Good day all. If you have been paying attention to how the Democrat Party has circled the wagons around the Biden Crime Family, you wouldn\u2019t be far wrong in thinking that even of Joe Biden were caught on video, molesting a 10 year old girl then murdering her, the Democrats would block his impeachment.<\/p>\n

However there seems to be an outlier in the \u201cBidens can do no wrong and it\u2019s all Trump\u2019s fault anyway!\u201d attitude. One Democrat representative has said that it\u2019s clear, the First Junkie did break the law. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A Democratic congressman admitted that it’s “clear” Hunter Biden broke the law<\/a> during an interview on Friday. <\/b><\/p>\n

Connecticut Congressman Jim Himes<\/a> took a swipe at Republicans Friday night before acknowledging the first son\u2019s legal troubles. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Let me say something that you never heard a Republican member of Congress say in the four years of the Trump administration, which is that if Hunter Biden broke the law, he should be prosecuted,” Himes said on MSNBC. “And it is clear that he broke the law with respect to taxes and possibly the ownership of a handgun. He should be held accountable for that.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Of course, he still had to default back to \u201cIt\u2019s all Trump\u2019s fault!\u201d mode.<\/p>\n

Himes criticized Republicans for not speaking out against former President Donald Trump when he was indicted, but also acknowledged that Hunter Biden should be held accountable if he used his father\u2019s influence to commit crimes. <\/b><\/p>\n

“If he traded on his father\u2019s influence, he should be held accountable for that. And I\u2019m emphasizing this because you never, ever heard a Republican say the same thing about Donald Trump or his family,” Himes argued. <\/b><\/p>\n

The problem with the Trump indictments is that they are clearly political in nature and have no basis in law. This is why the Republicans in general, (The RINO\u2019s and TransRepublicans in the Senate don\u2019t count as Republicans), have been defending President Trump. The initial charges of mishandling classified information, (Never mind that President Trump could declassify anything as president), are exactly what Biden has been doing for his entire political career.<\/p>\n

Unlike President Trump, who had everything locked up, Biden had classified papers, that he was not entitled to have under any circumstances, all up and down the Eastern Seaboard including his garage. Then there is the little detail that President Trump did not sell his office or extort bribes from foreign companies.<\/p>\n

The Democratic congressman argued there was no evidence that President Biden colluded with his son on any crimes, but insinuated that any evidence should be taken seriously if it arises. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Now, to the question about impeachment, there is today zero evidence, zero evidence that Joe Biden, the president of the United States, knew about what his son was doing. If, if he did know about it, if he participated in that, then that is a very different conversation,” Himes added. <\/b><\/p>\n

There is more and more evidence coming out every day. Now there are reports for recordings of Dementia Joe soliciting bribes from Burisma.<\/p>\n

Hunter, who is still under federal investigation, pleaded not guilty to two misdemeanor tax counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax on Wednesday. He was set to plead guilty as part of a deal, but the plea deal fell through. <\/b><\/p>\n

That deal collapsed because a judge saw through the plan to let Hoovernose skate on the charges. It\u2019s now looking like the DoJ was actively aiding Hoovernose\u2019s defense team.<\/p>\n

Still, this might be the first crack in the dam of Democrat \u201cParty uber alles\u201d policy. When Nixon was discovered to have been part of the cover up of the Watergate break in, the Republicans turned on him fairly quickly. The Democrats, as I\u2019ve mentioned before, will generally do the opposite and move to protect one of their own unless it will damage the party. (See Al Franken) The Democrat party is as corrupt as the Nazis, Fascists and communist parties. The only difference between them is body count. (Hillary has ben slacking off of late since Epstein) We shall see what happens if there is an impeachment.<\/p>\n
