Good day all. I recently posted a blog entry<\/a> on a report that the corrupt DoJ was going to indict the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump on made up charges. This has now happened and all hell is starting to break loose.<\/p>\n

The Trump hating \u201cSpecial Inquisitor<\/i><\/span> Prosecutor\u201d has indicted President Trump, accusing him of doing what Joe Biden has actually done. The list of charges this thug has levied includes things like obstruction of justice, which is amusing since President Trump\u2019s people did cooperate and false statements, which is a lie by the DoJ. This is a breaking story of course and there is a lot going on here.<\/p>\n

First, Alan Dershowitz has some serious problems with this indictment. Here are some details from Fox Business News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Harvard Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz<\/a> warned of the “dangerous” consequences posed by the federal charges launched against former President Donald Trump, arguing the indictment’s “weak” appearance does not meet historic precedent. <\/b><\/p>\n

“It has to be at least as strong as the case against Richard Nixon, which we will remember led not to Democrats to demand his resignation, but Republicans, his own colleagues came to him and said, this case is so strong that we can’t support you,” Dershowitz said Friday on “Mornings with Maria<\/a>.” <\/b><\/p>\n

“I haven’t seen any suggestion that Republicans agree with this indictment,” the professor continued. <\/b><\/p>\n

Alan Dershowitz isn\u2019t alone in questioning the charges brought by the Trump hating Smith. While Dershowitz has always been on the defense\u2019s side of the fence, several former prosecutors are also going \u201cWhat the hell is this?\u201d Here are some of those details from Newsmax<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Former DOJ\u00a0Deputy Assistant Attorney General Victoria Toensing and former U.S.\u00a0Attorney for the District of Columbia, Joe diGenova, say the Trump indictment is filled with flaws. <\/b><\/p>\n

Trump on Thursday was indicted, accused, among other things, of\u00a0\u00a0mishandling classified documents at his Florida estate.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Right there is one of the questionable issues. We have the current infestation in the Oval office<\/i><\/span> president* Joe Biden. He has been mishandling, and in all probability, outright stealing classified information since his days in the Senate. Where President Trump had all his documents securely locked away, Dementia Joe had them carelessly scattered all over the Eastern Seaboard, including in his garage.<\/p>\n

Then we have the notorious Felonia von Pantsuit and her bathroom mail server. That thing was hacked six ways from Sunday by every government on earth. In fact, all the missing emails she tried to destroy ended up on a convicted pedophiles laptop, thank to Felonia\u2019s girlfriend<\/i><\/span> administrative assistant Huma Abedin.<\/p>\n

The prosecution marks the first time in U.S. history that a former president faces criminal charges by the federal government he once oversaw. He faces the possibility of prison if convicted. <\/b><\/p>\n

That is not going to happen for a number of reasons, many of which may not be entirely…legal.<\/p>\n

“We all know Trump can be kind of undisciplined; that said, the problem here is the abuse of discretion. That conduct is not wrought in any way to pursue a former president of the United States and perhaps a future president of the United States. <\/b><\/p>\n

“I want to tell Jack Smith there are two systems of justice because I could have in 2017 gone to the Justice Department and pursued an investigation into Hillary Clinton and found as damning statements about why she eliminated 30,000 emails, why she kept an unsecured server in her basement and why she beat her phone up with a hammer. I could have brought just as damning an indictment,” she added. <\/b><\/p>\n

Smith is the special counsel behind the indictment. In brief remarks Friday he said the country has “one set of laws and they apply to everyone.” <\/b><\/p>\n
