Good day all. Well the next shoe has dropped and Hunter \u201cHoovernose\u201d Biden, aka the First Junkie, has been formally indicted on weapons and other charges.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The MSM has been making a big deal that Hoovernose could spend decades in prison on the charges. However, there is another case that vacated a conviction on these very same charges in another jurisdiction. If the First Junkie is convicted, this will be appealed and I suspect may end up in the Supreme Court. However, there is still the matter of the trial. Here are some details on all this from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Hunter Biden was indicted Thursday on federal gun charges<\/a> out of Special Counsel David Weiss’ investigation.\u00a0<\/b>Biden was charged with making a false statement in the purchase of a firearm; making a false statement related to information required to be kept by a federal firearms licensed dealer; and one count of possession of a firearm by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

The story goes on to list and explain the law and what the First Junkie allegedly did. (He is presumed innocent, although we all know he\u2019s about as innocent as a diseased rat)<\/p>\n

These are the first charges Weiss has brought against the first son since being granted special counsel status.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

My guess is these will be the only charges and something will happen to keep this case from going forward. David Weiss has been doing everything he can to keep Hoovernose out of jail. He allowed certain charges to fall by the wayside due to the Statute of Limitations running out. Personally, I\u2019ll be surprised if this case actually goes to a Jury. I suspect that Weiss and Garland are already working on another sweetheart deal.<\/p>\n

What this might do is block the House oversight committees from calling Hoovernose to testify. Even if he was forced to appear, he would simply refuse to answer citing his 5th<\/sup> Amendment right to not incriminate himself. Of course, they could provide Hoovernose some limited immunity. His testimony to the committees couldn\u2019t be used in court, but that opens up another can of legal worms.<\/p>\n

How could Weiss show that the evidence he\u2019s presenting wasn\u2019t obtained from the immunized testimony? I suspect it would depend on the questions. The Republicans would steer away from the current charges, but I have no doubt the Democrats would use the opportunity to blow the case no pending against Hoovernose Biden out of the water. (Yes, they are that corrupt)<\/p>\n

Even trying to steer away from the pending case and concentrating on the bribery, money laundering, extortion and influence peddling that both Hoovernose and his father, the Hair Sniffer in Chief, Dementia Joe Biden would be problematical. I think what will actually happen is this case will be stretched out until we know that Dementia Joe is going to be a one term dictator<\/i><\/span> president* and then a blanket pardon will be issued. (I think that Biden may get writer\u2019s cramp from all the pardons he will be signing on his last days in office)<\/p>\n
