Good day all. Sales of Bud Light and other Transheuser-Busch products have essentially collapsed to the point that Transheuser-Busch is reduced to paying people to take their products off the shelves. The boycott has now started a chain reaction as production lines shut down.<\/p>\n

With sales down 20-30 percent from prior to the Dylan Mulvaney fiasco, and Transheuser-Busch being forced to buy back expired beer from distributors, companies that produce the beer or their ancillary products such as bottles and cans are closing down lines. Here are some of the details from the Daily Caller<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

T<\/b>his company is literally crumbling before our very eyes. Bud Light\u2019s decision to partner with transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney<\/a> has been an utter disaster, with several executives being fired<\/a> from the brand as a recent result. You even have former executives of the company calling for the current CEO to be canned<\/a> as well. <\/b><\/p>\n

Sadly, at this point it may be too late for firing the CEO to help. Industry experts are now saying that the lost business may never come back. Now the ripple effect has taken hold.<\/p>\n

Even businesses outside of Anheuser-Busch are getting hit, with retailers taking major financial hits because they\u2019re struggling to sell their supply of Bud Light. In fact, it\u2019s been so bad that the beer has been priced lower than water<\/a> at some bars. <\/b><\/p>\n

It\u2019s been a trainwreck for Bud Light and everybody connected, and things are reportedly getting even worse for the beer giant as production is now being impacted. <\/b><\/p>\n

I\u2019m not surprised of course. There is no reason to produce at the levels they once did if they end up throwing out the products that no one wants to buy.<\/p>\n

Production plants that work with the Anheuser-Busch brand are now starting to shut down, with a glass bottle factory in Wilson, North Carolina being forced to close its doors in the next few weeks, according to WRAL<\/a>. Declining sales \u201cforced a glass plant in Wilson to cut down bottle production starting in May,\u201d read WRAL\u2019s report. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cWith Bud Light\u2019s huge drop in sales, last week, the plant\u2019s owner, the Ardagh group, announced it would be shutting down the factory in Mid-July, laying off close to 400 employees.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Another plant associated with Bud Light in Ruston, Louisiana is also shutting down, with 245 jobs being lost. <\/b><\/p>\n

I wonder if they\u2019ve spoken to all the other beer breweries that are actually increasing sales? They\u2019re going to need extra bottles and cans. Of course, they\u2019re also having problems of their own. It takes time to brew beer and the collapse of Transheuser-Busch and AB InBev caught everyone by surprise.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s going to be hard for these workers. The economy is going south, thanks to Bidenomics, and the levels of Woke Stupidity from Corporations has finally reached critical mass. With inflation, people\u2019s expenses have skyrocketed and they\u2019re cutting back on things that really aren\u2019t needed, such as beer. Add to that having the Woke progressives basically insulting their customers, they\u2019ve decided to take their business elsewhere. It\u2019s not just Transheuser-Busch.<\/p>\n

Disney is on the cusp of bankruptcy. They have been dropping more bombs of late than the 8th<\/sup> Air Force did on Germany in World War 2. (The latest Indiana Jones movie is getting royally panned by everyone) They can\u2019t fill their parks and they have a $9 billion dollar or greater bill coming due next year and all they have is about $200 million in cash on hand.<\/p>\n

The only other beer company to so quickly fall from grace is the Schlitz brewing company. Their first mistake was to go from their tried and true brewing process and ingredients to something that came out of a chemistry lab. Then the Light Beer craze started and Schlitz marketing came up with the \u201cDrink Schlitz or I\u2019ll kill you.\u201d campaign. Schlitz as an independent company was gone within 5 years.<\/p>\n

Now we\u2019re seeing the same thing happen with Transheuser-Busch. I don\u2019t see any way they can turn things around under it\u2019s current owners or management. It\u2019s possible Transheuser-Busch might be spun off or sold to another holding company. It\u2019s also possible that InBev might just decide that a quick bullet to the beer keg is the best way to deal with this mess. If people thought this was going to just fade away, they were wrong.<\/p>\n
