Good day all. Currently, the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump, is sitting through yet another bogus civil trial in New York. This one revolves around his real estate business. The problem, of which there are many, is the judge handling this case. It looks like he\u2019s already decided how it will go.<\/p>\n

I won\u2019t bore you with the particulars, other have already done that. The short version is that the corrupt New York State Attorney General, Letitia James, decided that President Trump had defrauded banks that loaned him money. She claims that he overvalued his properties used for collateral. Interestingly, none of the banks are claiming fraud, especially since they \u201cGOT THEIR MONEY BACK WITH INTEREST!<\/p>\n

James decided to use some stupid law on the books in New York, that probably goes back over 100 years, to file suit. In one of the initial rulings, the judge handling this case, apparently a hard left Democrat apparatchik, decided that President Trump\u2019s home, Mara-a-lago, was only worth about $18 million dollars.<\/p>\n

Real estate specialists in Florida saw this and basically asked \u201cIs this judge smoking Meth?\u201d These people said that the property was worth at least $300 million. When the trial started and the judge saw President Trump arrive, he put on a grin that just smacked of \u201cOh I am going to get you no matter what! Now we information that may be considering rigging the trial. Here are the details from the Daily Fetched<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The presiding judge in the New York real estate trial of President Donald Trump once boasted he could change verdicts if he believed the jury got \u201cit wrong.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

In a newly unearthed <\/b>video <\/b><\/a>now circulating on X, the New York District Judge Arthur Engoron is seen telling a college audience he has seen juries frequently reach conclusions he disagreed with. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve had situations where I\u2019m like, oh my\u2026 heaven\u2019s sake, how could they have thought that?\u201d Engoron says in the video. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cWell, I have a tool that I can deal with that,\u201d said. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s called\u2026 judgment notwithstanding the verdict.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

I have no idea if this is an actual legal tool. I have heard where judges overturn a verdict, but it\u2019s usually in favor of the defendant. I have a sneaking suspicion that this slug may be planning to hand the plaintiffs the win if the jury rules in favor of President Trump. Considering this clown\u2019s previous ruling on the value of Mar-a-lago, I fully expect this individual has already decided how this case is going to go, not withstanding the actual evidence.<\/p>\n

\u201cI can say there is no possible way that a reasonable jury would have reached that conclusion,\u201d the Trump judge explained, suggesting he has the power to disregard a verdicts from the jury when he wishes. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m an impartial referee, but it\u2019s hard to factor out my own emotions,\u201d he admitted. <\/b><\/p>\n

You are anything but an impartial referee. You\u2019ve already proven that.<\/p>\n

Engoron came under fire during the first day<\/a> of Trump\u2019s real estate appeal trial after he shrugged at the courtroom audience, a gesture many said signals he already views the outcome as a foregone conclusion. <\/b><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Trump and his legal team are battling to overturn a decision by Engoron that concluded the value of Mar-a-Lago <\/a>is just $18 million, a figure comparable to properties a fraction of its size. <\/b><\/p>\n

That would be the value of the driveway without asphalt considering the property values in Palm Beach, Florida. Needless to say, this has set off President Trump.<\/p>\n

Trump slammed both Engoron and New York Attorney General Letitia James for the continuing \u201cwitch hunt\u201d against him, which began with the Manhattan case brought by another Democratic prosecutor. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThis case should be dismissed,\u201d Trump told<\/a> reporters in a hallway in Manhattan Supreme Court. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cAnd she should probably be dismissed also,\u201d he said of James. <\/b><\/p>\n

As I recall, and I may be mistaken, Letitia James ran on the platform of \u201cGet Trump!\u201d She has spent most of her time investigating President Trump, his family, his associates and his business, not because there was anything there, but to make stuff up to Get Trump! She has been flagrantly abusing her office and in a just society, she would have been removed last year.<\/p>\n

This is all part and parcel of the plans of the Democrats, The Biden Maladministration and the Deep State to stop Donald Trump from running for reelection and potentially winning a second term. This explains all the \u201cNovel\u201d charges that the DoJ, Soros District Attorney Bragg, Fat Ass Fani Willis and the evil and utterly corrupt Jack Smith.<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t expect President Trump to win since it\u2019s becoming obvious that this judge will rig the trial. His ruling on the value of Mar-a-lago pretty much proves this. Like all of these Progressive judges and prosecutors, they are so fixated on winning that they aren\u2019t considering what might be happening down the road. That, or they have considered and they flat out don\u2019t care. Thanks to the blatant two-tier justice now in force in America, the chances of a National Divorce is now being considered by more and more middle of the road people.<\/p>\n
