Good day all. This news just broke, so the 72 hour rule is in effect. It looks like the DoJ has struck a plea deal with Hoovernose Biden that will keep his crooked coke filled sinuses out of prison.<\/p>\n

The DoJ has been working overtime to bury all the information and evidence of Hoovernose\u2019s criminal activities to try and avoid the possibility of arresting Joe Biden. There are multiple investigations in the House regarding the apparent selling of Joe Biden\u2019s office as VP and possibly President. Now it looks like Hoovernose is going to get a very light slap on the wrist. Here are the details from the Daily Wire<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Hunter Biden will plead guilty to two tax crimes and admit the facts of a gun charge in a plea deal with federal prosecutors, according to a new report.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

The Washington Post reported<\/a> Tuesday that Hunter, who has been facing a multi-year investigation by officials, negotiated a deal with Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss. Hunter will plead guilty<\/a> to failing to pay about $1.2 million in taxes in 2017 and 2018. The tax charges Hunter faces are misdemeanors. <\/b>He is expected to not face any jail time and to be given two years of probation. <\/b><\/p>\n

Misdemeanors? Since when? Last I heard, if you don\u2019t pay your taxes, they take everything you have and lock you up. Oh wait, how silly of me. This is Hoovernose we\u2019re talking about. Now about the gun charge. That should have him locked up. We\u2019re talking major felony here after all.<\/p>\n

The 53-year-old will also reportedly enter a diversion program upon admitting the illegal purchase of a firearm in 2018. The gun charge could be revoked from his record upon completion of the diversion program, according to sources who spoke with the Post.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

So, the junkie will be able to go buy a gun after all this is said and done? Why doesn\u2019t that surprise me? Anyone else would lose their rights, (Although there appears to be a challenge in the courts about nonviolent offenders getting their 2A rights restored)<\/p>\n

The gun purchase would be illegal because he was on drugs at the time of the incident. Biden faced a five-year investigation into his taxes and gun purchase from\u00a0federal prosecutors, FBI agents, and IRS investigators.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Which is 4 \u00bd years longer then it would have taken the IRS and DoJ to throw the book at anyone else.<\/b><\/p>\n

Joe and Jill Biden reacted to the news, saying that they supported their son. \u201cThe President and First Lady love their son and support him as he continues to rebuild his life. We will have no further comment,\u201d a statement from White House spokesman Ian Sams said<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n

I have no doubt the Pardon is already filled out and the Big Guy will sign it as soon as the heat\u2019s off, or if he is leaving office, whichever comes first.<\/p>\n

The plea deal was criticized by conservatives, who argue that Hunter Biden was getting special treatment because he was the president\u2019s son. <\/b><\/p>\n

House Oversight and Accountability Committee chairman James Comer (R-KY) blasted the deal, calling it a \u201cslap on the wrist.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cHunter Biden is getting away with a slap on the wrist when growing evidence uncovered by the House Oversight Committee reveals the Bidens engaged in a pattern of corruption, influence peddling, and possibly bribery,\u201d Comer said. \u201cThese charges against Hunter Biden and sweetheart plea deal have no impact on the Oversight Committee\u2019s investigation. We will not rest until the full extent of President Biden\u2019s involvement in the family\u2019s schemes are revealed.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Yeah, that is something the fools at the DoJ may not have considered. Hoovernose is being looked at as the family bagman for the millions in bribes paid to, allegedly, Joe Biden as Vice President. (Possibly as president too) If those prove out, and it\u2019s not looking to good for the Biden Crime Family.<\/p>\n

Brett Tolman, the former U.S. Attorney for Utah, also decried the deal. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cDOJ is violating its own internal policies on this case. The Ashcroft Memo requires they charge the \u2018highest provable offense\u2019 and seek consistent sentences with other cases brought by DOJ. This prosecution is an absolute laughable joke. Thousands have been sent to prison for long terms for the same charges,\u201d Tolman\u00a0said<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThey are ignoring decades of policy and precedent to seek felonies not misdemeanors and seek sentences within the guideline range. The diversion agreement on the felony is offensive to everyone not politically connected who sought diversions and were literally laughed at by DOJ,\u201d he added. <\/b><\/p>\n

The gun charge should get Hoovernose a few years in the clink, and without question the \u201cFix\u201d was in. However, as I mentioned above there is a court case<\/a> that may end up in front of the Supreme Court. The short versions is, if you were convicted of nonviolent crimes, such as tax evasion and possibly lying on a gun form, you shouldn\u2019t lose your 2nd<\/sup> Amendment rights. I suspect that the DoJ is going to use that as an excuse to keep Hoovernose from a comfy cell in Club Fed.<\/p>\n

This is obviously another case of the two-tiered justice system we\u2019ve been seeing since the Obama regime. (Perhaps a bit earlier) If you are connected with the \u201cRuling Elites\u201d in the Deep State Uniparty, you will be allowed to get away with pretty much anything you want to do. If a true threat appears from someone that might actually force the DoJ to actually go after someone, well, there is a way of dealing with that.<\/p>\n

In any case, it won\u2019t matter in the long run once Dementia Joe signs all the pardons, including for himself. I have a suspicion the pardons for the most corrupt administration are already taking up a couple of drawers in a filing cabinet in the White House, just waiting for Dementia Joe\u2019s signature. They\u2019ll wait until the last moment of course, to allow the maximum amount of graft, corruption and, in the case of the DoJ, civil and constitutional rights violations to occur.<\/p>\n
