A few days ago, a chyron, which is one of the little messages you see running across your TV screen popped up that caused everyone on the left to wet themselves. It called Joe Biden a \u201cWannabe Dictator.\u201d<\/p>\n

The chyron was only up for about 30 seconds before it was pulled, and the producer who put it up was fired<\/i><\/span> resigned effective immediately. Fox News the got down on their knees and groveled, begging the left for forgiveness. Then things got really entertaining. Here are some of the details from CNN<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Fox News on Wednesday acknowledged that an onscreen banner<\/a> calling President Joe Biden a \u201cwannabe dictator\u201d was inappropriate and said it had taken steps to address the situation internally. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThe chyron was taken down immediately and was addressed,\u201d a Fox News spokesperson told CNN in a statement. Fox declined to elaborate on how the issue was being addressed. <\/b><\/p>\n

Yeah, the fired the guy who told the truth and put it up.<\/p>\n

The right-wing network came under fire over the news banner, known as a chyron (pronounced KAI-ron), which appeared briefly under a split screen of Biden and former President Donald Trump. Trump pleaded not guilty<\/a> Tuesday to 37 federal counts related to alleged mishandling of classified documents. <\/b><\/p>\n

Well I think that\u2019s enough for CNN. If they still call Fox \u201cRight Wing\u201d then they really are a lost cause and the holding company should just throw in the towel and close the whole thing down. In any case, the screeching, screaming, ranting and raving from the \u201cUsual Suspects\u201d on the left was loud relentless and generally ignored by anyone with a sense of humor. Then came Fox\u2019s Arch Nemesis, Tucker Carlson. Here are some of those details from Newsweek<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The <\/b>Daily Beast <\/b><\/em>later said sources inside the network had identified Alexander McCaskill, who previously worked on Carlson’s primetime show, as the author of the chyron. In a short statement to the outlet, a Fox News spokesperson said the chyron “was taken down immediately” and had been “addressed.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Yeah, they addressed it all right. Here is what Tucker Carlson had to say about that.<\/p>\n

“Inside Fox<\/a>, the women who run the network panicked,” Carlson claimed. “First, they scolded the producer who put the banner on the screen. Less than 24 hours after that, he resigned. <\/b><\/p>\n

“He’d been at Fox for more than a decade. He was one of the most capable people in the building. He offered to stay for the customary two weeks, but Fox told him to clear out his desk and leave immediately.” <\/b><\/p>\n

The former Fox News anchor\u2014who parted ways with the network in April<\/a>\u2014then went on a sarcastic diatribe in which Carlson enumerated various examples as to why Biden was not a “wannabe dictator,” implying the opposite. <\/b><\/p>\n

Fox basically slit their own throat when the cut Tucker Carlson. Their viewer numbers have plummeted to near MSNBC levels. When Carlson start posting videos on Twitter, he blew Fox right out of the water. So damaged is Fox that they are trying to shut Tucker Carlson down. As for Tucker Carlson\u2019s piece. I\u2019ll just post it here.<\/p>\n
