Last May, the state legislature passed and Governor Kemp a law on dealing with out of control prosecutors drunk on their own power. Now they are starting to look into Fatass Willis. Here are the details from Newsmax<\/b><\/a>.<\/p>\n Republican senators in Georgia are using a new state law designed to rein in rogue prosecutors to file a complaint against Democrat Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, who is prosecuting former President Donald Trump and 18 co-defendants on allegations of trying to subvert the state’s 2020 election results. <\/b><\/p>\n The law, Senate Bill 92, signed by Republican Gov. Brian Kemp in May, creates the Prosecuting Attorneys Qualifications Commission, which can sanction or remove district attorneys for a range of causes, such as “willful misconduct” or “persistent failure” to follow the law. <\/b><\/p>\n There is little question that Fatass Willis and her band of Stasi inquisitors has been ignoring the laws and actual evidence. Now a complaint has been filed against here, and not by President Trump or any of the people this cow is trying to railroad.<\/p>\n The complaint, reviewed Monday by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution<\/a>, was filed by a group of eight GOP senators that includes Senate Majority Leader Steve Gooch, R- Dahlonega, and state Sen. Jason Anavitarte, R-Dallas, chair of the majority caucus. <\/b><\/p>\n I don\u2019t know this law or how it actually works or who can request this. I\u2019ll let others comment on that detail.<\/p>\n The complaint claims Willis “improperly cherry-picked cases to further her personal political agenda” and asks the commission to initiate an investigation and take “appropriate measures” to sanction her. <\/b><\/p>\n “The integrity of our justice system is at stake, and the trust of the community in the District Attorney’s Office has been severely eroded,” said the complaint, which was filed hours after the law took effect Oct. 1. <\/b><\/p>\n Fatass Willis has been going after President Trump since she took office in 2021. Meanwhile real crimes in Fulton County aren\u2019t being prosecuted in a way people expect.<\/p>\n The complaint does not specifically mention Trump, the Journal-Constitution reported, but it seeks to link a spate of deaths at the Fulton County Jail in Atlanta to Willis’ decision to “empanel a special grand jury to investigate her political adversaries” amid a years long backlog of cases. <\/b><\/p>\n This is what Kim Gardner did when she was elected as City Attorney in Saint Louis. She used her position to go after people that were her political enemies including a governor. She was finally forced to resign when the Missouri State Attorney General began the process to remove her from office.<\/p>\n Willis, who has criticized the law as racist and retaliatory, declined to comment to the Journal-Constitution through a spokesman. <\/b><\/p>\n Meanwhile we have the current Deep State RINO pretending to be a Conservative Republican, Governor Brian Kemp complaining about the timing of the investigation.<\/p>\n Kemp, a big backer of the law who has frequently butted heads with Trump, criticized the timing of the charges. <\/b><\/p>\n “I haven’t seen anything that she has done that has broken the law or the procedures that we have. And I’ve been very honest with people about that,” Kemp said, the Journal-Constitution reported. “It may be a political action she’s taken in some ways, with timing and other things, but it doesn’t mean it’s illegal.” <\/b><\/p>\n Kemp is not a Make America Great Again Republican. He\u2019s one of the Country Club GOP(e) types that hates President Trump and what he was doing. However, many in the legislature do support President Trump and saw some questionable things during the 2020 election. Going to the Atlanta Urinal-Constipation<\/i><\/span> Journal-Constitution to continue<\/a>:<\/p>\n But the GOP-controlled state Senate has forcefully broken from that approach. Senate leaders encouraged their constituents to file complaints<\/a> with the commission against Willis shortly after she announced the indictment in August. <\/b>And last week, Senate Republicans launched a probe into dangerous conditions at the Fulton County Jail that is expected to scrutinize Willis\u2019 handling of the backlog<\/a> of cases that worsened during the coronavirus pandemic. <\/b><\/p>\n I have heard that the Fulton County Jail, besides providing excellent campaign portraits of the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump, makes the Black Hole of Calcutta<\/a> look like a four star hotel.<\/p>\n The complaint contends that Willis has \u201cprioritized cases that align with her political party\u2019s interests\u201d rather than on the merits of each case. And it invokes the 10 inmates<\/a> who have died in Fulton County custody in the past year.<\/strong><\/p>\n 10 inmates have died in the past year? That is incredibly unusual and makes me wonder where the Department of Justice is. This is something they should be looking into since it doesn\u2019t appear that Fatass Willis has any actual interest in doing so.<\/p>\n \u201cHer selective prosecution has resulted in dangerous, deadly, and unjust overcrowding in the local jail and an unprecedented backlog of cases in the judicial system,\u201d the complaint states. \u201cThese consequences are unacceptable and detrimental to our state.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n And she appears to not care. This isn\u2019t at all surprising of course. Fatass Fani Willis is a classic Soros D.A. She won\u2019t prosecute certain ethnic types unless she has no other option, but will go after people who haven\u2019t done anything. This is yet another example of what people are calling the \u201cTwo-Tiered\u201d justice system. This needs to be corrected and the best way would be to remove Willis from her position for cause.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n
