Good day all. The fall out from the Hoovernose Biden sweetheart plea deal is continuing. Whistleblowers have been talking to Congress and providing information on how the \u201cInvestigation\u201d was basically rigged from the get go by the DoJ.<\/p>\n

This has led the Attorney General, Merrick Garland, arguably the most corrupt AG in United States history, to deny he did anything wrong or that there was any special treatment for Hunter \u201cHoovernose\u201d Biden. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland on Friday denied whistleblower allegations that the Justice Department<\/a>, FBI and IRS interfered with U.S. Attorney David Weiss’ investigation of Hunter Biden.<\/b><\/p>\n

“As I said at the outset, Mr. Weiss, who was appointed by President Trump as the U.S. attorney in Delaware and assigned this matter during the previous administration, would be permitted to continue his investigation and to make a decision to prosecute any way in which he wanted to and in any district in which he wanted to. Mr. Weiss has since sent a letter to the House Judiciary Committee confirming that he had that authority,” Garland told reporters at a news conference.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“I don’t know how it would be possible for anybody to block him from bringing a prosecution<\/a>, given that he has this authority,” Garland said. <\/b><\/p>\n

“He was given complete authority to make all decisions on his own behalf,” the attorney general added.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

The problem with Big Liar Garland is that actual, honest federal employees are coming forward and providing evidence that the White House and the DoJ flat out interfered with the investigation, and that Garland and his lapdog, FBI Director Christopher Wray lied under oath to Congress.. (Which is a big Bozo No NO!)<\/p>\n

The House Ways and Means Committee on Thursday released testimony from two IRS whistleblowers who alleged officials at the Justice Department, FBI and IRS<\/a> interfered with the investigation of Weiss’ tax evasion case against Hunter Biden. The whistleblowers accused investigators of “trying to limit” questioning related to President Biden as part of the investigation into his son, Hunter Biden, and said decisions in the case seemed to be “influenced by politics.”\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“Whatever the motivations, at every stage decisions were made that had the effect of benefiting the subject of the investigation,” said one whistleblower, IRS Criminal Supervisory Special Agent Gary Shapley Jr. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

When the IRS agents came forward not long ago, under orders from Garland, the entire team investigating Hoovernose was removed from the case. (Not just the agents coming forward) Then the DoJ \u201cMisrepresented the actual facts\u201d to congress about it. After they were removed, out came the news regarding the slap on the wrist, sweetheart deal.<\/p>\n

The whistleblowers’ allegations were released just days after the Justice Department announced that Hunter Biden will plead guilty to two misdemeanor counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax as part of a deal that is expected to keep him out of prison. The president’s son also agreed to enter into a pretrial diversion agreement with regard to a separate charge of possession of a firearm by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance. <\/b><\/p>\n

I would like to know who else got this sort of a deal. So would Wesley Snipes who was convicted of the same tax charges and did time.<\/p>\n

In response to the whistleblower allegations, the Justice Department said in a statement: “As both the Attorney General and U.S. Attorney David Weiss have said, U.S. Attorney Weiss has full authority over this matter, including responsibility for deciding where, when, and whether to file charges as he deems appropriate. He needs no further approval to do so. Questions about his investigation should be directed to the U.S. Attorney\u2019s Office for Delaware.” <\/b><\/p>\n

The Biden Maladministration continues to deny the obvious, that Joe Biden is a lying crook who sold his office as Vice President, Probably as Senator and may have continued to do so as president. (Do you really think those Paint by numbers pictures Hoovernose produces are actually worth 6-7 figures?<\/p>\n

The White House has repeatedly said President Biden has never been involved in his son’s business dealings. They also maintain the president never discussed them with him. <\/b><\/p>\n

It\u2019s reached the point that even the Democrat Propaganda Corps has begun to, very slowly, turn on Biden. The rumors are that the \u201cGrand Poobah\u2019s\u201d of the Democrat Party are looking to push that corrupt senile retard out in 2024. The House Republicans have a few members who have started Impeachment bills, however others like Jim Jordan are holding back. The suspicion is that he wants a case that could go to a real jury and gain a conviction, then drop that on the Democrats.<\/p>\n

The problem with this approach is that it won\u2019t work. It isn\u2019t that Representatives Jordan and Comer won\u2019t find enough to get a conviction in a court of law, it\u2019s that the Democrats won\u2019t, under any circumstances, convict \u201cOne of their own.\u201d It wouldn\u2019t matter if there was a live streamed video of Joe Biden raping a 12 year old girl on the Resolute Desk in the Oval office and they strangling her to death. They are that corrupt.<\/p>\n

As for Garland, there is talk of impeaching him, but the House will run into the same problems in the senate. The Democrats will not vote to convict and remove him. He\u2019s doing exactly what he was put in place to do. Protect Biden and the Democrats and get Trump and the Republicans, along with anyone who supports the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump.<\/p>\n
