Good day all. The Kalifornistan Democrats aren\u2019t even pretending that they aren\u2019t a threat to children. After voting down a bill going after human traffickers they are now taking aim at parents who won\u2019t toe the Democrat line.<\/p>\n

Parents, since the lockdown pushed by the Teachers Unions, finally had a chance to see what their children were being exposed to in schools. They weren\u2019t happy and let the school boards know it. The response was to get Merrick Garland to sic the FBI on the parents.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve gone over that already. Next the progressives flat out announced that they were going to come for the children and started grooming children. Parents began fighting back against this, especially when school administrators were not just hiding, but actively encouraging kids who were having issues with themselves. This caused parents to basically explode. Now Kalifornistan is planning to arrest parents for voicing their disapproval. Here are the details from Breitbart<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A bill making its way through the California state legislature would criminalize \u201csubstantial disorder\u201d by attendees at school board meetings, in what critics say is an attempt to crack down on parents\u2019 opposition to transgender and racial ideology in curricula.<\/b><\/p>\n

SB 596<\/a>, introduced by State Sen. Anthony Portantino (D-Glendale), would expand an existing law that punishes those who cause \u201csubstantial disorder\u201d in schools to include school board meetings as well. As the state legislative counsel\u2019s digest explains: <\/b><\/p>\n

This bill would specify, for purposes of the above-described offense, that \u201csubstantial disorder\u201d includes substantial disorder at any meeting of the governing board of a school district, the governing body of a charter school, a county board of education, or the State Board of Education. The bill would define a \u201cschool employee\u201d as any employee or official of a school district, a charter school, a county office of education, a county board of education, the state board, or the State Department of Education. To the extent the bill expands the scope of an existing crime, the bill would impose a state-mandated local program.<\/b><\/p>\n

The bill would also punish sending threatening emails to school board members, though it specifies: \u201cConstitutionally protected activity is not included within the meaning of \u2018credible threat.’\u201d The penalty for violating the law would be up to a year in jail. <\/b><\/p>\n

So, basically, if a parent objects to the professional educators, especially loudly, plans to groom their children as mutilated sex toys for the progressive elites, they will be arrested?<\/p>\n

As the Daily Signal notes<\/a>, the legislation has provoked concern among parents that it will violate their First Amendment rights: <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s clear they\u2019re trying to chill parents from speaking out,\u201d Sarah Parshall Perry, a senior legal fellow in The Heritage Foundation\u2019s Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies, told The Daily Signal on Wednesday. (The Daily Signal is The Heritage Foundation\u2019s news outlet.)<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cI find it curious that there\u2019s no definition of \u2018substantial\u2019 or \u2018disruption\u2019 within the proposed text,\u201d Perry said. \u201cConsidering that these are essential terms for the bill, it\u2019s likely that if passed, the law would fall under a vagueness challenge.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

By the time the challenges reach a judge who will actually uphold the constitution, it will be to late. Parents will be jailed and their children taken from them and put under groomer<\/i><\/span> State control.<\/p>\n

The bill has already passed the California State Senate, where it passed by a 30-8 vote, and it is currently moving through the California State Assembly. Democrats hold supermajorities in both houses, leaving little leverage for Republicans to object.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It will pass there as well and that Hair Gel addict, Govno Gruesome Gavin Newsom will sign it within seconds of it reaching his desk. This will be challenged of course, but as I said, it will take time and you can bet that crooked AG, Comrade Rob Bonta is just salivating at destroying some parents.<\/p>\n

This is not going to end well. People have been talking about the coming \u201cSecond American Civil War\u201d for a while now. Considering the political split, we are on the cusp of very bad things happening. The only question is, what will set it off? In 1861, it was the Confederacy that opened fire on Fort Sumter. This time, it might be parents deciding that they have no choice but to take actions to protect, or worse, recover their children. Once things start, it will get very bad very quickly.<\/p>\n
