Good day all. Right after the end of World War One, or the \u201cGreat War\u201d as it was called back then, the United States decided to do something unbelievably stupid. It passed an amendment to the Constitution of the United States outlawing alcohol.<\/p>\n

This was called Prohibition<\/a> and was in force between 1920 and 1933. It was a complete failure and led to the rise of organized crime, especially the Mafia. Once it was repealed, people returned to legally getting sloshed and have been doing so ever since. (Remember, do not drink and drive) Now it appears that the Biden Maladministration would like to bring back Prohibition, Dor our own good of course. President Biden’s<\/a> alcohol czar says Americans may be told by officials to have no more than two beers a week. <\/b>Director of the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) George Koob told the Daily Mail<\/a> on Thursday that the U.S. may follow Canada’s footsteps on alcohol guidelines. <\/b><\/p>\n

Currently, American guidelines recommend men limit themselves to two drinks per day<\/a> while women should only have one drink. The American recommendations are up for review in 2025.<\/p>\n

No one pays any attention to these guidelines of course. As to where this stupid idea came from, all you need to do is look North.<\/p>\n
