Good day all. I\u2019ve been holding off writing about the latest load of crap from Javert<\/a> Smith. He has now indicted the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century for yet another make believe crime regarding the January 6th<\/sup> protests.<\/p>\n

The latest load of manure has also brought out the true nature of former Vice President Mike Pence. He has confirmed what the Republican base has suspected, that he is nothing more than a Deep State Uniparty RINO. The case itself is, according to actual legal experts, (Which Javert Smith apparently is not), incredibly weak. Here are some details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Legal experts are criticizing special counsel Jack Smith for his latest indictment<\/a> against\u00a0Donald Trump for accusing the former president of spreading disinformation and other activities protected by the First Amendment. <\/b><\/p>\n

Trump was indicted out of Special Counsel Jack Smith\u2019s<\/a> investigation related to 2020 election interference and the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol riot, and is facing charges such as conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding. <\/b><\/p>\n

“The most jarring thing about this indictment is it basically just accuses him of disinformation \u2014 this is a disinformation indictment,” said legal scholar Jonathan Turley, a professor of public interest law at George Washington University and a Fox News contributor. <\/b><\/p>\n

“It said [Trump] was spreading falsehoods, that [he] was undermining integrity of the election \u2014 that is all part of the First Amendment,” Turley said. “And I think that courts will look skeptically.” <\/b><\/p>\n

I can\u2019t say I\u2019m surprised that Javert Smith is trying to suppress President Trump\u2019s 1st<\/sup> Amendment right of free speech. The Progressive Liberal Democrats have made censorship one of their primary goals in their plans to destroy the United States.<\/p>\n

The Fox story goes into all the problems with Javert Smith\u2019s case, and why any ethical judge, (Which lets out all the Obama and Biden Judges along with a good number of Bush and Clinton judges), would toss this case with prejudice.<\/p>\n

Of course we all know the reason Javert Smith brought this case. It was in response to Devon Archer\u2019s recent testimony to Congress showing that Joe Biden was involved in Hunter Biden\u2019s activities right up to his eyeballs.
