Good day all. Target is a national Department store that sells everything, much like Sears used to. Recently I saw a big bruhaha with demands for a boycott of Target. Since I\u2019m probably one of about 35 people in America who doesn\u2019t shop at Target, I didn\u2019t know what was going on. Now I do.<\/p>\n

It seems that Target\u2019s Management failed to learn from the Bud Light Debacle. In fact, it looks like they actually doubled down on stupid and not only partnered with some guy in a dress, but also a Satanist<\/a>. Now Target\u2019s stock price is showing what a really dumb idea this was. Here are the details from Newsmax<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Target is partaking in campaigns to capitalize on LGBTQ<\/a> messaging and merchandise and critics are lashing out on social media with calls for boycotts, leading to fears of a Bud Light-like public relations hit.<\/a> <\/b><\/p>\n

The retailer’s stock price<\/a> is down 10.24% in the past month and almost 10% since its March 17 top, just hours before CEO Brian Cornell hailed DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) as having been a boon to business. <\/b><\/p>\n

I saw another story regarding the CEO slobbering<\/a> over going Woke. When are these blithering idiots going to realize that they are trying to bring in a very small percentage of the American consumer market, and are pissing off a much larger percentage?<\/p>\n

The controversy is boiling over just days before June’s Pride Month for the LGBTQIA+ community, but Target’s pride page calls for customers to “celebrate, all year long.” <\/b><\/p>\n
