Good day all. A new movie opened July 4th<\/sup> called the Sound of Freedom. It\u2019s the story of a federal agent who quit his job to go after human traffickers and rescue children, and it\u2019s based on actual events. There has been little to no advertising other then word of mouth, yet this film managed to beat Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny at the box office.<\/p>\n

First, this is not a review of the movie, the Sound of Freedom. I haven\u2019t seen it yet. I probably won\u2019t see it until it hits the streaming services since ticket prices are ridiculous. The same goes for Mission Impossible which is coming out shortly. What I am writing about is the reactions I\u2019ve been seeing regarding the movie by the political left. They have gone absolutely insane over this film.<\/p>\n

They have been calling it fiction, although it\u2019s based on a true story, that this was a film for the QAnon MAGA Deplorables, (Although it was made before anyone heard of QAnon), and that the star of the film, Jim Caviezel is a right wing religious fanatic. (Apparently, Mr. Caviezel is a man of faith. More power to him)<\/p>\n

There have been reports that some theater chains have suffered \u201cbreakdowns of their air conditioning systems,” to force people out of the theaters due to the heat. (I\u2019ve heard AMC was the one that did this, but take that with a large grain of salt) Basically the entire \u201cWOKE\u201d world is coming down hard on a small, independent film that cost $14 million to make, and one that shows people rescuing children from slavers and child molesters. The question is why?<\/p>\n

Unfortunately for the Progressive Groomers, the film has been selling out and the theaters the film is being shown in on about one half the number of theaters that the Disney nuclear bomb known as Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny is being shown in. People who have seen it say that you\u2019re going to cry for the first 45 minutes from what is shown regarding child sex slaves. The Diplomad and the Diplowife went to see it and he has put out a review<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Others are also starting to push back and hard on the Groomers, progressives, liberals and media shills that have been badmouthing the film. One is the singer Jewel. She has seen the film and has recommended to all her twitter followers that they need to go see it.<\/p>\n

It saddens me that some media is trying to politicize this movie. This is not left or right. It\u2019s about millions of kids being trafficked, and no matter what your faith or creed, we need to protect all the vulnerable kids rather than fight over philosophical differences. pic.twitter.com\/aKjCtUlmi3<\/a><\/p>\n
