Good day all. Former Vice President Mike Pence is running for President. He\u2019s currently doing about as well as Jeb! Please Clap Bush in the polls. It shouldn\u2019t have been this way of course, Pence should have been campaigning as President Trump\u2019s successor.<\/p>\n

Instead, Pence basically shafted the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century. Now Marcus Junius Brutus<\/a> Pence is growing more despised by the GOP base every day. Here are the details from Breitbart<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Former Vice President Mike Pence is becoming more unpopular among Republican voters as former President Donald Trump remains the most favorable candidate in the GOP field, this week\u2019s Morning Consult survey found.<\/b><\/p>\n

Trump has remained<\/a> consistent, with 76 percent of potential Republican primary voters viewing him favorably. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis comes 12 points behind, with 64 percent of respondents viewing him favorably. Trump and DeSantis are tied in terms of unfavorable ratings at 22 percent each. <\/b><\/p>\n

I think those numbers between Trump and DeSantis might be a bit off. I think President Trump may be a bit higher and Governor DeSantis, who would have made a great candidate in 2028, is actually slipping.<\/p>\n

Anti-woke businessman Vivek Ramaswamy has seen a tremendous boost since the start of the poll\u2019s tracking, as most had never heard of him. Now, 59 percent view him favorably, compared to 17 percent who do not, and only 14 percent say they have never heard of him. <\/b><\/p>\n

I\u2019m not opposed to Ramaswamy, but I have some issues with a few things. Perhaps after a few years in a cabinet post in the next Trump administration, he\u2019ll have a bit more seasoning and be ready to move up.<\/p>\n

Both South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott and former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley have favorable ratings above water \u2014 43-16 percent and 46-21 percent, respectively. However, Pence has failed to significantly improve his standing. While he technically has a net positive approval rating, Morning Consult finds he is \u201cbecoming more unpopular. <\/b><\/p>\n

I\u2019m sorry, but Senator Scott, while a good guy and a fairly decent senator, is a bit of a milquetoast. Haley, I just do not trust. As for Brutus Pence? He just flat out sucks.<\/p>\n

Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie continues to have the worst favorable rating, as 48 percent have an unfavorable view of him, compared to 26 percent who do not. <\/b><\/p>\n

Eater of Donuts was recently endorsed by the shrews on the View. No one but the Deep State likes or trusts that fat RINO.<\/p>\n

Pence has continued to distance himself from his former running mate, making waves after asserting that Trump essentially asked him to disregard the Constitution after the 2020 election. <\/b><\/p>\n

That is one of the reasons that no one likes or trusts Pence. That isn\u2019t what President Trump did. But Brutus Pence, who could have sent things back to the states for a review, chose to side with the Deep State and the Swamp dwellers instead.<\/p>\n

Instead of standing<\/a> in solidarity with Trump after another indictment \u2014 this time by a Washington, D.C., grand jury regarding January 6 \u2014 Pence stated that the indictment served as \u201can important reminder: anyone who puts himself over the Constitution should never be President of the United States.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Trump eventually hit back<\/a> on Truth Social, making it clear that he \u201cnever told a newly emboldened (not based on his 2% poll numbers!) Pence to put me above the Constitution.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cWOW, it\u2019s finally happened! Liddle\u2019 Mike Pence, a man who was about to be ousted as Governor Indiana until I came along and made him V.P., has gone to the Dark Side,\u201d Trump said. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cI never told a newly emboldened (not based on his 2% poll numbers!) Pence to put me above the Constitution, or that Mike was \u2018too honest.\u2019 He\u2019s delusional, and now he wants to show he\u2019s a tough guy,\u201d Trump continued. \u201cI once read a major magazine article on Mike. It said he was not a very good person. I was surprised, but the article was right. Sad!\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Pence is still pulling in major donations from the Never Trump Establishment Republicans, but he has no chance of winning the nomination. He may end up rivaling the last Establishment failure, Jeb! \u201cHow to blow $100 million\u201d Bush in burning through cash.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Personally, I think Pence got in at the behest of the Lincoln Project and other Never Trumpers. The intent was to spoil the chances of President Trump and possibly win the nomination. At worst, DeSantis would win the nomination and potentially win the Presidency. If nothing else, it would mean that The Worst President* in history would be reelected, die in office and whoever they got to replace Kameltoe Harris would take over. Instead Pence will probably bow out after the first primary defeats, if he lasts that long. Maybe he will learn that betrayals do not earn people\u2019s trust.<\/p>\n
