Now that the Democratic Communazis control the three branches of government, they\u2019ve decided to just tear up the Constitution of the United States. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n A recently passed bill in Michigan<\/a> could make it a felony to intimidate someone by intentionally using the wrong gender pronouns, according to some legal experts. <\/b>Michigan’s state House of Representatives<\/a> has passed bill HB 4474, a piece of legislation that criminalizes causing someone to feel threatened by words.\u00a0Under the new bill, offenders are “guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than 5 years, or by a fine of not more than $10,000.”\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n So much for the 1st<\/sup> Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America. (I can\u2019t speak to the Michigan State Constitution) That this wasn\u2019t laughed out of the legislature tells you just how far gone the Democrats are.<\/p>\n “‘Intimidate’ means a willful course of conduct involving repeated or continuing harassment of another individual that would cause a reasonable individual to feel terrorized, frightened, or threatened, and that actually causes the victim to feel terrorized, frightened, or threatened,” the bill reads. <\/b><\/p>\n The bill specifically addresses “sexual orientation” and “gender identity or expression” as protected classes. According to the bill, “‘Gender identity or expression’ means having or being perceived as having a gender-related self-identity or expression whether or not associated with an individual’s assigned sex at birth.” <\/b><\/p>\n There were a few who understand what a bad idea idea this is, although they aren\u2019t saying what a lot of people are thinking of this should, somehow, make it into law.<\/p>\n “The state of Michigan is now explicitly allowing the gender delusion issue to be used as a \u2018protected class.\u2019 This opens up numerous issues when it comes to the courts and the continued weaponization of the system against conservatives,” State Rep. Angela Rigas said of the bill.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n She continued, “We saw similar concerns when they wanted to pass blocks on \u2018conversion\u2019 therapy. It seems Dems want to be in the business of telling people how to think.” <\/b><\/p>\n The bill was passed by the Democrat-controlled<\/a> state House in a 59-50 vote. It now moves to the Michigan State Senate for consideration.\u00a0<\/b>If approved by the state senate, it will be sent for approval to Gov. Gretchen Whitmer,<\/a> who is expected to sign it. <\/b><\/p>\n That this is a bad idea goes without saying. That it violates the 1st<\/sup> Amendment is pretty obvious. That the Democrats will go after anyone who won\u2019t toe their line is going to happen.
