in the coming days, the president declared Sunday. <\/b><\/p>\n

Biden made the claim during a news conference in Hiroshima, Japan, where he had traveled for meetings with G-7 nations. Republicans in Congress forced Biden to the negotiating table after months of the White House insisting there would be no debate over the issue. Biden now argues that certain “MAGA Republicans” are seeking to cause a default<\/a> in an effort to crash the economy ahead of Biden’s re-election effort. <\/b><\/p>\n

Biden is still stuck on both the MAGA as an insult, and also on stupid. The Republicans aren\u2019t seeking a default, and frankly a default won\u2019t happen unless Biden triggers it, which looks like what he and his handlers are planning.<\/p>\n

“I’ve done my part,” Biden said regarding negotiations, adding that “it’s time for the other side to move their team positions because much of what they were proposed is simply quite frankly, unacceptable.” This prompted a follow-up at the end of the news conference from Fox News’ Peter Doocy. <\/b><\/p>\n

His \u201cPart\u201d in the negotiations can be summed up thus. \u201cDo it my way or else. I\u2019m the one in charge here and what I saw goes.\u201d Fox\u2019s thorn in the side of Biden, Peter Doocy had a follow up which showed just how arrogant Biden is.<\/p>\n

“Mr. President, on the debt limit, you said already, ‘I’ve done my part.’ Do you think if there’s a breach, nobody can blame you?” Doocy asked. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Of course no one will blame me, I know you won’t, you’ll be saying Biden did a wonderful job,” Biden joked. <\/b><\/p>\n

Doocy was having none of this crap.<\/p>\n

“Would you be blameless in a default situation?” Doocy pressed. <\/b><\/p>\n

“On the merits, based on what I’ve offered, I would be blameless,” Biden responded. “On the politics of it, no one would be blameless. And by the way, that’s one of the, one of the things some [people] are contemplating. Well, I gotta be careful here. I think there are some MAGA Republicans in the House who know the damage that it would do to the economy and because I am president, and presidents are responsible for everything, Biden would take the blame. And that’s the one way to make sure Biden’s not re-elected.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Biden then tripled down on his arrogant stupidity.<\/p>\n

Biden also claimed that he had the authority to unilaterally increase the debt limit using the 14th Amendment, a legal argument experts say would be unlikely to hold up in court.<\/a> <\/b><\/p>\n

Of course, Biden and the Democrats have been pushing using the 14th<\/sup> Amendment, which shows how little they understand what it means. The section they are referring to is Section 4<\/a>:<\/p>\n

The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void. <\/b><\/p>\n

Basically, this amendment was passed to screw over everyone who loaned money to the Confederate States of America. The part that Biden and some of the other Marxists in Congress are referring to is this:<\/p>\n

That is pretty clear in what it means. This was the debt that the United States ran up breaking the Confederate States. That debt was paid long ago, and frankly, has no relevance to the current fiscal mess we\u2019re in.<\/p>\n

A GOP source confirmed to Fox News on Friday that a snag has been reached in the talks because “there is too much daylight between the sides. <\/b><\/p>\n

The source said there\u00a0is a lack of movement between the sides over what Republicans want to cut on the “discretionary” side of the ledger, which is the part of spending Congress controls through the appropriations process each year. <\/b><\/p>\n

“A responsible, bipartisan budget agreement remains possible if both sides negotiate in good faith and recognize that neither side will get everything it wants,” a White House spokesperson told Fox News on Friday. <\/b><\/p>\n

Good faith? Well, that lets the Democrats and Biden out. The only faith they have is bad faith. Every time the Republicans have tried to work with the Democrats, they have been stabbed in the back by them. It\u2019s taken a couple of generations, but some of the Republicans have finally figured out that the Democrats will always lie, cheat and steal to get what they want. Their basic negotiating tactics are right out of the old Soviet playbook. What we have is ours, and what you have is negotiable, but in the end, ours as well.<\/p>\n

Now as to what happens when the Federal Government can\u2019t borrow money? There will be cutbacks of course, but the interest payments can be easily met. It will hurt, but we can pay it with current tax revenues and still have a lot of money left over. As long as the interest payments are being met, we are not in default. (We could even pay an extra $100 per month and \u201cPay down\u201d the debt)<\/p>\n

What will happen is a lot of agencies that aren\u2019t critical to the safety of the United States or are constitutionally mandated will shut down. The Democrats have been making noises about not paying the military, which is both typical and stupid. National Defense is a Constitutional requirement of the Federal Government. It does mean that no more goodies will be sent to the Ukraine.<\/p>\n

The last time we had this issue, Obama decided that the way to win was to punish the American People. Make it hurt for America if he didn\u2019t get what he wanted. I don\u2019t see that working this time. Even though the Democrat Propaganda Corps has been beating the default drums, the People know who is actually at fault, and it is President* Joe Bumbles Dementia Biden.<\/p>\n

He might try to default to hurt the country, but that would, at best, get him impeached in the House and potentially removed by the Senate The worst case scenario is best left unsaid. Once again, Dementia Joe is getting it wrong and thinks he\u2019s in the right. As long as the Republicans stand their ground, and \u201cWork the room,\u201d it will be Biden and the Democrats shown to be the problem…for once.<\/p>\n
