Good day all. Last Spring, Bud Light announced the \u201cYear of the Girl\u201d and instead of a young woman, selected a mentally ill man in a dress as Bud Light\u2019s spokes\u2026.thing. When the news came out, sales of Bud Light cratered.<\/p>\n

The genius who came up with this stupid idea, Alissa Heinerscheid, along with her superior Daniel Blake, were \u201cSuspended.\u201d As sales continued to plummet and the calls #BoycottBud took hold, the corporate value of Transheuser-Busch, formally named Ansheuser-Busch along with their holding company AB InBev dropped by tens of billions of dollars. Now the news has come that these two examples of what not to do have been FIRED! Here are the details from the Daily Caller<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The two top Anheuser-Busch marketing executives who were placed on leave amid the company shakeup no longer work for the brand, a source inside Anheuser-Busch confirmed in texts obtained by the Daily Caller on Tuesday. <\/b><\/p>\n

Group Vice President for Marketing Daniel Blake and Bud Light Marketing Vice President Alissa Heinerscheid are \u201cgone gone,\u201d according to obtained text messages with a current regional head of marketing. The Caller is granting anonymity to the source to discuss legally fraught internal company policy. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cTo my understanding if we publicly announced the word \u2018fire\u2019 it opens up the potential for them to sue us. Thats why we said leave of absence,\u201d the source said in a text message obtained by the Caller. <\/b><\/p>\n

That does make sense of course. At that level in the Corporate world, when they can a \u201cC\u201d Level executive, they announce that they are \u201cSeeking other opportunities elsewhere,\u201d or \u201cHave decided to spend more time with their family.\u201d They also generally get what the rest of us don\u2019t, a golden parachute.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe wholesalers would have had an absolute HAY DAY with leadership if they didn\u2019t remove her,\u201d the source inside the company also said. <\/b><\/p>\n

A Hay Day? More like outright war with AB InBev and Transheuser-Busch. The distributors have been taking it up the ass and have been forced to throw out expired Bud products. (Transheuser-Busch has been buying the expired beer back from the distributors)<\/p>\n

\u201cTo be fair- Daniel Blake was actually awesome. I think he was just caught in cross fire. But also he did hire her\u2026 so that\u2019s a fault,\u201d the source continued. <\/b><\/p>\n

Yep he is at fault. He should have put a stop to her idiot idea before it went out. That means that he either agreed with it or he didn\u2019t know about it. If the former, he helped cause massive losses to the share value of the company. If the latter, he is incompetent.<\/p>\n

\u201cWholesalers were told they are both gone for good by leadership during in person conversations. They already shifted all their direct reports to new people and the head of marketing,\u201d the source added in another text message obtained by the Caller. <\/b><\/p>\n
