Trump, was an insurrectionist under the 14th<\/sup> Amendment of the United States Constitution and ruled he would not be allowed on the Colorado Primary ballot. I have written about this<\/a> and others are continuing to do so. The case is heading for the Supreme Court and the anticipated ruling should be epic. The fallout if that idiot Roberts screws this up and allows the Colorado ruling to stand will basically end the United States.<\/p>\n In any case, thanks to the moonbats on the Colorado Supreme Court, Republican legislators in several states are now moving to kick Joe Biden from their state ballots. Here are the details from Newsmax<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n Three Republican state lawmakers are drafting legislation to remove President Joe Biden from the ballot in key swing states Arizona, Georgia, and Pennsylvania, they told<\/a> Breitbart on Friday. <\/b><\/p>\n State Reps. Aaron Bernstine of Pennsylvania, Charlice Byrd of Georgia, and Cory McGarr of Arizona said they’re fighting back at the “lawfare” being waged against former President Donald Trump in the aftermath of a Colorado Supreme Court’s ruling to remove him from the ballot there. <\/b><\/p>\n “We are joining forces to introduce legislation to REMOVE Joe Biden from the ballot in Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania,” the lawmakers wrote, according to Breitbart. “The absurdity of radical Democrat judges removing Donald Trump from the ballot in Colorado will be a stain on the American political system for decades. By their very own interpretation of the law, Joe Biden is 100% not eligible to run for political office.” <\/b><\/p>\n Sadly, this won\u2019t go anywhere for a number of reasons. First, the Supreme Court will no doubt take a long judicial dump on the four Fascists on the Colorado Court. That will automatically negate what these Representatives are looking to do. Second, it will never make it through their legislatures and be signed into law. Still, it does show what will happen if the Supreme Court screws up.<\/p>\n It’s expected that the U.S. Supreme Court will hear the case and reverse it, given that only Congress \u2014 not state courts \u2014 gets to define and act on insurrection, constitutional scholar Alan Dershowitz told Newsmax<\/a> on Thursday. <\/b><\/p>\n Again, I and most people, and I suspect the three legislators agree. However, until the Supreme Court removes their collective thumbs from their asses and does their job, it\u2019s Game On!<\/p>\n Regardless, the lawmakers say they’re fighting fire with fire.<\/strong><\/p>\n “Colorado radicals just changed the game and we are not going to sit quietly while they destroy our Republic.
