Good day all. The plans by the Biden Maladministration to stop the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump, from running and probably winning reelection aren\u2019t working out the way they intended. The majority of voters, on both sides of the aisle see the to cases as being politically motivated.<\/p>\n

Add to that the number of lawyers who have been looking at the federal case who are saying that there is no case there, and you can see the Department of (In)Justice getting a little nervous. Finally we have the judge in the case who appears to be one who actually reads the law and Constitution. (She was also appointed by President Trump)<\/p>\n

The Special Inquisitor<\/i><\/span> Prosecutor along with Meritless Garland are thinking that their case may never make it to trial and could be dismissed with prejudice. If that happens, they\u2019ve decided to throw more crap at the wall and see if anything will stick. Here are the details from Newsmax<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The Biden Justice Department is reportedly preparing a “superseding indictment” of 30-45 more charges against former President Donald Trump, fearing a Trump-appointed judge might rule unfavorably against it. <\/b><\/p>\n

The scope of the charges could potentially bring the presidential documents case to another jurisdiction and include charges against Trump-tied associates, sources told The Independent.<\/a> <\/b><\/p>\n

In other words, they are judge shopping and looking for a crooked Obama or Biden judge.<\/p>\n

According to the report, the DOJ fears Southern District of Florida Judge Aileen Cannon \u2013 randomly selected for the case \u2013 might give deference to the former president. <\/b><\/p>\n

In other words, she won\u2019t just rubber stamp the charges, she will actually review the evidence and base her decisions on the Law and Constitution. I can see why the Garland DoJ might be worried.<\/p>\n

Trump is already facing a 37-count federal indictment delivered by special counsel Jack Smith. Among the charges are 31 counts of willful retainment of military documents under the Espionage Act of 1917. Trump argues he was permitted to possess those documents under the civil statute of the Presidential Records Act, as determined by the precedent of the former President Bill “Clinton socks case” which was ruled around a decade ago by Judge Amy Berman Jackson, appointed by President Barack Obama. <\/b><\/p>\n

There is no case and everyone knows it. Smith is a Trump hater. He\u2019s also brought in people who have a history of rigging cases, and massive ethics violations<\/a>. As for Berman, she\u2019s a typical Obama judge. Protect the Deep State and the Democrats. Anyone else, especially if they support President Trump? Throw the book at them even if the charges are patently false.<\/p>\n

The special counsel’s team is apparently also considering bringing charges against attorneys for Trump, including those defending him during the 2020 presidential election challenge, like former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani. <\/b><\/p>\n

My question would be, for what?<\/p>\n

Giuliani, was the Trump-directed attorney who unearthed Ukraine\/Burisma corruption allegations against Joe Biden when Trump was still in the White House. <\/b><\/p>\n

And there is the answer. This is a move to protect the most corrupt president* in American history, Joe Biden.<\/p>\n

The Biden DOJ, facing allegations it has throttled back investigations into the Bidens, now might move forward with charges against the one who began looking into the Biden family’s connection to Ukraine. <\/b><\/p>\n

It\u2019s not just the Ukraine. There are rumors that the Joe Biden was being bribed by the People\u2019s Republic of China and that this may be ongoing. If so, Joe Biden isn\u2019t just compromised, he\u2019s committed treason, potentially as defined by the Constitution. If they can\u2019t stop President Trump from winning the 2024 election, he is going to unleash Hell on everyone in the Biden Maladministration.<\/p>\n

Smith’s special counsel will “most definitely” bring some charges against Giuliani, sources told The Independent. <\/b><\/p>\n

So they intend to make stuff up. I\u2019m not at all surprised. It isn\u2019t just Rudy Giuliani they are going after.<\/p>\n

Others in the Trump orbit who have been brought before the special counsel include former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, who sought to have his testimony protected by executive privilege but was denied.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I recall the denial, but I don\u2019t have the facts on it. What it does is open the door to go after all the other Democrat presidents, Obama and Clinton. (Progressives never think through what they do and how it could blow back on them)<\/p>\n

Still, the past and present presidential regimes remain in a standoff, with both vowing to go after their political rivals. <\/b><\/p>\n

When President Trump was running against Felonia von Pantsuit, he talked about having her arrested. There is no question she committed multiple felonies, everything from bribery to mishandling classified information, but in the end, he let her skate. That was a big mistake as we now know.<\/p>\n

Now we have Joe Biden. He and his handlers have been flat out ignoring precedent, the rule of law and the Constitution. If anyone has been tyrannical in his actions, it\u2019s Joe Biden. He\u2019s the one who told Garland to go after his enemies, and protect the First Junkie, Hoovernose Crackpipe Biden. Those idiots have,as the Democrats always do, opened the door. Now the next president will go after Biden, (If he\u2019s still alive and mentally competent to stand trial), as well as the Clintons and Obama.<\/p>\n

Trump had, until recently, vowed not to prosecute his political opponent. <\/b><\/p>\n

“You know, I’ve been hitting him much differently than I have, because I’ve always respected the office, and then when they indicted me for nothing, I said, ‘Now the gloves are off,'” Trump told a Pickens, South Carolina, rally Saturday, which aired live on Newsmax<\/a>. “Now we have to say it like it is. He’s a crook. Under crooked Joe Biden. I never called him that. I took the name away from Hillary Clinton. We call her beautiful Hillary now. <\/b><\/p>\n

With all due respect President Trump, If\/when you are reelected, she needs to go down with the Bidens.<\/p>\n

“Now it’s crooked Joe, because it’s a much more appropriate name right now for this man who’s just destroying our country.” <\/b><\/p>\n

The so called \u201cDeep State\u201d is terrified that President Trump will get back into office. They were able to tie things up a bit in his first term, but Donald Trump is not someone they can control. He also learns from his mistakes. A second term and he is going to go on a virtual rampage against the DoJ and the FBI. This is why the Biden Maladministration is so desperate to Stop Trump at any cost. Make no mistake, if they go through with this nonsense, it will be seen for exactly what it is. Election Interference.<\/p>\n

The maladministration is not even trying to hide this fact, or that the DoJ is now the \u201cBiden Protective Service.\u201d I\u2019m beginning to wonder if there will even be an election in 2024, or it happens, will it be an honest one? I\u2019ve heard from people who think that if President Trump wins reelection, the Biden Regime might just declare that the election was fraudulent and arrest Trump. At that point, we\u2019re full on Banana Republic. You don\u2019t need a crystal ball, (Or, in honor of the recent failure of Indiana Jones 5, crystal skull), to know where that will lead.<\/p>\n
