Good day all. Merrick Garland is turning out to be the most corrupt Attorney General in the history of the United States. His actions, along with those of the FBI and DoJ, which he oversees is being seen as nothing more then the Biden Secret Police and Cover Up service.<\/p>\n

He has been caught repeatedly going after anyone who doesn\u2019t toe the Progressive Line, up to and including manufacturing charges against innocent people, and turning the FBI into the Democrat Party\u2019s private Secret Police Force. Now he is being called to account for things like siccing the FBI on parents upset with what the schools are doing to their children and has been caught lying under oath to Congress.<\/p>\n

Now that the calls to impeach him are starting to ramp up, (Not that this will happen. He\u2019s doing exactly what the Democrat Party wants him to do), he has started resorting the Progressive\u2019s answer to anyone who attacks the Progressive Message. Here are the details from Breitbart<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Attorney General Merrick Garland defended the FBI during a press conference on Friday amid Republican frustration over the agency stonewalling their requests for information related to Hunter Biden.<\/b><\/p>\n

This should be amusing. I wonder how he will defend the indefensible?<\/p>\n

\u201cI certainly understand that some have chosen to attack the integrity of the Justice Department as components and its employees by claiming that we do not treat like cases alike,\u201d he said, adding, \u201cThis constitutes an attack on an institution that is essential to American democracy and essential to the safety of the American people. Nothing could be further from the truth.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

There is is. If you don\u2019t bow to the power of the all mighty state, under the control of the Ruling Progressive Elite, you are attacking Democracy.<\/p>\n

Garland stated: <\/b><\/p>\n

You\u2019ve all heard me say many times that we make our cases based on the facts and the law. These are not just words. These are what we live by. They\u2019re the foundation of the way we make these decisions. The agents of the FBI as well as the DEA, the ATF, our deputy US Marshals every day often at great personal risk, protect the American people and secure its safety. Our cases are based on their work. I could not be more proud to work with them. <\/b><\/p>\n

For the first time since they were founded, the majority of the American People consider the Federal Bureau of Investigation to be an actual threat to the liberties and safety of the American people. People are now thinking the unthinkable, at least unthinkable to the Beltway Uniparty. They want the FBI disbanded and the agents stripped of their security clearances and fired.<\/p>\n

Garland\u2019s comments were in response to a reporter asking him about House Oversight Committee Republicans threatening to vote to hold FBI Director Christopher Wray in contempt for not handing over an FBI document where an informant told the agency that Joe and Hunter Biden received $5 million each in exchange for helping a Ukrainian oligarch with legal issues in 2015 and 2016. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Christopher Wray is another one in the sights of the House oversight committees. Both he and Garland are on the cusp of being held in contempt, and it\u2019s beginning to appear that they also lied under oath to the committees.<\/p>\n

Wray relented at the last minute and allowed the committee members to view the unclassified document in a sensitive compartmented information facility on Capitol Hill. <\/b><\/p>\n

The documents that the Committee\u2019s wanted to look at are unclassified FD-1023 forms. The contents of the forms, and I was a bit surprised that there was more then one, appear to show that the Biden Family was engaged in a conspiracy to provide access to Joe Biden as Vice President, (And probably as Senator and potentially as President), for money. Basically they were soliciting bribes from companies like Burisma and China. If true, is it any wonder that Garland and Wray wanted to hide the forms?<\/p>\n

The Justice Department has come under heavy criticism from the right after former President Donald Trump was charged with 37 felony counts related to his retention of allegedly classified documents at his home in Mar-a-Lago and obstruction while Hunter Biden received a \u201csweetheart\u201d plea deal where he pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor federal tax violations and a federal gun violation and will likely avoid any jail time. <\/b><\/p>\n

It\u2019s not just that. They\u2019ve also found that Joe Biden had classified information going back to his days in the Senate that he flat out had no right to. What\u2019s worse, while the documents that President Trump is alleged to have had, they were locked in a secured compartment with video cameras and armed federal agents on site. They\u2019ve been finding all the documents that Biden stole scattered all up and down the Eastern Seaboard and completely unsecured.<\/p>\n

Republicans in Congress have slammed what they have called a \u201ctwo-tiered\u201d justice system. House Republicans have vowed to continue investigating Hunter Biden despite the plea deal and to say with the conclusion of the DOJ\u2019s investigation into Biden that the agency can no longer withhold information because of a \u201cpending\u201d investigation. The DOJ said the investigation was \u201congoing,\u201d but it is unclear what exact aspects of the investigation are ongoing. <\/b><\/p>\n

That answer is simple. They are going to say they are looking into the data on Hovernose\u2019s laptop. They aren\u2019t of course, but that\u2019s what they\u2019ll say until the day after Biden leaves office, either in a limo or a hearse. The only reason for this \u201cinvestigation\u201d is to hide evidence of the criminal activities of the Biden Crime Family.<\/p>\n

O<\/b>n Thursday, <\/b>June 23<\/b>rd<\/b><\/sup>,<\/b> House Ways and Means Committee Republicans released transcripts<\/a> from an interview with an IRS whistleblower, IRS Criminal Supervisory Special Agent Gary Shapley, who alleged that Garland interfered in Delaware U.S. attorney David Weiss\u2019s attempts to investigate Hunter Biden.<\/b><\/p>\n

From what I\u2019ve read, those transcripts are damning for Garland. If they are valid, then it shows that the Maladministration and the Garland DoJ actively interfered with the investigations into Hoovernose Biden and cooked up the sweetheart deal to keep his coked up ass out of prison.<\/p>\n

With all this coming out, you can see why Garland is calling the calls for his political head on a platter to be an \u201cAttack on Democracy.\u201d He\u2019s beginning to understand that there is a good chance that the Trump or DeSantis Administration will nail his ass to the wall and send him to a nice federal penitentiary.<\/p>\n

His only hope is if the GOP somehow gets Chris Christy the Republican nomination and he gets elected. Christie is the only \u201cRepublican\u201d who has said he won\u2019t fire Wray, and by default, will not go after Garland. (Christie has absolutely no chance)<\/p>\n

Garland has been enraged that he wasn\u2019t appointed to the Supreme Court and has been taking it out on the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump and all his supporters, both in and out of Washington. His actions, along with his utter contempt for the Constitution shows just how big of a bullet we dodged. I hope the House finds enough evidence to not just impeach Merrick Garland, but to convict him in the Senate and also in a court of law.<\/p>\n
